Thanks guys for your honest professional service. Liz at the front desk was very friendly and explained pricing and packages very clearly to me. I understood what options I had for my vehicle before leaving it here. I drop my car off ,received a call after they inspected everything and was fully informed of what needed to be done and the cost to do it. The process was smooth sailing and quite fast I will say. Cody and EJ were the techs who worked on my car and they both did a perfect job. The have me back out safely driving on the road. So thanks guys keep up the great work.

Trust me when they say you get what you pay for. I came in here to get my brakes done. I picked the cheaper package, trying to save it a little bit of money, but these brakes are absolute trash. They squeak still even though they're new. I don't know what kind of equipment they use. I will never go here again or recommend anyone to go here unless you're gonna spend five or six hundred dollars on their best package, and you ride out of there with a very quiet car. You shouldn't offer a package that you're gonna cut corners on . Your customer leaves, and their car still sounds like trash. Now granite, they literally tell you. You're gonna hear some crunching or a little bit of squeaking. But I did not think it was and this bad. They literally shave your rotors down. I get it, but this made my car sound worse than when it went in.

I cannot say enough about this business. They were extremely courteous; answered any question I had; kept me informed before doing anything; did only the work they found necessary and the price I paid was more than fair. I highly recommend them!!

This place is AWESOME!!! Finally a place that deals with what you need done & with no pushy associate trying to get you to upgrade when you don't really need it! Cory was patient & took the time to explain what needed to be done & then placed the ball in my court! I made the decision as what was to be done & then he made sure that I was satisfied with my decision. And OMG I was soooo pleased with the 90 min. ONLY wait time!The young lady that checked me in was wonderful from beginning to end! She was quick to get my service started & kept me informed of everything! Oh & the free snacks & water were great too!I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their brakes taken care of quickly, professionally with or without an appointment! Like they say. " if they get your keys by 4:30 pm you'll get your brakes done!!" I think that's right!Thanks again Brakes for less!!

Worst place ever!!!! Charged me extra at the end when I already got the out the door price before and they lied and made me paid more. Tried to up sale me and everything. But still ended up paying more than I was told for. What a scam.

Bearings were mostly my issue. They are great working on my truck and getting things done ASAP! Not only that all the personnel were very friendly making sure if I needed anything during my wait. I highly recommend Brakes 4 Less! Even though I m from out of town I will come back when needed or if I m down this way and need anything! EXCELLENT, I went there approx. 5 months ago and had 4 premium brakes put on my Buick Envision. They were honest and courteous and at no time tried to sell me any additional service, they even cut the rotors where most shops would have requested new ones. 5 months later, no problem and the brakes work excellent. Save your money from these overpriced dealerships and trust this facility for all of your brake work. I highly recommend this shop in Myrtle Beach.Service: Brakes

Came in for a brake job. They let me know everything that was wrong and told me a good package that I should get the prices are good I would recommend my friends and I will definitely be back if I ever run into a problem again.

Follow up review, needed brakes replaced and went with the platinum level replacement. These people are amazing. I have new brakes and a 60,000 mile warranty. Brakes stop nicely. Thanks brakes for less.Amazing people. Driving to Pennsylvania yo see family and wanted to make sure my brakes were ok since I knew they were getting close.They checked my front and rear brakes and assured me that I had plenty of pad for my trip. Can't thank these folks enough for that piece of mind. Had the privilege to meet Melissa, one of the owners.Very impressed with the level of service delivered. Will be back when brakes need to be replaced.Thanks Melissa for bringing a reputable and honest business to the Grand Strand. Highly recommend.

They were super friendly and did quality work. They gave me all my options and didn t make me feel guilty for not getting the super duper most fantastic fancy pants platinum package.I got a quality job by a technician who was knowledgeable and friendly. I pulled in Tuesday morning without an appointment and was out of there in a little over an hour. Excellent service, and the brakes feel great. The only negative would be that their price on rotors was a bit high. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Absolutely the best service from the young lady at the desk! Knowledgeable, smart, polite, attentive and kept the area clean the entire time. EJ worked on my vehicle and showed me all the parts and how they work and explained everything to me very patiently and politely. He even worked past closing time to get my brakes done!! I saved over $700.00 by NOT allowing Jiffy Lube to do the job . yes their quote was over $1200.00! I d give them 10 stars if I could! Cody welcomed me at 7:55 sharp for an 8 am appointment. He was more than honest - so rare on this day and age- and made the mandatory suggestions and optional. I went with the mandatory which he agreed on. They were efficient and in 50 minutes I was on my way. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Honesty above all but great pricing and time saver.Service: Brakes

The entire team there was great! When my son's car broke down in front of their shop they were able to work on it right away, and genuinely cared about helping us. They were done in a few hours and did a great job at a very reasonable price, and definitely made the whole situation much less stressful for us! I would highly recommend them!

My "brake" light came on the information panel on my car recently. Just bought the car used a few months ago and I don't know when it's had various maintenance done. They told me the brakes were fine. Noticed other work was needed but said they would be more expensive than I could find by shopping around. True honesty is refreshing in this business and I would recommend them to anyone

Used them for a complete front and back brake replacement. It was very easy to get an appointment, friendly staff and quality work. The work was done in 1 hour and the price was right. We will be using them again in the future.

On January 3rd 2024 I had another great experience at the Brakes For Less on 501 in Myrtle Beach Front rotors needed replace pads were replace they were under warranty EJ and Tyler took care of me again! Pulled into the parking lot scraping, and pulled out floating GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and QUALITY WORK! These guys are FAST and very reasonable. They really take the time to explain the services needed and work out the best option for you from different available packages. Ej and Nate did my service and I wish they did more than brakes! I got lost getting there but when calling the owner stayed on the phone and guided me there. The entire staff were friendly and very professional. After inspection of my brakes they told me and showed me what needed to be replaced. There was no hard sell or any deception there. They got me in and out within 2 hours. They were the most reasonable priced store. I was very happy and pleased with the work. I will absolutely recommend them to all my family and friends. Went in for breaks for my BMW and was ready to to spend $400 and was told I had 90% life left in them. Someone must hane forgotten to rest the computer when they were last replaced.They even reset the computer for me. Everyone there was awesome. Will definitely be back when I need brakes.

From start to finish, it was nothing short of remarkable. They fit me in the same day, and diagnosed and repaired a defective caliper that another company repaired . EJ was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issue and did not try to sell me any additional work. Kevin and Melessa, the owners are so customer focused with making sure you are getting the best service on your brakes. EJ was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done and they don t try to sell you something you don t need. I was very impressed with the service on my brakes and will recommend them to everyone I know. The gentlemen in the shop really knew what they were doing and very courteous. They were very respectful professional they had the job done within a reasonable time frame they explain to me what needed to be done and why and they gave me the option of doing the work now and getting it fixed or having it done at a later time. I definitely do recommend them.
