They have down-to-earth sales staff who are sincere and knowledgeable. You don't get s great deal there, you likely pay list, but they don't play any games in the process. Service is top-notch, and you always know what service you're getting and why. I feel very comfortable there.

The personnel were very efficient and kept me informed.
