Chris and his staff will help you out above and beyond any HD Dealers schedule for service. Their work in my opinion, is also 5 star.I had my engine rebuild done a year ago and have been very satisfied with the result. My only suggestion would be a "status" phone call for updates on progress. Top notch shop!

Awesome place! Chris found problems I didn't know about and let me know before it could have been bad out on the road. Got my bike up and running fast!Very thorough in looking over my bike. This shop and the people who work here are some of the best and friendliest in the business. I ve used this shop several times, including the latest time after I was in a serious motorcycle accident. Chris rebuilt my motorcycle and guided me through the process and honestly my bike is better than it ever was new. Brown s is definitely recommended over any HD dealership or shop around! Don t waste your time with HD. Chris and his crew are top notch! This is the only place In all of Myrtle Beach that I would take my HD. If you haven t been you have to go. When I take my ride to Brown s I don t have to worry about anything. It was my first visit. The mechanic Chris knew exactly what the problem was with my trike. He told me a price and repaired my bike in no time. It was ready when he said it would be . The staff was very friendly and polite. I will certainly return when it's time for more work to my Trike .

These guys are awesome! We needed a tire replaced on our trike and they were the only ones around who had one and could get is in. Very courteous and friendly! Awesome guys to work with!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chris's knowledge and history with motocycles reflects with high standards in his work...went to browns cycle with a on going problem with my bike. Chris and his staff took the time to listen to my concerns. They did a diagnostic. pin pointed the problem and resolved it. This problem has been lingering for almost two years and several different mechanics, the problem stopped at browns.Services: Engine repair, Oil change

Went to check out Brown's Cycle Werx after a few of my buddies had some service work and detailing done. Met the owner, who was very professional and even offered suggestions. Look forward to working with Brown's Cycle Werx in the very near future on some upgrades I want to get done to my 17 Street Glide Special
