Alfredo and the Brooklyn Auto Sales team were great! I had been looking for a specific car for a couple months and they had exactly what I was looking for. They were also reasonable with my request to have the car fully inspected prior to sale without selling it from under me in the meantime (which, surprisingly to me, many dealers were unwilling to do). They went out of their way to get me in to see the car on my way out of town and everything was set up very smoothly!I would highly recommend them and I will certainly look to them for my future car needs.

Main complaints would be.1. Test drive- I was only allowed to drive the vehicle for a few minutes at city speed. When I asked to take it on the freeway I was advised to drive at 75 mph on a two block stretch of city roads.2. Active check engine light was on the vehicle. I asked to see what the code was and was told to " not worry about it " I insisted and was told no one had a code reader.3. Most of the vehicles appear to have major flood damage when I looked underneath. IE severe rust up to halfway, rust under the floor mats.4. Immediate hard sell. I'm busy. Got things to do, decide now.5. Barely literate. Had a hard time spelling simple words and was irate with a bad attitude the entire time.I'm not rich, 3-5000 is a lot of money to me. I would avoid this dealership unless you are mechanic or take the vehicle to a mechanic.Be prepared for a hard sale tactic by someone unable to read.

Stopped here today after seeing several used cars on their website that we were interested in. Their website showed they were open until 8pm. When we arrived at 5:09pm, nobody was there, and there was a sign on the door that said "Gone to Auction" with a phone number. I called the phone number and got a voice mail saying the mailbox was full. I called the number listed on the front of the building, and a man answered. He said he could not come to the car lot because he was doing a test drive with another customer....and then he said he had to go pick up his daughter. I asked about several specific cars on their website (4 to be exact), and he stated to me that they all sold in the last two days. Since I was becoming suspicious, I checked the website again to discover that literally not a single car on their website was available on his lot. Sorta seemed like a "Bait and Switch" situation. Not a great way to do business. Definitely won't be going back again.

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely WOULD!!! First off I came from Wilmington nc and before I came I talked to the owner on the phone and we discussed a certain price!! When I got there after driving a hour away he upped the price! Then thank god I brought my brother in law with me ALL of the cars had rust on them, was missing paint, the tires were FLAT, was missing some type of piece, and was WATER DAMAGED!!! Then when I found one that was some what decent (still had missing paint) and started test driving it we wasn t even in the car 2 minutes and it started making a LOUD KNOCKING SOUND!!! Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! The cars are NOT worth your money!!!!!!!!!! Period!!!!

This is a really great place to buy good cars from with cheap prices. I have brought a few cash cars from him and would go back and buy more when I need it. My cousins bought suvs from him too & they all still running good. Rondu Jackson is a really great respectful guy I would do business with him any time. He offers free oil changes also with his vehicles. I see three people have there own negative comments up here thats not true if you do what he says with the cars then everything will go good with the cars from my experience bcz he keeps his word & tells you if there's any problems with the car before you buy it which most car dealers don't do..If it was up to me I would request anybody to go buy a car suv etc from there. Most car lots you have to purchase a drink he has drinks and snacks there for you while you do your paperwork even toys for the kids to play with if they get bored.

I purchased a vehicle from Brooklyn Auto approximately 5 weeks ago. Upon purchase, the owner stated that he would warranty the engine for 90 days. Otherwise I would have never signed the paperwork. I advised the engine was skipping or missing when I drove it off the lot. The owner Rondu advised he would fix whatever engine problems existed. Well the engine blew 8n less than 6 weeks. Rondu told me that I drove the car without oil. I explained to him that I checked the oil weekly to insure that it was full. I did this bc of the problems that vehicle had. I for certain did not want to add to the already existing problems. So, I made sure the car had plenty of oil. He does not want to stand by what he stated to me. So his only way out is to blame me the customer. Don't even consider stopping by this place of business. You will regret it if you do.

Rondu and Sharel were nice polite and professional. I got a great deal on my new truck. Second car I bought from Brooklyn auto and the first one I bought is still running great. Stop in and buy a car You will be happy.

Rondu is an awesome sales man, I love the way he communicated and talk with alot of respect. He help with stuff other dealership wouldn't do. I greatly appreciate him for that. Also , he has an amazing sister she will make you wanna get all your cars from them. Go check out Brooklyn Auto Sales , you won't be disappointed !

I ve brought 3 cars from this location over a 6yrs span. I ve had nothing but good things to say because if anything is wrong he will go the xtra mile for you. On top of that he give free oil change. I ve sent many ppl to him also my sister 3 yrs ago and she still have her vehicle. Not to mention he will work with you on the down payment. I ve notice sum negative reviews and I know that u can t please everyone or maybe they forgot that you actually have to pay for the vehicle...hint hint

This dealership was the only one that called me back ASAP and sent pictures to ASAP of the car I was interested in. RJ the owner went out of his way to come down my area to show me the car. He's very straight up and forward,totally trust this guy.

I'm not sure about these people leaving bad reviews but they are definitely not sharing the whole story. RJ is one of a kind who will do what needs to be done to make you happy.We got a van and after leaving the lot it was acting up and he took it to the shop and had it all fixed. He made sure the van was good and we were happy.

I have bought two cars from Brooklyn Auto Sales, for my daughter and myself. Very professional and plenty selection of different vehicles. I have also referred several others who also love their vehicles. I definitely recommend everyone to go and get their vehicles from him

I'd give negative stars if I could. I went in person 3 different days to look at cars, never anybody there. I called twice, it went straight to voicemail. How do they expect to sell cars?? I went somewhere else and bought my SUV.

i came up here to show my dude some cars and seen these reviews and had to speak on this businesses behalf being that me and my mom have purchased cars from them and r definitely satisfied!!! stopped by just to look &winded up leaving with a chrysler man am sooo happy!i wanted all them cars out there this was my third time there with my mom and dad bc i couldn t make up my mind .. so much good cars for such good prices and to read the reviews about death trap cars ??as many as i test drove b fore i could pic just one ??? i should have been dead along time ago ..the negative reviews has me shocked bc even at a time i was there a guy was leaving there just as happy wich even made me more comfortable bc he was within my age group..i feel like this as long as my engine and transmission r good am good... cosmetics r the least i remember buying a honda it looked so nice and left me on the side of the rd but my reliable hoopty was ever so faithful so am sorry u didn t have a good experience but the old saying u can t please everyone..mr brooklyn auto sales keep ur head up not sure what s going on with this lady but am sure u have lots of happy customers bc someone told me and my mom about y all and the good cars that s why we came and we tell our friends when they ask where we get our cars

No employees. Cars on the website aren't at the lot. Hasn't been updated in several months. I can go to the auction myself and not bother with a Yankee scammer.

took a peek in their car lot yesterday. counted more than 5 vehicles coated with rust all underneath and starting to eat edges of the paint. No thanks! what are these cars coming from Brooklyn ? most people down south dont want a rusted northern car when they can get rust free here.

I rated them a 5star bc that was the highest that I could rate this company ....hats off to Brooklyn Auto sales who went above and beyond to create a very happy & satisfied customer..I appreciate the owner Mr. Rondu Jackson who was very pleasant..what I liked is that he asked me two questions wat color and what kind of style I would b interested in and two days later he called me it was early sat morning and said I have a vehicle for u........ and I told mr.Jackson I had no way to get 2him ..and guess wat y'all ???he delivered it to my job.. talk about good customer service lol brooklyn auto sales does deliveries !!!!!!tooooo !!!!thank u I owe one thousand more when am finished am going to need a car for personal use I will b back to get something else..

Don t be a victim this place is no good owner purchased cars from the auction and put them for sale sell no warranty he knows nothing about the cars he just steal money from people He convince me hard to buy the car I spent cash money on it two days later transmission went out no good I Contact him And he was act unprofessional and he refuse to give any help and I have to take him to the court think about it before you go to that place!!!!!!!!!!

pulled up and no salesman came out to the lot to Greta's all the cars are very beat up and very dirty inside with change cigarette lighters and trash littering the floors and dashboards

Looked at a car that I had found online. Got there and the car would hardly start! Finally got it to run and it ran out of gas. Was not impressed at all !!
