We bought a Mazda CX5 from Beach Mazda on Good Friday. Our salesman, Gregory Kennedy, was great and made our experience painless from start to finish. We showed him the car we were interested in off the website, he immediately found it and we were off for a test drive. Whatever price you see online they will honor. We fell in love with the vehicle right away and from there we just had to crunch the numbers, sign the paperwork, and drive away. Highly recommend Beach Mazda, ask for Gregory, you won t be disappointed!!!

I do not recommend getting your car fixed here this place held my car for over a month, I brought my car there in sept waited all this time for them to tell me they don t make my part anymore so I ordered it from auto zone then they proceed to keep telling me my car will be done this day that day and it wasn t it took days and days of calling and showing up, finally when I get my car back my radio was stolen and my batter terminal wasn t fixed and I paid $980 for my ecu no discount no nothing after what happened all I get is a car that broke down outside of there parking lot and a were not responsible for stolen property , claiming my doors were locked knowing they weren t. I will never buy a car nor get a car fixed at beach Mazda ever again!!!!

I recently had a service problem with my car and had the pleasure of working with Mr Rob Hannon on this issue. Rob was strait forward, honest and made sure I was a satisfied customer before I left his dealership. It wasn't the money he was interested in, it was my satisfaction that was his first most priority!!! Had to take car in a few weeks after having it. Mirrors not working and was told it wasn t covered even with The extended warranty I purchased. Was also told I needed a new cabin filter. How is that even possible after a few weeks. Service Department was quite Rude. Didn t get anywhere till I started fussing and was told finally the only way they would cover my car was I had to agree to give them a Perfect Rating. So I told them out loud where I could be heard I wasn t being Blackmailed to do something to make them look Good when they had just sold me the car weeks ago and I was already having issues. Will never use Beach Mazda again for service or anything at all. DON T TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. They are Corrupt. You don t sell a 30 Thousand Dollar Car and then tell a Customer weeks later tell you the only way they will cover something is that you agree to Give them a Perfect Rating. I even have a Recording off this and taking to Higher Authority.

Very happy with our experience at Beach Mazda. Our sales associate, Aaron, was knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly, not pushy!! We received a fair trade-in value and the sales experience was seamless. No pushing for extended warranty, and the paperwork wasn't endless. Will gladly work with these folks again in the future.

Just purchased a new 2024 CX-5 at Beach Mazda in Myrtle Beach. Very convenient and easy to do. With their online value your trade, we were able to determine the value of our trade which was close to what other sites offered us. All the employees we met including Marcus, our salesperson, we're very easy to talk to and easy to deal with. Since it was during their end of the year promotions it was busy and we had to wait but it worked out fine since we ended up with the car of our dreams! And on a side note, this was the first new car purchased where the tire pressures were exactly what they should be so that shows they truly care about prepping their cars properly for their customers. Would recommend!

I had been researching vehicles for quite a bit as I wasn t satisfied with my current vehicle. I wanted something that is safe, reliable, and had certain features I didn t have on my current vehicle (things I thought I could live without when I purchased it originally), but still was affordable. I kept coming across the Mazda so I wanted to see one in person as I wasn t that familiar with them. Beach Mazda had such a great atmosphere that I felt comfortable from the start. The manager greeted me and gave me some informative information and then Aaron Gaffney took it from there. He was so knowledgeable about the vehicles and I immediately felt at ease with the whole process. I could see quite a few plaques at his desk for salesperson of the month and it is clear why. I never felt any kind of pressure like I have at other dealerships in the area. I was impressed by the vehicles as well. They offer a luxury-feel and dependability at a great price. I wasn t planning to that day but I ended up taking a vehicle home. It s only a couple of days in, but I am completely happy with my purchase. The car is fun to drive and I feel safe in it. Beach Mazda has earned my business and I would recommend them to anyone.

Where do I begin?Beach mazda was a pleasure to work with and had a great demeanor regarding their ability to assist consumers regardless of location. I ll provide some big tips for buyers and general feedback.1. Do your homework on the vehicle you re choosing. Whether it s Kelly blue book or carvana etc . Utilize all platforms to get the best deal on the vehicle . Furthermore call the dealer the information on external websites are estimates and most likely will be lower than the actual payment on the vehicle .2. Always go certified Preowned if you re getting used. Beach mazda was gracious in making sure I understood all the aspects of buying a used vehicle and transparent regarding mileage and vehicle care.3. Always hunt for a better interest rate . My credit score is 750+ and therefore most car dealerships won t know what you qualify for with a bank . Beach mazda was more than happy for me winning an interest rate battle between other institutions where in 2023 interest rates can be as high as 10% !!!!4. Beach mazda meets the customer where they are at which is important for me. They do not swindle nor haggle you if you can t afford something they will not try to upsell you. Second they are thorough in their sales process and communication. If you re shopping for a vehicle ask for Aaron he was my salesman and Todd was my financial manager.5. To all car buyers double and triple check dealers and reputation as well as their recent reviews. I ve had at minimum 4 dealerships for the same car try to upsell me and charge for a package I didn t need . Buying used isn t w bad thing but cars shouldn t be 12k miles or more if only a year old with only a sole owner so be wary and look for cars with 10k or less mileage with no accidents and an inspection within the last three months .

I had to change my review. After coming three times to look at cars (the first time no one even said hi to me) and trying to make a deal. I walked out with nothing, and I'm glad I did. While the sales guy Aaron was nice. They refused to budge off MSRP. Gave me a spiel about how there's no markup, make no money, no money off financing vs cash payment. Nonsense. You wouldn't be in business if you weren't making money. Had the backup guy come in to try and smooth stuff over. The end of the line for me was the remark of, "It doesn't matter. I'm going to sell this car to someone." Boy, were you right...ish. That exact car did sell. To me. But not through you. OTD below what you quoted me and with other perks that didn't raise the price. Didn't even have to trade in my car. It was delivered to my door. I'm sure you'll pull my name like you've done with everyone else. Give me another spiel on why this or that to save face. That's fine. But after failing to mention to you, I have 2 family members who also sell cars, I was fully aware of what was going on. Unfortunately, your the only local Mazda dealer for Myrtle Beach area. And I tried to work with you. Advice for everyone else, reach out to other dealerships. Zoom Zoom.

Much better experience at different Mazda dealer. I would rather drive 2 hours to Charleston then step foot into the dealership again.*bought the car from stokes in Charleston $309 less a month and $2000 less of a down payment. Buyer beware.
