So very sad. Once a great place for service. Now it s Take it or Leave it. We can t help you. We don t have the resources. When you walk into service dept everyone just keeps their heads down until it is extremely obvious some one is standing in doorway. Heard a lot of excuses. But the bottom line is the franchise is not as successful as it once was with Beach expanding into other Brands. I was sold a great car that had promises attached. Now the promise is if you have a month to wait we will get to it. Not much I can do and now afraid the problem may get worse. Just pray they honor the warranty.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have had my Lincoln serviced at Beach Lincoln for the last 4 years and never had any real problems until today. I set up an appointment in person to have my sunroof repaired. The service consultant said that it would take all day and possibly two, so he suggested a loaner vehicle. I told him that I had to work at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment so he told me to call the day before and they would have a vehicle for me, typically between four and five, that I could pick up and use as my loaner. When I called today I was told that they only give loaner vehicles the day of the service. When I explained that I would be working before they opened, I was told that they couldn't accommodate me. When I told them I couldn't make my appointment if I didn't get a loaner vehicle they didn't care. Very disappointing to be offered a service and make plans to utilize it but then have it taken away. I've always gotten good service here. It's a shame they have taken such a hard line stance on this policy. They have inconvenienced me and now I have to wait another couple of weeks for an appointment that evidently they are the only people in the area able to make the repair.

I though I had an emergency (I didn t, I m an idiot who doesn t understand coolant levels). They squeezed me in quickly even though they were obviously already busy with existing appointments, topped me off, checked for leaks and then did not even charge me. They even found a quiet area for me to wait in since I m temporarily immunocompromised and I m not supposed to be around people right now. Thank you so much, Beach Ford.

The service department is awesome at Beach ford. Vernon and the techs were really helpful. I would recommend them for your Ford needs.
