I had an a minor accident requiring my rear bumper to be replaced. Jesse took excellent care of my car and explained all the details of the repairs that would be performed. What a super experience with focus on outstanding customer service along with my car looking brand new. I highly recommend Classic Collision for any repairs. Peggy-Ann, General Manager at Classic Collision located in Myrtle Beach, SC is very professional, efficient and courteous. From my initial contact, Peggy-Ann displayed a very patient and caring attitude. She is an efficient manager as evidenced by the fact that my car was ready a day ahead of schedule!Peggy-Ann was great to work with as she is very gracious and exemplifies excellent customer service/people skills.I would also like to commend Michelle for her customer service as well. During my initial telephone contact, she was professional and patient as she took time to answer my questions!The body shop staff also deserves recognition for an outstanding job in repairing the rear bumper! In addition, I also appreciate the cleanliness of my Lil Baby Beach Buggy aka Smart Car when I picked it up what great customer service! It is clearly evident that Peggy-Ann is doing a phenomenal job as manager of a well run auto body repair! Had a repair through an insurance claim. Peggy, and Debby Gave me the best customer service ever! They made my experience so easy and quick while also making me feel very welcome. Never had I ever wanted to stay longer than I needed to at a repair shop, hahaha! Not to mention the work was amazing! My car looks better than before! Thanks Performance Collision Center! Jesse Lindler, Estimator at Performance Collision Center in Myrtle Beach was very professional and efficient as well as courteous! From my initial contact, Jesse was very thorough as he took time to answer my questions pertaining to the estimate and repair of my vehicle.He has excellent customer service/people skills.Debby & Peggy Ann deserve recognition as they were always very professional & courteous whenever I called Performance! I appreciate their patience with me as they also displayed outstanding customer service/people skills!Also, the Body Shop repair employees deserve acknowledgement and thanks for an outstanding job on the rear bumper of my car and had it completed in a very timely manner! First, let me say that I believe the office manager, Peggy Ann, tried, but she was limited by the staff s lack of organization and communication. My car was there 2 months. We certainly understood the delay in getting some of the parts and that once the car was taken apart, more damages were found. However, parts would arrive and they would forget to order all the parts needed. For example, brackets to install a running board or rubber seals to go around the doors and window. Our insurance adjuster was constantly having to go back to do an additional supplement because Classic didn t seem to know what parts they needed. Then, they broke the glass and had to order that and on one of the many days they promised the car would be ready, we were told the glass arrived damaged but our insurance adjuster was told it didn t arrive. On the day it was finally ready, we learned the seals for two doors had not been ordered and we noticed the seal around the window had been damaged. The door seals were replaced a week later, but to date no one has returned our calls about when the seal for the window will arrive. Today, the car died leaving me stranded. AAA was called and when they checked the battery, the positive battery cable had fallen off and was resting on the battery. Classic disconnected it I guess to save the battery while they worked on the car but never tightened them back properly. We called again this afternoon but no one returned the call again. In many ways we feel sorry for Peggy Ann because she is limited by an inadequate staff. She did get a rental car for us for about a week when our insurance supplement for a rental ran out and our car still was not done. Lack of communication, unnecessary delays, excuses, and disorganization has definitely left a negative impression of Classic Collision.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Hit a deer and USAA said to bring it here.. Dropped My car off on 1/10/2022 they estimated 5-6 days. On 1/17 it was in paint so they said. On 1/19 they said it was going to paint today or tomorrow. The front desk lady laughed.. Will be ready on 1/21. They only send updates after you call and ask about updates. Now they are saying it SHOULD be ready on 1/24 but I didn t know that because they did not update me. I m $600 into a rental and still paying for it. Wouldn t recommend even if insurance says too.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I had an accident involving the passenger side of my car and by chance I stopped into Performance Collision and what a great experience I had starting with a smile and immediately had an appraiser( Peggy) come out and evaluate the damage which was pretty extensive which involved not only the side of my car but also the running board. Within a week I dropped my SUV off and had it back within 4 working days and WOW what a great job they did. I was so pleased with their work and professionalism. I highly recommend them!!!! I was extremely pleased with the work done on my vehicle after a collision. I picked performance collision after being given multiple options by the insurance company. Peggy Ann was professional, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. The crew that did the repair was outstanding. They live up to their motto..Fixed right.On time.The first time. Very appreciative.

Performance collision work with my insurance company and fixed my truck. They did a exceptional job. Peggy help me get my truck to them during this pandemic. Performance Collision is a nice company with a warm atmosphere and friendly staff. They do their best to suit your needs which is nice since not many shops do that. The only reason I didn t give this wonderful place five stars is due to the fact that I received my car with more problems than I dropped it off with. Oh, I forgot to mention that they lied to me as well.Adam, here s that review you wanted :)

I will definitely recommend Performance Collision! They re very friendly and professional. Jason had every step of the way taken care of for me. He kept me informed through everything and made a not so good situation a lot smoother. The staff here is super friendly and they did an amazing job on my truck. They even vacuumed, cleaned up and shined my tires. I couldn t ask for better customer service. Thank you!

This place went above and beyond for me. They answered all of the questions that I had. I recommend you all used this car repair place for accident repairs even paint jobs. If I could give all 10 s I would have. Great customer service especially Mrs. Peggy. From the walk through of the process and the messages and calls providing me with the info in a timely manner that my car is now repaired and ready.

I would definitely recommend this shop for Auto Body Repair. The staff was super friendly! The process of getting the estimate and scheduling the repair was quick and easy. Jason kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was done on time and looked like new from the body work and from the clean and detail my car got before I picked it up! Everyone was very nice! When I first got in Ms. Peggy the front desk lady was super sweet she greeted me with my last name loved that. When I got my car back everything was in great condition I definitely recommend everyone to come here.

Excellent service and they made my Equinox look like new again after it had a fight with a concrete pillar. Insurance recommended but I would use them again. Great detailing after they were finished. A+

I had to take my civic there for a scratch on my bumper. When I got it back it looked better than before it was scratched. Jesse was very professional handling my claim. Will definitely use them again.

i brought my car here because State Farm told me it was the only place that could do my car in a timely manner. I was then without my car for almost 2 weeks in which time they said they finished everything, I went to go pick it up and multiple things were still wrong with it including they said they replaced the horn when they absolutely didn t. And there were multiple missing/broken parts on my car. After bringing it back they kept it for another week and fixed most everything in the car, But then I found that they fixed it with zip ties and superglue. Definitely don t bring your car here if you actually want to live after driving off the lot.

Taking care of my car with insurance claim, also doing personal repairs at a great price. Getting text messages on updates and how's it going. They are very busy and sadly short staffed right now, so if you work on cars. Maybe see what they have for employment.

We were advised by other person's insurance company to use their services. They've knowledgeable and professional staff.They kept notifying us about the repair. And after the car was fixed they washed it in and out and vacuumed it! Sweet!

We had my husband's truck towed here after I wrecked it on the ice. The damage was all to the bed of the truck and the back driver side rim was cracked. Went to pick it up the first time they claimed it was ready and the rim was not replaced. Then they asked of we wanted to "risk it" until the rim came in. After having it another week we had to call them at the end of business day on a Friday for them to tell us oh yeah, its ready. Went to pick it up, everything looked ok. Went to put a little gas in it and they forgot to connect the gas tank back to the bed of the truck. We took it back and it was all sorry sorry sorry. We just went to fill up because we're going out of town and wasted $5 in gas because somewhere under the truck something is not connected. Do not take your business here!! I have never in my life had so many problems out of a body shop.

This is legit the worst company I have ever interacted with. My insurance company referred me to this shop because of an accident. The estimate stated that my car was only going to be in the shop for three days. It has currently been in the shop for two weeks. Countless mistakes and countless miscommunication from the owner and the staff. Since this was through insurance, performance collision did not try to fix or try to please the customer (even after five mistakes) because they knew they were getting their money. DO NOT GO HERE! Also, I tried to leave a review on their website but they will not let me because my review will be less than 5 stars.

Everyone i dealt with there was very professional. To Matt's supervisor: he was assigned to drive me home after my car was totalled. He was so polite and respectful of my physical limitations. He even offered to take things upstairs for me when i arrived home. He is a true asset to your operations!
