Caliber Collision made the repairs on my car and I m completely satisfied with the service they provided. I dropped my car off on January 23 and it was completed on February 9. They kept me informed about the details of the orders and the repairs. Brandon was my person and he was an absolute gem. The staff was very kind as well. My car looks great and they even clean the inside. I would definitely recommend them

Turned in my daughter s car for some rear end work. The shop is more than professional. They kept us updated concerning any further repairs than estimated. We are very pleased Caliber Collision took their Time to make sure the job was done right rather than fix it quickly. I really appreciate their measure twice cut once approach.Thanks for the great work.

I had repairs done on my Genesis after a mishap in a narrow parking garage , and I couldn t speak more highly of this facility! I was kept well apprised of every step of the repair process and having to order additional parts and was pleasantly surprised in the slightly less than 2 week turnaround time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a good experience, the people were nice and informative, there was a hold up on the painting area, but it was worth the wait they did an awesome job. I would never be able to tell where the damage was. Would highly recommend them

Brandon was awesome!!! I only had minimum repair and it was repaired in 3 days. Compared to 2 wks with minimum repair at another shop! Brandon was able too answer any concerns or questions. It was a smooth experience

Calliber Collision recently repaired my car after an accident. I could not have been more pleased with the service I received.My contact person, Royce, was a perfect example of fantastic customer service. He was outstanding at communication. I was always updated on the progress regarding the status of my cars repairs.As busy as this place is I was always kept in the loop. The manager, Alex, also let me know if I had any questions he was also available.While Royce was my main point of contact, I know that it was a complete team that took care of me. The auto mechanics must be exceptional because my car looked brand new when I got it back.I am so happy that I used Calliber Collision.Customer Service means something here. I would not recommend this business. Brandon was my estimator. I was very disappointed in the communication and it took 1 month to replace the bumper on my car. The excuse for the long wait was that they were slammed. I would have preferred them changing my appointment date over paying out of pocket for a rental car. The work they performed was adequate, but this location was very challenging to work with.

I had a accident with my Hyundai Santa Fe and my insurance company sent my car to Fender Mender/Caliber and from the moment we spoke to Dan SR to the day the car was rolled out fixed and it was sent out cleaner then I brought it to them which was a extra special touch I have nothing bad to say about this repair shop the staff from the ladies who answer the phones to being able to get updated phone calls on the car work this shop does everything for the customer and assures the customer is happy. We have even contacted them after the repair for a different car and they remember the customer and truly do make you feel like your a customer for life there. I can not find any fault with them and will recommend and bring any of my crash/bangs/booms to them. A+++ Thank you for making something stressful very easy and very quick.

We love this place! They do excellent work and have a very attentive and accommodating staff! Our experience with Josh, the main guy in charge at this location, was beyond great! i would not recommend this buiness. I had extensive damage to my car that required many parts and additional service at a Toyota service center. I was told that parts could take weeks to get which I understood. During the more than 4 months they had my car I never received an update and when I reached out and my estimator was unavailable (most often) I never feceived a call back. Finally when the car was completed by Toyota and I received a e-mail from them saying it was ready, I called Caliber Collision to see when I could pick the car up. They said it needed to be detailed and be ready in a day or two. Two days and a weekend later I called first thing in Monday morning and was told the vehicle was ready. I arrived several hours later to find out the car was not ready (manager admitted that they dropped the ball) and had to wait over an hour while they hastily prepared the car and to top all this off the car had only enough gas to make it to a gas station.

They gave me the best service possible. The Myrtle Beach shop did the work on my car. The body shop man Josh took good care of keeping me informed of the work being done on my car. He went way above what I expected. I recommend anyone who wants the very best service they can get, to take their vehicle to Caliber and ask for Josh. You will not be sorry. My Lincoln is beautiful. Dropped my truck off at a place called car star in Myrtle beach to get the bumper replaced. I called two weeks later to ask on status and they did not start it yet. Claimed they were no longer Car Star but were now Caliber Collision and needed to look into the claim and status. I was called back and told my truck would need to be moved to the other location to get worked on and they would move it there. None of that bothered me much. Upon picking up my truck I noticed all of my personal belongs in my center console glove box and side doors was ram sacked - someone had looked throughout all of my things and stole a few makeup type bags with miscellaneous stuff inside perfumes and full bottles of colognes. Not the value of the items that s a big deal but the principle of the matter. Train your employees not to go through people s personal belongings and take things that don t belong to them.

I was looking forward to getting my vehicle repaired on 2/27, but I received a voicemail on Tuesday saying my back ordered parts would be sent back to the factory, my file would be closed, my claim canceled if I didn t call to schedule my appointment. I ve had my appointment set for almost a month and there s no reason my parts should be sent back nor should I have to call back to set up an appointment when I ve already had one scheduled for weeks. (????)I m considering taking my almost $3,000 repair elsewhere due to incredibly rude and unprofessional treatment by Emily on the phone yesterday when I called and asked her a simple question (to clarify misinformation I received from a voicemail she left and a subsequent phone call where I spoke to another employee). It was unprompted and unnecessary. It doesn t take much to be kind and professional. Someone who treats customers with such disdain and disrespect truly should not be in a customer-facing role. Its honestly unacceptable.

I was rear ended and needed to pick a shop for repairs. My insurance recommended this shop and one other. Calliber Collision had higher ratings so I went with them. I cannot tell you how happy i was to find out that all these reviews were because the shop actually was amazing and not some promotion or credit given on the back end!The customer service was excellent! I have never had any kind of a collision and was very inexperienced with the process. Derek walked me through everything, gave me lots of updates, and even accommodated my schedule in needing to have the repairs set back a few weeks due to surgery.Upon picking ny car up I couldn't believe it! It looked like it had just come off the showroom floor! Absolutely perfect! I am so happy with this shop, it's work, and the employees that work here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
