We have bought a few cars from here and always had a good experience until today. I wasted my whole morning here being told that it was a possibility to make what I wanted happen to be told to go home and come back to only waste my entire evening to be told the deal that was shown to us the trade we had was not even in! Not once did we say we did not want to trade our car for the new car, not to mention I was passed between two salesmen and had to start all over from the beginning when I had been there a huge part of my day. I am very disappointed about what happened today.

My husband and I took our 2013 Passat in for an oil change and Multi-Point inspection on Monday. We were very impressed with the professionalism and speed of everything the mechanics did and we didn't even make an appointment.
