Had a 1 o'clock appointment for 4 new tires. Dropped the car off at a few minutes before appointment time and was told it would be ready in one hour. Didn't walk out of there until 3:30. Prices were fine, but not worth the extra time. Would not recommend. I will shop locally next time.

Long time Costco member. Good prices on tires, but the service needs major improvement. Bought these tires based on the price being about the same as a local tire store but including a warranty for repairs. Almost a two hour wait for a simple screw in my tire and no appointments available for another week. Just called the local Mavis discount tire ( formerly tire town) and they are able to take me into the shop in 15 minutes. Spend a little bit extra money, support local, and save time in the long run.

Very knowledgeable and professional people in the tire center. I was very happy that they could work me in as all appointments were filled. Great prices on tires, especially when on sale with one cent installation.

Gary is the best employee out whole family has ever met employed by Costco. 1000 stars. Helps us everytime with propane. My boss even raves about how courteous Gary always is. The difference between him and other employees. His smile is genuine.

Just had 4 new tires put on. The price was great. The service was phenomenal, thanks to the great team that the tire center has. Thanks again Dan, Shaun, Mike, and Jason

Shawn helped me out this time but every time I go I get great service. FYI they are always very busy and overworked but always the most helpful and honest when it comes to my tires and what I need to fix em !

It's always best to make an appointment. They do a great job. Plus all the perks you get from buying the tires from them is unbeatable.
