I highly recommend East Coast Honda! As a first time buyer, I was very nervous and not sure what to expect - but the process was easy and I felt comfortable the entire time. I m very happy with my experience and with my new car!Our salesman, Douglas, was incredible! He was helpful, communicative, and patient. Douglas answered every question I had with precision, showed me all of my options, and made sure I was getting exactly what I came for!Scott Cahill was also wonderful and helped make for a great experience. It is clear that the people at East Coast Honda actually care for their customers!If you go to East Coast Honda, I can guarantee you will be a happy customer!

Customer service was impeccable. Raymond Borriello and the rest of the team were patient, polite and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured or rushed and Raymond found me the perfect car within my budget. I will be an EastCoast Honda customer for life!

Johnny Haddad was great! He showed me several versions of the Honda Pilot Touring vehicle before I decided on the SUV I chose. He was thorough and explained all of the particulars inside and outside the vehicle. He made sure that the vehicle was detailed when I picked it up the following day. I was very impressed with his professionalism and I would definitely recommend him if someone asks me about buying a car at East Coast Honda.

Went to shop for a car that would be the right size and comfort for my mom. Juan was excellent. He pulled options right up for us to check out upon arrival. He was patient and helpful during our test drives and made the buying process seamless. He was very easy to work with and I highly recommend!

I went and bought from East Coast Honda yesterday. Our salesperson was Mr. Meet Patel, very polite honest and caring person. He was straight up front with me with anything I asked him he didn't cut corners. He acted like he was more concerned about my wife's needs then he was then making a sale to just make money for his self. I would recommend Mr Meet to anybody that was looking for a vehicle he would be a great salesperson if you needed one.

We went to east coast Honda to look at a new vehicle. We met Brian Miller. Told him what we would like to look at. He was very knowledgeable, explained all the features of the 2 vehicles we were looking at. He was not pushy and worked with us on the price. We ended up buying a 2024 ridgeline. If you are looking for a friendly knowledgeable, not pushy salesman, Brian Miller is the guy. Thank you Brian!

The sales Department Personnel at East Coast Honda in Myrtle Beach are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as well as easy to work with when considering or purchasing a vehicle. I was able to finance a new lease in a day thanks to my salesman Pat who happens to be a great salesman as well. his many awards are out on display for all to see as well, what I liked the most about him is he is not pushy or arrogant he shows you a vehicle your interested in and lets you decide if that's the right one for you if not you select something else if you want to. Since moving from outer state this is my 2nd Honda HR-V lease and I would highly recommended this dealership to my friends and neighbors the quality and service you receive from them is far above many other dealers around.

OUTSTANDING!!! We drove 7 hours from Florida to buy a used Chevy Bolt and it was worth the trip! This dealership was unlike any car buying experience I have ever had! Honest and easy transaction. Jay was simply amazing and really knocked it out of the park with customer service. Best salesperson I have ever dealt with! Tommy was also absolutely amazing in supporting Jay and helping us make a deal. Real Teamwork! Meet Patel was both courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. We took it for a test drive and showed it to my wife. Afterwards, he quickly completed the required paperwork and got me in with one of finance managers to complete the final sales documents. Overall, I would rate my experience as excellent in all aspects. I had the pleasure of working with Jason Barry for the purchase of my new 24 accord sport. He made the process super simple, easy and quick, yet still took his time to make sure I got what I wanted for an amazing deal!! Overall the entire staff is so nice and helpful. Will definitely go back to east coast Honda for any future needs as well as recommend to all my family and friends :)

Less than a year ago I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Pilot from East Coast Honda through a very customer-orientated salesman named Daniel St. Fleur. Early on I noticed an issue with the motor and took it to Mike in the service department. After some work it was better, not still not right. I took it back and was told that the problem was identified and what the cost would be to repair it. It was high! After the repair, Mike felt it should have been covered by the warranty and went to bat for me to get it covered. He was successful and now my Pilot runs like I expected a Honda to run - GREAT! Thanks to Mike for fighting for me, the customer, and making a potentially stressful situation a fantastic one! Mike, you're awesome and East Coast Honda is lucky to have you there.

We already owned a 2016 Honda CR-V, which we purchased new from East Coast Honda. They have treated us fairly for the past eight years. When we decided to possibly lease a new 2024 CR-V, Ramon Alvarez greeted us and treated us royaly. He did a good job explaining all the details of the new vehicle and helped us to make a fair deal. All the other staff that we interacted with were also very nice and helpful.

We had the most wonderful experience at East Coast Honda and will recommend them to everyone we know who s looking to purchase a vehicle! Daniel greeted us when we arrived and never made it feel like he was just trying to make a sell. He was so nice and helpful and actually listened to what we were looking for. We came to look at a specific vehicle but he offered several viable options based on our needs and wants. Daniel the manager was also very nice and helped us so much. We ended up buying an SUV that wasn t a Honda, (it was a trade in Ford) and they still made us feel like valued customers. We had a few bad experiences with sales people during our search but everyone at East Coast Honda was superb!!!

Our experience with Ray was amazing. He was very pleasant, outgoing, informative and patient. He was also very personable and friendly. I will definitely recommend him for future business of friends and families and of course, if we re looking to purchase another vehicle down the road in the future. It was our first time at Honda and I will definitely go back because of Ray and the amazing team they have. They care about their customers and it shows!

I just purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot from East Coast Honda, and I had a great experience. Daniel St. Fleur handled the process for me wonderfully. He was accessible, answered all questions, and worked with me until I found a vehicle I was satisfied with. The treatment I received from Daniel, and the rest of the staff, is why this car is the 8th car I have purchased from East Coast Honda, and why I have referred many friends and family to them. I see no reason to go anywhere else!

My husband and I purchased 2023 Ridgeline RTL-E from Daniel St.Fleur at East Coast Honda on 11/21/2023. Such a wonderful experience! Daniel is so knowledgeable about his vehicles with a no pressure approach. Very laid back, enjoyable and such a great guy. Definitely makes you comfortable and when it s time to leave, after going over every aspect of your new vehicle, you leave feeling like family. Five stars for excellent customer service by Carol Bailey Bowen and Shawn Dauber! I came to see Carol upon a friend s recommendation in 2020 and left in a new leased civic. Carol since then has continuously checked in with me to see how I am doing, as well as how my car is doing. When my lease was ending, Carol and Shawn worked to ensure I had all of my paperwork and everything taken care of to finance my car. I highly recommend Carol in sales and Shawn with financing as you will not have to worry about anything! Excellent customer service and just a pleasure to do business with both individuals! I will be back and will also continue to recommend both individuals to anyone needing a Honda! Thank you again Carol and Shawn at East Coast Honda!!

We went to East Coast Honda knowing which car we wanted to look at but had no intention of buying anything that day. Just planned to test drive and look. We met with Micah Barnes who had the car ready for us. He spent some time pointing out all the technical assets of the crv ex l (which are many). He was well versed on all aspects of the car's attributes and extremely knowledgeable. We were very impressed with Micah and the car. He was professional and personable, as were all the team.Micah offered us a very fair deal and enticed us with an offer of more than we expected on a trade-in that we weren't even sure we were going to sell! Needless to say, we left with a beautiful new car that evening, feeling that we had been treated very well and got a very good deal also. All in all a good experience.
