Coastal glass is a class act. They assisted us in making sure the dimensions on the glass for our table were spot on. We were in a bit of a time constraint for the glass, Tara was wonderful in getting the order done and delivered within our time limitations. I highly recommend

I called last minute and was able to get 3 pieces of glass cut for end tables and only had to wait 1 day. Great turnaround time every other company I called said it would take at minimum a week.

I went to Coastal Glass Company to drop off a large bathroom mirror to be resized, expecting to come back in a few days to pick it up. They unloaded it from my vehicle and did the work in about 15 minutes while I waited. It came out looking like NEW and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Thank you for the quick and professional service!

WOULDN'T RECOMMEND. Had an appointment scheduled for today and nobody showed up . They didn't even have the common courtesy to call and say they running late. When I called and refreshed the person memory who scheduled my appointment he didn't even apologize he just stated "You can call someone else". Glad I already had did that.

A window pane had fallen out at our rental property. Coastal glass did the work appropriately, however their rates are outrageous. We were charged more for fixing a window pane than the cost of a new window. Excuse given, rising glass prices and the cost of gas. Keep in mind they used no new glass on this job.Make sure to ask for an estimate. They charge $175 for the first hour of labor and then $135 for each hour thereafter.

The sliding glass door at my rental condo was getting very difficult to open. I called Coastal Glass and they coordinated with my tenant to get the repair done very quickly. The technicians were kind, clean and fast. My tenant was very, very happy and I was too when I got the bill which was very reasonable. Kathy in the office was a delight to work with as well. They're now my "go-to" glass company!

I called last week on Friday. Someone came out that same day. Measured our shower and said that someone would be calling us from the company on Monday/Tuesday. I didn t hear from them on either day. I called Wednesday and spoke to someone - they said a DJ would call me back. It s now Friday and I still haven t gotten my quote.I do not recommend these people. They re utterly disorganized and you have to chase your quote. Do yourself a favor and just call. Brady Glass Company. They came out on Wednesday - measured and I had a quote by 5pm on the same day. They re installing my glass next week.

I called two weeks ago to have my kitchen table measured for some 1/4 glass. They first said someone would call within a few days. It's been two weeks - I called this morning and they said "Well we haven't had anyone in your area to do the measure" Really? I live less than 3 miles from their location - no one was in the area? Unbelievable!! I asked, what if no one was in "my area" for another month? She said - "then that's how long it would take" UGH - I just called Accent Mirror & Glass Design - They we're awesome. Someone will be here Thursday 9AM to measure and they even had a better price - without the hassle!

I recently had an EXCELLENT service experience from Coastal Glass. Had broken window, was out of town. Coastal quickly responded and got our glass replaced. Price was even cheaper than they quoted. Highly recommended!

Going on six weeks, finally got the glass installed after excuses of truck breaking down to workers stuck on a job. Now we were waiting for door parts to show up. Now the workers are on big commercial job. I was an engineer for fifteen years and never had this much trouble getting order completely.By the way, we are talking about a standard door.

they called and said they were on the way a day earlier than my appointment actually was and I stated I wasn't home and I said the appointment was tomorrow and they said oh ok no problem and I never heard from them again. That was 3 days ago!!
