Recommended by a friend of mine- they did a great job on reupholstering my 2006 Ford F150 with leather. Looks like a brand new truck inside now. Very reasonable and timely.

Josh is outstanding! I ve had two convertible tops put in at this shop, and I wouldn t go anywhere else.They deliver, as promised. Please keep in mind that they are busy so it s not a quick turnaround necessarily, but it is absolutely worth the wait !

Custom Care performed an amazing upholstery job on our captain's chair arm, especially with all the tucks and creases that had to be matched with the existing arm!! When we received it back from them, we could not tell which arm was the one that was repaired!!!

Fantastic... Had these guys redo my daughter's headliner in her 2006 Volkswagen Jetta. Looks factory good....excellent job and excellent service .... I will refer all future business their way. Stand up shop.

Awesome old school shop. Everyone was super nice. I had door panels redone on my 2008 mustang. I can tell you that look better then new. Very reasonable prices and super fast service. I 1000% recommend this place to anyone. Thank you guys

I went to custom care my rag top on my Audi was pulling away from the rear window. They were able to fix the top beautifully so I didn t need to replace it. They were very polite and treated me fairly. I would have given them 5 stars but they don t answer their phone!

Needed the head lining in my car, replaced. Made an appointment, took it in and in about 3 to 3 and half hours it was done. Keep your reciept, they give you a 3 year warranty on the headlining.Did an excellent job...

I am so impressed with this place! We brought our van in for a new headliner and they did such an amazing job. They had told us turn around was a day or two, but got us our van back in the same day! The front staff was so nice (Nick was super nice!) and very professional.If you need work done inside your car, this is your place!

These guys are Good! Had our convertible top replaced last month, awesome job. Had them redo a seat cover this month, perfection. Couldn't be happier with the quality workmanship, the employees and the whole experience. Great place to take your vehicle that you love. Custom Care brings it back to brand new.

Beautiful work and very friendly staff. Had headliner in 2008 VW Jetta replaced. Looks like it just rolled out of the showroom.Just had leather seats done and they came out beautiful. To get leather seats at dealer was only included with $15,000 upgrade package. Had these two tone leather seats done for $1,300.

"Craftmanship" should be mentioned in their company name. Pure Craftmanship. I was referred to Custom Care By Word of Mouth and I'm so thankful that person told me about this company. I've had four different motorcycle seats in the past 3 years, but nothing like this seat. By far this is the most comfortable, and best looking custom seat I've ever owned. Wish I had moved down to Myrtle Beach a little sooner would've saved a lot of money. Great prices for the quality of work, or should I say Craftmanship. The owners Rich & Wendy are great to work with, actually the entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. "PLEASE" don't waste your time, or money anywhere else, this is the shop for all your interior needs!!!

Was looking for a company to replace vinyl on a hard rollup toneau for my truck. Called Custom Care and they said they were doing one right then but couldn't give me a price before seeing it, so I went to Custom Care for it to be inspected, after arriving they told me it would be $1000.00 but never went out to inspect it. I could buy a new one for $900.00 to $1200.00.Found a company that did the work for nearly half and they had never done one before, but they inspected it before doing the work and said they could do it. Dropped it off on Friday and the work was completed by the next Wednesday and they did an excellent job. Very pleased with New Image in Murrells Inlet, SC.

Custom Care came highly recommended but fell short on many items. Made an appointment and waited close two 3 months for the date, no problem. Dropped the truck off, gave them a list of what I wanted done, (even gave the list when appointment was made). Was told it would be 2 weeks before they were done. Called on the middle of the 3rd week and was told they hadn't started it because I dropped it off without an appointment. I stated that was not the case. Another two weeks go by, and I get a call saying that the truck was done. I go to pick the truck up, only to find that half the work wasn't done, and what was done was beyond sloppy work. I was given a few excuses and was rushed off. I called the next day and spoke with one of the owners. I was asked to come in so we can go over the truck together. We go over the truck and a whole list is written up with what wasn't done, and what needs to be fixed, after the owner admits, the job was done not to their standards. I make an appointment to drop the truck back off a few weeks later. After they had the truck for a month, I get a call saying it is all done. I go get the truck, and to my surprise nothing they originally did was fixed, and only two items were complete. I have a half put together truck, and ownership will do nothing to correct the issues. I explained that money is not a factor in this project, I just wanted it done right. A lot of money and time wasted, too bad they do not care about the work they put out.

I have an old 2006 Town and country minivan and the headliner was falling down and was in real disrepair. I took the car kind of blind lady to them but I did get a recommendation from the app Nextdoor from other locals and I have to tell you they did a fabulous job. I booked the appointment well in advance because I don t live in the area and they did it very quickly efficiently and beautifully. The staff was awesome very friendly and they did a really good job . I highly recommend this company

We were in myrtle Beach on vacation the sunroof on my 08 f150 wouldn't close and Ian coming in we called Ford they said 3 day wait I called these guys and they said without hesitation if we can't fix it we can get it closed for your drive back to GA. We went and 20 minutes later they had it closed and had us on our way for a very reasonable amount. Family owned business that remembers what great customer service is all about all while watching news of hurricane in fla. Where all of their family was getting hammered thank you guys you truly saved our trip and ride home

If you have any issues with your vehicle other than mechanical Custom Care is the place to go to. They do great work. The employees are very knowledgeable and so friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Wendy and her crew did what others said was Impossible and SAVED me a LOT of MONEY doing it!I had been to several other shops that had told me I would need to purchase a brand new convertible top, and all new hydraulics for the top on my Mercedes..Wendy not only repaired my existing convertible top to perfect condition, but also managed to repair my convertible hydraulics by rebuilding only one of the components!They had my convertible top in perfect shape for approximately a QUARTER OF THE PRICE that the other shops wanted for me to buy and replace all new!!! AND she also did some repair work on my interior leather while it was there!I could not be more thrilled or more appreciative for their honesty, hard work and excellent workmanship. It's wonderful to find honest people that are willing to make the efforts and go the extra mile to save a lot of money for their clients by doing the necessary REPAIRS instead of purchasing NEW!!They were very professional, honest, courteous and even had my car detailed for me before I picked it up!I couldn't be happier with the excellent results, AND they saved me a ton of money!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with them, and I will NEVER go anywhere else!!MUCH gratitude and MANY thanks to Wendy and crew!!~Sandra Robinson

Fixed my top but broke plastics inside can then basically called me a liar about it. If you go there, take pictures of your car. Wish I did. They did offer to fix the broken parts but the trust isn't there for me anymore.

They do great work... However, a few years ago i had them replaced a headliner on a 2008 BMW 750i. But they didn't connect reconnect the drainage plugs in the sunroof so the car would flood everytime it rained. It devastated my cars interior. I could never find the time to take it back.. ended up selling the car.

Great staff! The owned is honest and knowledgeable. The job came out beautiful and in the time frame as promised. The two Great Dane mascots are super sweet and friendly.

Busy shop. So you need to make an appointment well in advance. Have used them twice for small upholstery jobs. Excellent work.
