Dr. Thomas Jackson III went above and beyond on making the car purchasing experience an amazing event. The finance director Jason Grimm did an amazing job explaining finance options and assisting in helping me find one that fit my budget. I hope to work with them both and BMW of Myrtle Beach for all of my future purchases and maintenance needs. I am super happy about the car and the amount of professionalism portrayed while going through the process. In terms of maintenance and service, the service advisor Phil Serritella has gone above and beyond in helping me schedule repairs and acquire transportation accommodations when my previous car has had last minute issues. Phil has extensive knowledge and experience with BMW s, his suggestions and advice holds its weight when dealing with repairs and issues. He is 100% trust worthy, I will continue to choose him solely to handle my repairs.

Dierris was very professional and helpful with my search for a new car. When I arrived, I was already prepared in which cars I wanted to see. He was very patient and pulled every car I had on my list. If your in the area go check him out! He's awesome!!!!

Im always nervous about buying a car out of state, but my entire purchase experience with BMW of Myrtle was amazing. Upon my initial call, I was connected with an extremely professional and polite salesman, Michael Maely. From our initial conversation, to driving off the lot, Michael made sure that my wife and I had every piece of information we could ever need to be 1000% satisfied with our purchase. I was genuinely impressed by his product knowledge, not only with the BMW lineup but other vehicles on the lot. Ive dealt with many sales people who are clueless about what they are selling, but this was not the case. The finance department was able to get me a great rate, save me some money, and get me out the door in a timely fashion. I look forward to another Myrtle Beach trip, to do business with them in the future.

I've purchased many luxury cars in my lifetime - my experience with BMW of Myrtle Beach was one of the best overall. I have a smaller BMW dealership closer to my home, but I'm glad I chose to drive a bit further and use BMW of Myrtle Beach. They seem to run a large operation and top to bottom, they're pros.Ordering my car couldn't have been simpler - I configured the car online, spoke to a salesperson (Michael Sclafani) over the phone, we negotiated an acceptable price, and the car was ordered. No need for anything face-to-face, saving me the trip to Myrtle Beach until the car was ready for pickup.All along the way, Michael kept me updated on the status of my new car and I found him honest, conscientious and easy to work with. Best of all, my car came in sooner than I expected and was exactly what I configured. There were no surprises on the price and picking up my car was easy.I'm fairly new to this part of the country, but I feel like I've found a gem with BMW of Myrtle Beach...I'll definitely look to them next time I'm ready to buy.

Five Star Treatment all the way! My wife and I purchased 18 vehicles between several dealerships, and we agree our treatment here was the best. The Myrtle Beach Mercedes BMW Dealership was fantastic. We ended up purchasing a BMW by comparing several options on the lot. Luckily, we had an amazing Sales Advocate who had the patience to deal with our comparisons. I would 100% go back and make sure to ask for Brad Stewart. Top notch treatment and most importantly we knew he was being honest with us. It felt like we had been old friends for a long time whereas the sales manager had just introduced us. I have never had a sales process where I didn t question a thing. He and his team also took the time to show us the technology pieces that would have taken us months to figure out. At the end of the day, we love our new BMW and will be back soon for additional purchases!

Great car buying experience! I scheduled a test drive online, car was ready when I arrived. Ended up test driving a couple of cars, and had no hassles while i was making my decision. The whole process from sales to finance was smooth and easy. Thanks Brad Stewart and Matthew Verost for all your help, and staying late. Thanks Matthew for the great restaurant recommendation also, had a great meal at Joe's Bar & Grill.

Paul Keil was excellent. He wasn't pushy although took his time with us and answered any questions we had. He treated my wife and I like we were his only customers while working with several people at once. While we weren't buying one of the higher end vehicles on the lot, you wouldn't have known that by how he treated us. We will buy from him and BMW of Myrtle Beach again!

This buying experience lasted about three days total, and Mike Guido was a top notch salesman the whole way. Communication, information and troubleshooting everything we encountered. When it came to my trade, his team was fair, even enhancing the number once they saw it in person. There were some BMW incentives to navigate through, and when "Guido" didn't know the answer, he leaned on his team members who could find the answers. All this combined to get us the best and most fair deal.If that wasn't enough, on the day of delivery he waited at the dealership past closing for our arrival. The financing person also waited well after closing time to accommodate us. I can't say enough about the experience and process of purchasing a BMW X3 here. Five stars all the way!

Finally a service person that is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Worked with Simone and was very glad I did. She not only gave great advice, but she knew what she was talking about. I ve always hated dealing with service departments because they always try to add on extra work to boost the bill. Not Simone, she tells you what you need and only what you need. Actually made the encounter pleasant instead leaving feeling taken advantage of. Highly recommend working with her.

Bought a truck from here about 5 months ago and I came in from out of town and they said my windshield was chipped. I tried to call a professional company to repair it as it was a tiny chip and they said no and deducted a $1000 off of my trade in price. They knew I drove in from over 3 hours away so it was a slick move. My salesman was a nice guy, very down to earth and very on point with everything. He was professional and literally on top of everything whenever I sent it to him. No waiting, no games. Normally I'd give a 1 star based on the $1000 shaft but the sales rep was too good for that. Price of the truck was fair they seem to watch the market and stay competitive.

Just got a m4 from this dealership and I have to say, Micheal Johnson is the best car salesman I ve ever interacted with. He wasn t too pushy on any extra warranties or fees. We got what we want and he sold a car, easy as that. I 100% recommended getting a car from here, especially from Micheal Johnson!

Everyone at BMW of Myrtle Beach was fantastic and I had the best car shopping experience. I knew I was looking for a HEA spec M2, and Michael Sclafani took care of me! Even though I was 12 hours away, Michael sent me a video walk around of the car. Realizing the high demand and low supply of these - we drove through the night to arrive around opening time. I was greated and we test drove the car. Afterward we settled the deal.The finance manager, Jason, was friendly and great to work with. He didn t try upselling additional packages or plans that I didn t need.Once everything was signed and finalized, their BMW Genius, Sim took the time to make sure I knew how to use all the new tech in my car and set up my phone with all the needed apps.I definitely would not hesitate to do business with this dealership again!

I had an incredibly positive experience buying a pre-owned vehicle from Mark Ongsiako. He is very personable, professional, and knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease during the entire process. It s no surprise he has won numerous Gold awards - which he proudly displays on his desk - he s your guy if you need a car! I highly recommend MB BMW and make sure to ask for Mark!!

Stumbled across this particular BMW dealership surely as a matter of circumstances, got a oil change notification on my X3 and unlike most dealerships they were able to fit me in at the last minute, the service team was absolutely amazing to work with, Chris helped us and was able to answer any and all questions or concerns that we had and pointed out the importance of making sure we utilize the maintenance plan on the vehicle to get the best use out of the BMW warranty, we were given an hour time frame for the oil change and they did it and even less.They have a beautiful showroom with all the latest models and a really informed South staff like Thomas Jackson Who pretty much has sold me on the new X3, if you are or are not a BMW owner this is still definitely a dealership worth stopping into.

I almost never leave reviews but this bmw dealership is one of the worst I have ever been to. Almost 5 hrs every time for an oil change, sending drivers to the wrong pickup spots, and poor customer service when purchasing. If there was another bmw dealership within 100 miles this one would be vacant

I want to give a huge shout out to Chris, the service manager. He helped with a situation that didn't benefit him or the dealership in no way whatsoever. But because I am a BMW owner, he went out of his way to help me get information I needed in order to order a part I needed. Hats off to him. BMW of Myrtle Beach is lucky to have him. I have used their service department once also and was very satisfied!! Highly recommend and thank you again, Chris!!

I took my car in for a recall. A few minutes after I left the car started overheating. it was running fine when I took it in. These people wrecked my car and refused to take responsibility and I had to have it towed. The car was running fine when I took it in.
