Our visit to Carolina RV was simply destined to be awesome.We actually passed Carolina RV on the way to Blue Compass next door to look at a 5th wheel camper we called about the previous day. This camper turned out to be a massive pile of garbage, to put it lightly, rotted slides and all. The icing on the cake was the pushy sales staff we encountered who attempted to press us to make an impulse buy.Conversely, our visit to Carolina RV was delightful the moment we walked through the door. Angela, a relatively new saleswoman here, greeted us and showed us to the campers within our price range. She showed us each camper and provided us with concrete facts and information about each one. She was extremely transparent, informative, and allowed us to inspect each camper thoroughly. She was simply helpful, nothing sleazy or pushy about her. She is a saleswoman with integrity, no doubt.When we discovered a camper we liked, she worked diligently with us through the entire buying process and offered a walk through demo at no additional cost. She even offered to pick us up at the airport if we made plans to fly down and pick up the camper. There was never a point when I felt Angela didn t want us to leave the premises without a solid deal on a good camper.The technicians who cleaned our new(ish) camper and showed us the ropes were very knowledgeable and friendly. These guys are craftsmen, who deeply care about the quality of their work and take pride in it. They provided us with parts to fix the items on the camper that were worn/broken, and they even helped us to remove the worn furniture that came with our camper. I was blown away by their willingness to help and generosity.If I could describe our experiences with Carolina RV in one word, it would have to be the word genuine. The service we were given was totally unmatched by other corporate chain businesses like Blue Compass or Camping World. It was plain to us that these people are not just camper salesmen, so much as they re just a staff of good people trying to help others find a camper that suits them and will serve them well.

We were first timers and Carolina RV was amazing as a whole! Bobby was our salesman and when I say he went above and beyond I mean he went above and beyond! We purchased and then had to come back to pick up because we didn t have anywhere to store. So I fly back and who is there to pick me up? Bobby! Carolina RV has gained customers for life! They made the entire process stress free. Anytime we have questions they are happy to help! You can feel that this isn t just a one and done sale for them. I highly recommend buying from Carolina RV.

Carolina RV service is exceptional!! We can't rave enough about how well they have treated us. They are quick to handle concerns, patient with questions and pleasant to work with!! The only reason this isn't a 5 star rating is that sales stinks! We were told our unit that we traded would at MAX sell for $11,000 & we saw that it sold for $25,000. That's when you feel cheated, especially when you only got $8,000 on the trade in. Thanks Scott for lying to us.

Jim, Little Miss Ember, and I love our new to us 2023 Geo Pro 15TB. Everyone at Carolina RV made the trade-in experience on our Aliner Scout Lite so pleasant. Bobby was our main contact person. He was friendly, helpful, and fun throughout. Everyone after him that we met or worked with during the sale, paperwork, and pick-up answered questions and provided support in a knowledgeable and friendly way. This was our fourth travel trailer purchase and by far, the team at Carolina RV in Myrtle Beach was the most pleasant and friendly to work with. Many thanks to the whole team at Carolina RV in Myrtle Beach that made our trade-in process enjoyable from start to finish!

From the first contact with Chief Eric Lewis, we were confident that we had found a dealership that tried to meet our special needs and not urge us to get a unit that was not right for us, but scored a sale for them.We eventually found that RV and were happy with the prospect of future use.The sales procedure was handled smoothly by Carolina RV and the finance representative made the myriad of forms understandable and presented them efficiently.My get to know you session to acquaint me with the many systems in a modern RV was handled by Mike. He took the time to be thorough and was very willful to recover a topic and patiently answered my questions. His advice will prove invaluable to optimizing the use and care of the motorhome.I would feel comfortable recommending Carolina RV to anyone interested in exploring the purchase of an RV.

From the first phone call to the time the tech left it was a pleasure to work with Carolina RV. The tech was running late and called to let me know this, when he arrived he asked what our issues were and went right to work. He was professional, friendly, explained what what wrong and what he was doing every step of the way. He answered all my wife and I's questions and couldn't have been more helpful. I will use them again if need be they are what a service company is all about. Down here from NJ for 10 days and needed to have the trailer fixed, under warranty, and they said they will take care of all the paperwork etc from the manufacturer I was very pleased I called them and would HIGHLY recommend them if you need service on your RV.

Dennis the Parts Manager suggested a 6K E2 unit which was perfect.. and was furnished and installed on the same day.My sincere thanks and gratitude to the Service Staff who assisted me so professionally, it s priceless.It is my hope that those of you reading this will also find a great experience in dealing with these wonderful service providers at Carolina RV.

Had a wonderful experience purchasing our 2024 Chapperelle with the help of Scott B. Scott really listened to our wants and needs and let me look at at least a dozen or more campers. Never felt rushed or pressured and took the time to explain pros and cons and answer our numerous questions. We were in desperate need for our camper ASAP, and Scott delivered the next day! The owner himself made sure they had the camper prepped and ready to go by noon the next day!! Financing was smooth and quick for an overall pleasant experience! Would definitely deal with Carolina RV again! Thanks so much for being the best!!

Chuck was amazing. He was nice and professional. I had an issue that I knew nothing about and asked him for his help while he was on another call. He didn t have to help, but he did. He was kind and fixed my issue in only a few minutes. I was so grateful for him. Great service!

Carolina RV was able to schedule on-site service the same day, with an estimated arrival time. The technician - Shane - even kept us informed when the prior job ran long. On site he was professional and courteous, repairing our awning perfectly. Great experience.

We called the service department because we were camping and our heat shut off. Shane came to our site to fix our heat and stabilizer. I called the shop and he was to us in 15 minutes. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He kept trouble shooting till the job was complete. He took his time explaining everything to me. He even spoke on the phone with my husband . 5 stars to Shane for a job well done.

We had a great experience buying an RV from Carolina RV.. Angela coordinated all aspects from our initial interest, price and options on financing, warranty, insurance and final prep. We flew across country from Washington state, to purchase and pickup. Doc walked us through the Travato and all systems, answering our questions and giving us many extra tips. Alesha, got us through paperwork in 20 minutes! And we were out the door w our RV. I highly recommend Carolina RV ...we are happy campers.

The Sales process, purchase and walk-thru all were top notch. Everyone we met at Carolina RV was welcoming and very helpful. We purchased a 5th wheel and they helped install our new hitch and kingpin in a short amount of time so we could get the RV on the road. Would definitely recommend.

Great company. Patty in service is on the ball. Gets you scheduled. My service guys were Shane and Chuck. Great guys and they both really know RV's. Not their first rodeo. Arrived on time. Replaced bedroom roof AC unit after diagnosis. Checked Living Room AC load all good. Diagnosed my Winegard OTA Sensar antenna issue. Bad amplifier and main coax cable short. Replaced cable and new Winegard Sensar IV. Can't do better then Carolina RV Repair. Regards Ed Andersen

Our salesman (Scott) was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Really enjoyed dealing with him. Everyone we came in contact with were very nice. The guy (Michael) who did our pre delivery inspection was very knowledgeable. We have purchased several RVs over the years. This was the best pre delivery inspection we have ever had.

I showed up late Thursday afternoon looking for a specific part. The parts manager looked in the catalog and found exactly what I needed. He ordered it and said it would be in by 4pm Friday. At 3:45om Adam called me and said the part was in. When I picked it up I even got a 10% discount. This is the 4th time I used CRV for parts or service. Every time it has been an outstanding response. I highly recommend CRV for parts or mobile service.

They came out and fixed my problem with a smile on their face. Shane couldn t have been more pleasant. My experience was nothing less than fabulous. I didn t buy my camper from Carolina RV but I wish I had I bought it from camping world that didn t give me the time of day even though I am a handicap, senior citizen, shame shame on camping world praise the Lord for Carolina RV and their wonderful staff. I came in two years ago looking for a part for my rv door. The parts guy handed me a box of parts and told me to take what I needed, no charge.Last week I came in looking for butyl tape, and the parts guy again handed me some to use.This morning I scheduled a mobile repair. The tech showed up on time, made a great repair, charged very fairly.I obviously have a high opinion of this place and recommend it to others

Very appreciative of the services that was provided by Carolina RV. Our water system had been down for months due to a leak. But the technician manage to squeeze us in on a busy day. Tevin helped by setting up the appointment and Shane replaced the parts with ease and helped with other leaks as well. I can t thank this company enough. If I could give more stars I would thank you guys.

My Wife and I put a deposit down on a new Chaparral 30BH 5th wheel at the end of October after reaching an agreed too trade-in / purchase with the sales manager Joey for a late Dec arrival. We called for an update in middle Dec to be told our camper was being delayed until Feb but they have one coming in for stock (different color and has the auto level) I could take this one at the same deal, I agreed and was led to believe it was coming off of the Dec build which made sense. When the 5th wheel arrived I requested some photos be sent to me as i always do just to look things over. The salesman sent the photos, I noticed this camper looked like it had been built for a while with black streaks and had the previous interior in it. In one of the photos i noticed the camp side slide adjustment was bent looked like it took a decent hit probably during transport. So I questioned them about the damage and about the older interior color, another salesman called me back and insisted that they give me my deposit back which i didn't want my deposit back I wanted the camper that I put the good faith deposit on and waited for. So after 10 days of trying I finally was able to speak to Joey the SM the deal originally was made though, after being told several times he only had 2 minutes for me and he had several deals on his desk and 2 minutes is all the time he had for me. Then he explained a new build sheet would be sent to me I would be required to sign it and the original deal was off and they where not going to honor my trade in and they would renegotiate because I would not take the (damaged) camper they found for me (not an ordered one the way we wanted and they originally agreed too). I asked where my camper was at the one we ordered, they explained they have no choice in the camper the manufacturer sends them which sounds like a lie, then why would I have any choices before the build.A simple phone call explaining they had allowed me to much for my trade lets meet in the middle would have been acceptable. But instead try to force me to take a camper that had been setting some where maybe waiting on repairs from shipping damage and not the camper I ordered. Wasting valuable time to sell my camper or look for another dealer.The salesman reached back out to me later with details of the new deal, they dropped my trade-in 4k, held their camper at the original price. I requested for Joey to call me to discuss this and still Joey has yet to contact me to tell me if they where going to honor the original deal or at least come to some middle ground. The camper is for sale now on the lot at this moment fyi.

If you have an RV that needs servicing, don t hesitate to take it to Carolina RV. They provide superior, personable and reliable services. Their rates can t be beat. They will get your RV in and out ASAP. Ask for Tevin Bennett or Ricky. The very best Myrtle Beach has to offer!

So far so great! We went into Carolina RV after visiting several other dealers. They found us exactly what we were looking for within just a few minutes.The 5th wheel was perfect and checked all the boxes for us....and then some!Great staff. I highly recommend Carolina RV over the other dealers in the area.UPDATE:We took delivery of our new RV and the process couldn't have been smoother. We left there knowing we'd have the support we need in our new adventure. As newbies, that's super important. We've already called a few times with questions and they have answered each one, offering any explanations we needed. HUGE THANKS to Tom, Bobby, Joey and Alesha!

Advice: Don t buy from Carolina RV and always get a certified inspection. Eric told me the unit was pristine and that I d be wasting my money to get it inspected. Turns out it had a bad refrigerator, bad tire, bad battery, bad radio, bad exterior lighting, and all the seals were 5 years old and dry/cracking. Eric also said that it looked like it had been covered its whole life, but the roof was in bad shape in the inspection photos. The sinks were in bad shape, and the ac filter looked like it was the original from 5 years ago. Again, I d avoid doing business with Carolina RV and get an inspection!

1st: Salesman, Scott, Technician, Mike and Finance Tech, Aleisha provided the best experience we've ever had! Friendly, knowledgeable and "No pressure" whatsoever! When we pulled in the dealership, a fellow was unlocking the gates, seeing they had two EKKO's, I said they have to be lucky to have two on the lot. He responded that we were lucky one to be EKKO owners.2nd: Pricing of the new vehicle and trade-in value were very generous!If you are in the market for an RV that is your forever dream, see these folks. Mike spent over an hour doing the walk around and walk through of the coach, making sure we had a basic understanding of all of the systems! Emphasizing the importance of the solar systems and storage consideration for a garaged RV.

Scott (sales) and Dock (orientation) were both fantastic. Scott was very straightforward during the sales process on my 2024 Dynamax Europa 32KD which included a trade in. No gimmicks or being yanked around with Scott at Carolina RV. They were both also very kind and compassionate towards my wife who is mobility limited. I really appreciated that! Bill C

We had driven over two hours only to find out that the selection was minimal after being told that the lot was full of Class C RV s. We were shown a new rig that had an obvious leak and white mold behind the drivers seat. We then drove to an outdoor show to see more of what they had which was about 30 minutes from the store only to find that Bobby was too busy to spend 10 minutes with us. We waited over 90 minutes and he kept telling us he was coming and never showed up.
