I have a 2011 Newmar Bay Star 29 that I ve been living in since January. On Saturday, I was going to drive it back to Charlotte, NC. When I approached the exit gate, I lost my brakes! I had to use my emergency brake pedal to avoid hitting the gate. I found the metal brake line on the rear driver side ruptured! I had a new line made & while I was bleeding the brakes, the metal line on the rear passenger side failed! I called this company & left a voicemail. Fred called me this morning & I asked him to send a mobile tech out to make a new brake line & install it. He said that it needs to be towed to their shop so they could fix it, & more importantly, check out my entire brake system, rather than put me on the road with a quick fix! I am very impressed with that advice & happy to give them this 5 STAR review at this point! My insurance policy roadside assistance is covering the cost of the tow & I will update this review when they complete the repair!UPDATE: I picked up my rv, drove it to home, & the brakes worked as they should! When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this is a Ford service facility! My rv is on a Ford F53 chassis. The final bill was MUCH LESS than the original estimate! I m glad to recommend this business!

Amazing People!We called to get scheduled for wheel Seal 2016 Entegra Anthem. When started up the coach our driver side air bag would not inflate.Called back and Crystal our advisor said you will need to have it towed. Corner Cars Towing took real good care of our baby.The technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient. The found the issue, fixed it and wheel seals all checked. Had us back on our trip in no time.We would give them more than a five star if possible.Thank you all, Scott and Melissa B

Could not figure out why a certain part on my F-250 Lariat Truck just quit working. Went for service 2 times now and both times they left grease throughout my truck. Now I will be coming back again to allow them an opportunity to locate the problem.

We had our RV towed to Beach Truck and RV because we were told, by Crystal a service writer they could order part and get done fairly quick.Our RV arrived to Beach Ford on Tuesday evening the 13th. Crystal said she ordered part on the 14th and should arrive by the 16th and in the mean time we called Ford motor co and were told Crystal did us wrong by ordering the way she did and would have been better off ordering through Ford . We have a case # and will be filing some sort of legal action! We stressed to her that this was our home and we are basically homeless without. She said we were in good hands and would take care of RV ( Crystal is the worst service I have ever dealt with ) On the 16th she told us part didn t arrive from Memphis. We asked her to track or call supplier and get an update as to why and when part will arrive. She said it didn t work that way, and is unable to track. We really didn t understand why this particular shipment couldn t be track. We called every day and still no part. Ask for manager Fred to call us, no call. We are now paying for hotel in Myrtle Beach. On Wednesday the 21st, when we call, she tells us that part was lost and had to reorder from Charlotte. ( don t know why it wasn t ordered from SC, since in SC, in first place) When we finally go to pick up RV on Monday the 26th, Crystal doesn t apologize or take fault with order issue. Instead she got angry and defensive, when I question the time frame. Crystal had told us that the issue with transmission was Tiffin Motorhome s fault for ordering from Ford without bolts. We had no bolts supporting the transmission, didn t lose them, they were never installed. I was on a call with Bob Tiffin, repeating what Crystal had said, and was told she doesn t know what she s talking about. Well she hears and came up on me screaming, I had to end my call. Bob said he understood. Then another employee comes out and wants to fight me, because Crystal said I got in her face. There was a customer in shop with me, he stood up and said I did no such thing. Then Fred, the manager came out to get me in his office. That s when Crystal moved our RV from out front, for spite, so we would have to wait while someone brings up front again. Before writing this review I emailed the manager, Fred Barfield, to let him know everything that happened during our service process. Received no response. Beware to all Beach Ford Truck and RV customers Crystal doesn t care and the manager Fred is AWOL

My truck was vibrating and shaking. Took it to beach ford truck and rv. They put new cab mounts and new track bar ball-joint. Also did the alignment. My truck drives and rides perfectly. Thank you

I had my RV serviced today at Beach RV and Truck center. Beach Center was easy to get in and maneuver with our RV. Felt they were very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely go to this place again if I needed service and would definitely recommend them to others.

Whole on vacation, my truck through a code. It was running good but I had no choice but to have it looked at due to towing a 10,000 lb. travel trailer and pulling out of town in a couple of days! Jenny and Crystal were more than helpful with my predicament. They were 3 weeks out on scheduling appointments but by leaving my truck there, they were able to squeeze me in between a couple of jobs because they knew I was in a pickle. The bottom line is, the truck got fixed and we made it home with zero problems. Crystal, who was the service advisor/manager, was very knowledgeable. She was more than helpful and accommodating in a situation no one wants to be in when on vacation!Thanks again to Beach Truck & RV!

Finally I found a master mechanic with so many qualifications now I don't mind spending high prices that Ford charges for the Master mechanic they call pork he is well worth it amazing man great guy

I would highly recommend using this gorgeous facility for any of your truck and rv needs. Beach Truck and Rv helps you get in quick and will save your vacation in a timely fashion along with allowing you to stay on the lot in your rv if necessary. Highly recommend checking them out with any of your needs.

Very friendly, they will start on your vehicle, but if another job comes in,they will push your vehicle back to parking lot,and start working on other vehicles.Not first come ,first serve. Been there three weeks.

I would recommend Beach Automotive RV and Truck Center to anyone without reserve. I came from out of town and was uncertain of where to go. Knowing that usually the best service comes from a dealership. I contacted the Beach Automotive group RV and Truck Center. I was not disappointed at all. The quality of work done was thorough, completed on time, and at a fairly reasonable price. All of my fears and concerns were disapated soon after working with them. The quality of ALL the staff, including the ServiceDirector, Crystal, my Service Advisor, the two technicians that worked on my vehicle Dennis and Andrew, and the shuttle drivers that provided transportation while my vehicle was being worked on. When I come into town again, I will have all of my service done at Beach Automotive.

Imagine calling in, telling them your armrest is broken and needs to be replaced, and that the backup camera needs to be replaced as well.Only for this company to schedule me an appointment 2 weeks later.Well, I make my appointment It takes them an hour to look at my vehicle to confirm what I already told them, for them to then tell me that they now need to order the parts for the issues I told them 2 weeks ago.Incredible waste of time for both parties.

While traveling and pulling a 5th wheel RV our check engine light came on. When we got to Myrtle Beach we searched Ford dealerships and found this dealership close to where we were staying in Surside Beach SCWe called first thing Monday morning and we were told to bring the truck right in. They ran diagnostics and found the problem to be a particle sensor. They said it would be about 2 or 3 hours to fix but they shuttled us to and from our campsite. When they finished they called and told us while fixing the sensor a technician accidently damaged another part. They ordered the part and fixed it at no cost to us.The entire process was great!! Thanks to Zach for his friendliness and willingness to help.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

If you re looking for a shop for your RV or your truck for maintenance and repairs look no further than Beach RV and Truck repair. This is a brand new shop managed by Fred Barfield. It s a big facility probably 20 bays. It is attached to a very large and ample parking lot. The staff is friendly and professional. We ve all been ripped off in the past but you don t have to worry about that at Beach RV and truck. They stand behind their work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Fast & Great Service. Guys did an excellent job of getting me in fast and getting everything taken care of. We were looking to replace a part and unable to physically drive the trailer into their shop, apparently they can only help if a tech takes it apart so this site does not sell trailer part and they kept saying they only work on ford's..
