I needed breaks fixed I already knew what the problem was I just needed to know what they would charge to fix breaks. Higher than anyone else in town and my car now pulls to the right too much. Then they charged me just to tell me how much it will cost to fix. Also they wanted 200.00 just to check my ac. Is that right? I used to trust them. Women need a place where they are taken care of fairly. Not a place where they will take advantage of you.

14 hours from home...and we get a leak in our tire the day before heading back to NY. I Googled tire service centers close to our hotel. This company popped up, along with others. I went with them based on their Google reviews...and I'm glad I did! I called at 8:15am. I made a 9am appt & we were out of there at 9:30am. Everyone we spoke to & interacted with there were so nice & helpful. And we're so thankful with how quickly they were able to take care of our tire & get us back to enjoy our last day of vacation. Thank you!!

We woke up to find our front tire totally flat in the parking garage at our resort maintenance put air in it and suggested we go to Blacks Tire We came in and they couldn t find a leak at first but then discovered the valve stem to be leaking the technician replaced it ( I think his name was Kyle) Since I was heading back home about 950 miles away I was very happy that they could fix it and very reasonable I may add. Great place and good people

Easy to have what needed to be done, done in 1 visit while I waited. Jennins exclaimed my options and quickly worked to have the work accomplished.Waiting room is clean and bright.

Able to make an appointment quickly and efficiently. Technician Kyle conducted a thorough evaluation of the condition of front end steering, suspension and brakes and provided prompt feedback. Fee was very reasonable and service was great!

I visited Myrtle beach and my battery cable connection was cracked. I called Black s Tire and Auto Service and they told me to bring my car in. When I arrived they told me to make myself at home. Within a short time they changed the cable connection and I was on my way. Their price was very reasonable and now I can drive home in peace. Thank you guys for your great service

A local auto parts counter guy recommended Blacks because they have good mechanics. I thought they just did tires but tried them out when my Avalanche threw a bad check engine light code. They immediately knew what it meant and recommended a fix that the did almost immediately. I am very happy I discovered that Blacks does a lot more than just tires. I highly recommend this N Myrtle Beach store.

I feel good about their service and prices. My negative is it took 5 hours before they finished changing my oil and rotating my tires. That ruins an entire day to have my car tied up that long.

I had a wonderful experience here. I needed new tires and Daniel took great care of me. He found great tires within my budget and made sure everything went smoothly from my first phone call through the finished service. I m very happy with their customer service and quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires or automotive services!

I can just tell you from my experience at BlacksAuto Tire that they are Experienced and Honest! They are very fair -priced! I know because I was going to take my car to the Brand dealer & their prices were over the top and outrageous. They went above and beyond my expectations, and when I need new tires in the spring, I will definitely go back to them.

Walked in w/out appt in immediate need of having a tire repaired. My flat tire was unrepairable so I had to purchase a new tire. Even though the store was busy with other customers and previously scheduled appointments, my tire was fixed and car ready in less than an hour. The Technician/Counter Rep was friendly and helpful, and I found the company as a whole....very professional. I highly recommend Black's Tire and Auto at 1201 Hwy 17 S in North Myrtle Beach.

I went in on a Wednesday but knowing how long it would take to make appointment to have one tire fixed ...amazed ..I was able to get next day at 730!! I was in and out within 40 minutes. Nice curtious workers. Waiting area clean and had many chairs. I'd recommend blacks to others... actually my first experience with them..I needed air in a tire (which they did repair). They are the only place in n. Myrtle that supplies free air!!! And they were very close to where I was located.

This place is one of the best car and tire service in North Myrtle beach in regards to customer service and tire deals. I went there to get my tire replaced during lunch and one of the managers even offered me a free ride back to work while my car was being worked on. When my car was done, they called me and picked me up back to the shop to grap my car. They surely go above and beyond to exceed customers expectations. I give this location thumbs up.

This past summer Black s Tire fixed an ongoing problem I had with the Air Conditioning in my car. Today, 5 months later, I brought the car back because the AC stopped working again. Not only did they fix the problem quickly, they also did not charge me. It is nice to see a service shop stand by their work. Thank you Black s Tire!

Well, usually having good experiences with this company, today I went for an oil change and usually do a basic oil change, but they had me charged Race for a full synthetic oil which I ve never gotten in my car before so I had to have them reduce the bill, Also, they tried to get me replace the air filter and cabin filter, which I had just recently had checked, and neither needed done. this was upsetting, and I feel like I had been scammed.

I walked in without an appointment and was driving away in less than an hour. Staff was very friendly and professional. They even offered to drive me somewhere if I didn't want to wait. I'll be using them again in the future.

The low tire pressure light in our car came on so we stopped at Black's in North Myrtle for a free tire pressure check. The technician checked the tire pressure and noticed a screw sticking out of one of the tires. They got us right in and patched the tire in no time. Because of their kindness, two weeks later we purchased a camper that needed tires, we had the camper dealer send it to Black's for 4 new tires. Would definitely recommend to any one looking for tires.

I came to Black s Tire rather distressed that I had a 3 hour trip home and I was getting lights indicating my tires were incorrectly inflated, my engine oil needed to be checked and my fluid levels were not correct. I didn t have an appointment but Mr. Turner made sure I got the help I needed! He was very kind to me, a 71 year old lady who was near tears. The service technician found a nail in my tire, repaired it and adjusted the fluids as needed. The work was done promptly and professionally! I made it home safely thanks to these gentlemen and should anyone ask, I will highly recommend Black s Tire and Auto Service!!
