Awesome, awesome, awesome! They are great! We had a slide issue for about a month. We were waiting on parts from the manufacturer of the slide, and then getting the parts delivered from the manufacturer of our trailer, and getting an appointment scheduled with Camping Connection was great. They were so professional and kept us up to speed on everything as they worked and any issues they encountered. The owners, the techs, everyone was wonderful to work with. They were so patient with all the issues we were having with getting the parts delivered on time for our appointment for service. We forgot to get our keys back from them for our RV, and they called the next day and delivered them to us at our camp site! We definitely recommend Camping Connection for anyone in the MB or Charleston areas. It is so rare to find a great RV service place in general, so we definitely enjoyed our interactions with this company and the work they did!

Called to get our AC repaired in the middle of the summer heat and they were onsite within 15 minutes of hanging up the phone! Jim did a great job fixing the unit within a short time and we're cool again! This is the second time we've used them for repairs we couldn't do ourselves and we will continue to call them in the future!

Let me first say I give 4 stars only because they are a good source for your camping needs. There people are friendly and the service is good. However in saying that I will also add that they are way over priced but then again here at Myrtle Beach any place you go to will be over priced. They wanted $65 dollars for a part that is only $13.00 normally. Then again here at the beach you will pay more.

These people are wonderful. We had a air conditioner go out when we were camping down there and we called them. They came out quickly and had us a new air conditioner put in within a hour and a half. I would recommend them to anyone.

I own Paradise RV Rentals in Charleston, SC, and had the pleasure of using these guys. They are quick, effecient, have great communication, and great prices too! Highly recommend.

Super friendly staff came out immediately and fixed our electrical problem, from the time we called until the time we were up and running was about 3 hours I highly recommend this RV service everyone from the parts room to the service tech was very professional

Excellent service !My WFCO converter (WF-8955AN-MAB) died on sunday july 3rd. I needed a replacement part fast. Called this place at 10 AM, spoke with the owner, gave me excellent advice and recommanded a better replacement part from Progressive Dynamics (PD-4600). He had the part in stock and by noon it was a done job.Thank you very much. This save our vacations in Myrtle BeachJean-Benoit GauthierMontr�al, Qu�bec, Canada

When I call these guys, rest assured they will show up! They educate as they repair and give tips on what your camper needs are and give direction . Great job every time so far!
