Evans did a great job painting a section of my car. The work was superior to anything I have experienced over the years. I was kept informed every step of the process, and they made all arrangements with the rental company and worked with my insurance company. Upon pick up the manager/owner explained the scope of the work and I was encouraged to carefully inspect my car. My Evans experience was excellent, they are professional and competent.

Stopped by Evan s this afternoon to see if they could repair my gas cap cover door which I had to pry it off when it wouldn t release. Some of the clips had broken off. They not only took a few minutes to look at it. They fixed it right in the parking lot and there was no charge. I will most definitely use them in the future. I highly recommend their shop!

I was told while given the estimate that when i come in they would arrange and handle everything including the car rental. That all i would need to do is drop the keys and go. THAT WAS A LIE. No one from Evans set up the rental. The rude older lady told me that i had to handle it. So i did. I was also told the repair 3-4 days tops. The SUV was there for 2 and a half weeks. I was never given any info on how long was the rental, would it be extended, why it was taking so long, and when it would be finished. I went in last week friday to speak to the manager and was apologized to a number of times. Was told by him that "he will make sure i received update calls. I had to call 3 times since! I was never called to even be told the car was done. I had to call in. I WILL NEVER USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! Once i got my car there was a bubble in the paint, compound in the fenders. I was told they look over the cars so none go out with flaws.... THAT WAS A LIE.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Polite, honest GOOD PEOPLE!I TOTALLY RECOMMEND!I sideswiped a highway diamond shape sign that blew into the road and it left a streak of rubber down the side of my car. I thought it would cost $100 to fix. Billy took my car to the back and then handed me my keys 10 minutes later and said, you re all set . Simple buff job, no charge! WHAT?! Who does that in this day and age?! AMAZING! Respectful, courteous, and NOT taking advantage of a woman at an autobody place Who knew there was such a place like this left in the world today.Thank you so much to Billy and the great team at Evans Family Paint and Body Shop!Get on down to Evan s and support good people!Service: Body & Trim

Evans Paint & Body had to fix a job that another local body shop did for me a few years ago and butchered. They were communicative throughout the whole process and took plenty of photos to show me the work they fixed and what they did. I was really impressed with the professionalism!

I have needed there services previously, and weather the job is big or small i get the same professional service. Workmanship, courtesy at a reasonable price. This happened a couple months ago. My car had gotten into an accident and I took it here. It took over 2 months to get done. In the end I test drove it and wasn t producing the power it was capable of. I went back and explained the issue, the mechanic said he would take the car back and look at it. After sitting around for 30 mins, he came back and said I should file another claim with my insurance. I didn t and ended up taking it to the shop I got the car modified at. They lifted it and found that a few pipes weren t connected, and they looked at the ECU and found more issues. (KEEP IN MIND EVANS HAS A LIFTER). I find it so funny how they couldn t even lift the car and find this. It was the most simple fix, but they just wanted to make an extra buck. Don t go to this place cause they just want your money. I made sure I told everyone I know in this city not to go to this place.

First and Foremost, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP TO ANYONE IN ANY SITUATION !! This body shop has worked on two of my personal vehicles. Jamie, took care of my wife's car when she wrecked it (he did a great job with the repair and handle all the paperwork with State Farm in the process) and he also completed, or what I would say did a "STILLEN" touch on a Maxima I owned :) with all STILLEN bolt on parts that I ordered and he took the time to take care of me on putting the car together as a big favor, for example, he helped install, a custom front splitter, a custom rear diffuser, custom "Big Brake Kit" including racing cross drilled and slotted rotors with new ceramic metallic brake pads all the way around, he painted the calipers a striking candy apple red to give a nice accent, he installed a complete cat back stainless steel exhaust, front tower brace, cold air intake, lower rear sway bar. He handled the job, as if it was his car. AWESOME JOB !!From the beginning, of receiving a quote, by Jamie, to the end of picking up your vehicle. The customer service that you receive from the front desk, including the body shop technicians. Jamie Evans, he is who I communicated with, he is a professional and also is very personable, an amazing gentleman and also has an excellent communication level with his customers like myself and I truly believe he strives to make you happy. On a heart felt note, the feeling you get when you walk into there main office, is warm and inviting. Also there is a "peaceful feeling" that I received, when I realized I found a great and honest body shop. There quality of work is incredible, I have used other body shops over the years and never seemed to get this. But by far, Evan's Family Collision is by far "THE BEST" Body Shop in the Grand Strand Area and as far as I'm concern within hundreds of miles. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVAN'S !!! It is a True Blessing to know and have someone, as a go to, when it comes to vehicles, especially being in a area like Myrtle Beach.

My husband and I had one of our vehicles get damaged and chose to work with Evans Family Collision and our insurance company to see if it could be fixed. We had an AMAZING experience with this company! Between the front desk (terrie) and Jamie, we had all of our needs met and expectations exceeded. Our insurance company wasn t communicating with us but Evans would call us separately to make sure we stayed informed! It truly is like working with family. Even though our car ended up being totaled, the care and consideration this company gave us made the experience exceptional. If you re looking for a quality shop with morals, this is it!

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a body shop. I took my car there for an estimate in June after getting hit in a parking lot and was assured my car would be repaired to like new condition. After waiting until October to finally get my car in for repairs; when returning to pick up my car, I noticed that the bumper and front quarter panel did not line up....had I not noticed, they would have sent me on my way....they took my car back in the shop and checked it over to find, they missed a bracket that was bent. Not wanting me to be put out of my car, they sent me home with my car and ordered the new part (looking back, I should have never accepted my car until it was repaired to my liking). It came in and I returned to have it installed, when I was told it would be a 1/2 day for repair at which time I questioned him, knowing they couldn't repair paint properly but would be touching up the paint damage, which again, was not to my satisfaction. I got a call after I left and was told they would keep my car for a day and respray the bumper, which I honestly don't think they did either. Upon arrival to pick up my car, the bumper was still not attached correctly; the gap between the bumper and quarter panel was exactly the same as it was when it was "suppose" to be done the first time. I left my feelings be known and I was told that this was the best that they could do, cars come in new and have the same defects that they did to my car and it's acceptable (I think they were hoping I would just take the car and be happy with subpar work). I purchased my car brand new for $50,000 and I surely never thought I would get this kind of service. I left in tears and was told you have a lifetime warranty if anything goes wrong. Well, lifetime warranty or not, I would NEVER recommend this shop to ANYONE! I took my car back to the dealership when I purchased it and was told by the sales manager that it indeed was not fixed properly. I was raised to tell the truth, do the best job you possibly can an always treat people the way you would want to be treated. I can say this shop didn't do any of those but proclaims to be a Christian operated business...a would call it a wolf in sheep clothing.Service: Body & Trim

Evans came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. They are honest with everyone and knowledgeable about the best way to fix your car. I witnessed an employee recommend a cheaper way for an older lady that came in. I was kind of shocked as most places wouldn't have done that. I praised the employee. I'll be bringing my business here.

Evans Family Paint & Body quite literally made my day. I had a small scratched area on my vehicle and to my surprise they were able to work me in right away. The blemish was gone and I was on my way quicker than two other body shop companies were even able to fit me in for the actual estimate. The staff were so polite and respectful. I will bring my business here in the future and I will recommend them to anyone who is looking for both excellent work and excellent customer service. Evans Family worked on my challenger on behalf of a local dealership. I was nervous, as previous body repair (initially performed by the dealership) actually resulted in new, more extensive damage to my fender. To my delight, Evans Family replaced and paint-matched the parts perfectly. When I noticed a minor imperfection a plastic bit that did not sit flush they fixed it on the spot. I am completely satisfied with their work and trust they will be able to handle the job if I ever need body work in the future.

I walked in about a week ago so upset about my trunk not latching closed because money tight right now with Christmas and my daughters birthday today.. A wonderful mechanic fixed it within 3 minutes. The latch was just stuck. They were so nice and friendly and made me feel so reassured that we would fix the issue no matter what! Thank you Evan's for all of your help and being so kind on a rough day. I highly recommend this place for any of your car needs!Service: Body & Trim

The staff here were very kind and honest. I have a rusted hole in the bottom if my frame and instead if offering to fix it for some outrageous price which would be more than the car is worth, there were honest and told me it would be cheaper to find a fabricator/welder to fix it for me. It's nice to have a shop with kindness and integrity.

Two days before we were leaving to go back to Cleveland, the driver's door on our minivan was damaged to the point we didn't feel it was safe to drive that distance without having it fixed. Called the Chrysler dealer and he referred us to Evans Body shop. They are incredible. Great work. Great value. Understood our issue and fixed it as soon as they could. Would recommend Evans Family Paint & Body to anyone.

I'm going to be honest, I harassed these poor people.I called them constantly to the point of annoyance, had them change parts for OEM and they went to bat against my insurance company for me anyway.My vehicle had some problems after the initial repair that took way longer than it should have, they looked at it and fixed it.There are some small panel gaps and a couple of small places on the bottom of the body work where you can tell they clamped and shaped it back. The work done was decent, and they got my truck back on the road in presentable shape.They have a lifetime warranty on their work so we'll see how that goes.They sent me a thank you for the review, although at the time I hadn't written anything, which I quite enjoyed.I'd probably recommend them.

Thanks so much to Jamie and his crew. They did an excellent job repairing my SUV. They went over and above, touching up a couple of paint chips that were not part of the damage to the back panel. The inside was spotless and beautifully detailed. Pride in ones work is hard to find, but this business understands that going the extra mile will bring customers back. I will not go anyehere else after this experience. Blessings.

Brought my 2019 RAM truck in for an estimate on some damage to the hood... brought the truck in on a Monday and had it back by Thursday as promised. The quality of the work was top notch. You can't tell there was any damage at all. From the front office staff to the body repair specialists they are all very pleasant and professional. Excellent work at a fair price. I highly recommend this shop for all your body shop needs. They have been in business for a long time. It's refreshing to find an honest repair shop that really looks out for you. GREAT JOB !!

This company is amazing, the care they take in every way was above and beyond. The work completed on my vehicle was a work of art, can even tell it was every hit (paint matched PERFECT). It looks like they even returned my truck washed, the inside and out was kept Immaculate! They are all so professional and polite, no wonder this company is known to be the best in the Myrtle Beach area for repairs. Thank you so much for your detailed care with my vehicle.

I been driving past for years and noticed the vehicles outside during the day time. I stopped in to schedule my car for paint and nobody payed me any attention. Almost like I was bothering them After 15-20 minutes I left. I found a place not to far that was more than happy to have my business and half of what I was expecting. I was so surprised that I tried to pay them on the spot and offered more money but he wouldn't take it.. Nice people too

As of late May 2022, they are booked until September and cannot do my repair. However, their quote was very thorough and seemed fair. I can tell they do professional work. And, the gentlemen who reviewed my damages removed yellow scratches from rubbing against a gas station pole for free!

Evan's Auto Body Shop has been amazing. They fixed both of our cars and did a fantastic job. They were very kind and treated us like family. The outcome of both cars was amazing. When we pick up the cars from having the work done they looked like they had just come off the lot at the dealership. The work they do speaks for it's self. Thank you Evan's Auto Body for everything. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.

As usual Jamie and the whole Evans Family Collision crew such wonderful people.And they're very reasonable on their repair quotes.And I give them 5 stars because they have quality customer service.I highly recommend them if you need body repair work even if you have insurance that will cover it they will work with your insurance company to cover it where you have no out-of-pocket expense unless you have some sort of a deductible with your insurance.

We were visiting the area and had a little "run in or run over" with a stump/post which left our front passenger bumper hanging. Feeling like fools and not knowing how much or how long (days) the repair would take, we came to Evan's. Jamie was so friendly and said they would take it right back and it wasn't a big deal. Then after the quick repair he wouldn't charge us because it hadn't taken long and "we just like to help folks out sometimes"!Where can you find that kind if service and attitude? Right here!!
