Having just moved to the beach. I decided to start car shopping to replace my Lincoln. There's only one dealer in Myrtle Beach and that dealer is First and foremost a Ford dealer. They carved out a small special area for Lincoln but it is awful when compared to the dealer I came from in Charlotte.It's almost like an "also ran" with the dealership. "Let's see if we can squeeze the Lincoln product in".I'm guessing they also combine the service. I stood at the reception desk or near the reception desk for about 1/2 hour and nobody showed up. It's just not a place I would feel comfortable buying such an expensive car. It's basically a ford dealer with little cut out for Lincoln. I'll be going back up to Mark Fickens to buy my Lincoln..... That is a real Lincoln dealer completely separate from ford.... Maybe Ford is trying to combine the Lincoln brand with their Ford brand to save money who knows

Spoke to service manager Brock, who got my car in asap for service. Jeff Bird looked after my service experience and over the week helped to order parts and get my car repaired and back on road for lengthy drive home. Appreciated the fast service and attention to make my leaving on time from a vacation in Myrtle Beach. Beach Lincoln was there for me!! Great job service department...my 2009 MKX Lincoln is doing just fine thanks to you, I got home safely!!!!

Aaron Baunchalk is the man to see! He made the entire process so easy and uncomplicated, from ordering, keeping me up to date on the progress of the car, helping with the financial paperwork to delivery of my new car. He took his time and was so patient. Aaron made sure I knew exactly how every feature worked and made sure I was comfortable with them. Steve Peckham helped me speed through the financing aspect and he is so efficient and friendly. Thank you Beach Lincoln for making the process so easy and stress free. I needed a new vehicle so figured I would start with Joe Feinberg since I purchased my mustang from him last year. He was very patient showing me so many vehicles. What I was most impressed about is that he remembered exactly my likes and dislikes of vehicles from a year ago. Well of course he found my perfect 2nd car, Lincoln Corsair. He had patience and took the time I needed to make a decision since I had no clue which car I wanted. I thought I would have to go to so many dealers to figure this out but every car was there on the lot to help me make up my mind. Thank you Joe for another great purchase and for making it so darn easy.

Service department destroyed my brand new $73k Lincoln Aviator with only 16 miles and issue is still not fixed. Service manager nor general manager will return my call. I was forced to get Lincoln corporate involved to try and get a resolution. If I could give a negative 0, I would feel guilty giving that high of a rating. Service after the sale, or the lack thereof, will ensure I never purchase from this dealership again. If you find something you like on the lot . Look for it someplace else. Oh, by the way, watch out for the greedy dealer fee as high as $20k on some vehicles nuff said.

I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKX August 18th by mid September the Ac started blowing out warm air, I could feel the brakes were pulsing when hitting the brakes so I decide I should call and have it looked at. Trying to call and make an appointment not the easiest task as no one answers need to leave a message eventually they will call back. Appointment can't be scheduled till October 18th fine I can deal with it, I bring vehicle in by the 3rd day I haven't heard anything so I call in the early afternoon they hadn't even diagnosed vehicle. I am not happy at this point and express my dissatisfaction, I give them until I get out of work at 4pm give a call they proceed to tell me that I need new brakes and rotors $660.00 and there is a leak in the air conditioner $1100.00 Keep in mind I maybe have put 1,000 miles on this car. I feel they knew there was a problems with this vehicle they put some band aids on it to get it out the door and left it for the consumer to pick up on the tail end. They service department is awful. Would never buy a vehicle from them again would not bring a vehicle to service there. I feel they are dishonest, they cant even update the oil change sticker on the window looks like it has been there for years, you would think, they would want you to think, they are doing their job. Furthermore these vehicles are sold as certified and gone through a safety checklist. How would lincoln feel about them representing them in this terrible manner and not even making sure the vehicle is of good sound. I will get my vehicle fixed but not by you folks. So I wanted to Add I just had my vehicle fixed by a reputable mechanic and guess what my back brakes had to be replaced they were so bad that they maybe had 2 weeks so it had to be done. You all knew my mother had passed away on 8-8-23 my husband was picking me up this vehicle for when i got home from her services you sell him a vehicle to add more to my stress you people are wortless just to make a sale. the gentleman that worked on my car said y'all did nothing to it NOTHING........... you should be ashamed of yourselves... BUT you did not get the money you wanted to fix it and it didnt cost as musch as you said WHY because there are decent people in the world who really care about people and not sales or money. Incase you cant tell I will tell everyone DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE

Udated March 28, 2024. Overall, Beach Ford Quick Lube has been great. But, I was disappointed to make two appointments, 8am and 830, only for them to put a walk in in front of me. I'm not sure why appointments are needed if they are going to do that. Service is a 5 star, but what happened today was wrong. Update: Well, I now have to drop them to 1 star. Tried to buy a new Lincoln, but a 3000.00 difference, I had to go with another Lincoln Dealer. The salesperson, after I told him, was very nasty and said some bad things to me. The sales manager made an excuse for him. I am honoring my service appt. with ford for my truck, it was already set up. Am in the market for a New 250, but I will pass even looking there. After a bad experience with the sales department, it is best to look somewhere else. The service department has dropped the ball since merging quick lube with the service department. It's sad to see a once great dealership fall so far. New update: March 29, 2024: AI answer this negative review......number given useless. New car with 300, made an appointment, they have my car and said they might look at it in a few days. Then why make an appointment???? Unless something changes, after this, I will have to find a new dealer/service. Hope this helps someone! Last update: picked up car and going to a dealer that cares! DONE WITH BEACH!

Very nice employees. The manager took time to help reset the keypad on our Lincoln. Very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing preventing a five star was the grime on the driver seat after the wash and vacuum.

Ordered our 2022 Ford Maverick in July 2021, delivered on March 2022. Joe Feinberg, our salesman, was great through the entire process. No market adjustments no required dealer installed options, no pushy financing options. Other than having to wait for the vehicle (which is unavoidable with a bread new model and all the commodity issues) the entire process was great.

I came to beach Ford in search of a replacement vehicle. Upon arrival I was swiftly greeted By Carl, told him what I was looking for, and took me straight over to the F-150s and discussed all of the trim levels to which he had a plethora of knowledge. Absolutely the worst service center I have ever been to! I just transferred my Navigator to SC from NJ and right from the beginning I was giving an attitude because my vehicle wasn t purchased from beach. I simply wanted warranty work done and maintenance- long story short - had to drive my Navigator back to NJ were i was treated the right way

Had to make a quick stop to their service department because our car was acting up and we wanted to make sure we were safe to drive 4 hours home. We got there 20 minutes before they were closing and had no problem taking our car back to check it for us! Dominic and his fellow workers were awesome and super nice! All was good with the car!! Thank you guys for helping us out!!!! Oh and thanks for the cup of coffee!!

I found the vehicle I had been searching for for weeks on their website over the July Fourth weekend. I called in first thing on the following business day and made the deal over the phone as I live two and a half hours away. Aaron Baunchalk was efficient, quickly responded to my follow-up inquiries, and made the process effortless on my part. He had everything ready for me, and I was out the door in my new CPO Lincoln in less than thirty minutes! I highly recommend Beach Automotive Group and Aaron! The service I received was well worth the drive!

While visiting the US, we were required to get an oil change on our 2020 Lincoln Aviator. An appointment was made with Beach Lincoln. The service was performed quickly and efficiently.Upon leaving the car lot, I inadvertently hit the button for the rear power window. The window would then not go back up. I immediately returned to the dealership, seeking assistance. They informed me that the part I needed was 5 days away. They then proceeded to temporarily fix the window, as I was due to return to Canada then next day. They left a note directing my local Lincoln dealership of the steps they had taken in order not to nullify my warranty.We were very pleased with all the help that the staff at Beach Lincoln provided. If we are ever in need of servicing while in Myrtle Beach, we would not hesitate to return.I highly recommend Beach Lincoln!

I bought a Lincoln from a different dealer and just wanted to call them for a service appointment and general information and I was hung up on 3 times and had very rude interactions. I would never take my car here or buy a new Lincoln from here. This place needs corporate review. Unacceptable customer service.

Very courteous. I appreciate the quick and thorough service. Went with my son-in-law who was getting a Ford ranger. Everything was explained thoroughly and they did efficient job of moving him through the process of paperwork and walking out the door with ownership of the vehicle. I personally dread buying vehicles but these folks made the experience much more enjoyable.

This dealership has the BEST service department. We are in from Atlanta with an auto lift gate issue. Rob from service was amazing from beginning to end. Fantastic! Wish we were closer to get service completed on a regular basis. We WILL purchase our next Ford from Beach Ford! Awesome experience!

Super dissatisfied. Took forever to get an appointment. Had to pay $700 for a rental because they couldn t provide a loaner car nor did they offer any help for the price of that. Overpaid for the actual service. Lights were still coming on after I left. Only good thing was the service advisor Vernon was decent.

When I walked onto the lot I was greeted my Travis. I told him what I was looking for and the price range, we test drove a few explorers. He was a great sales men and the staff was very friendly. Needless to say I found the one that I liked and the numbers lined up and I walked out in a new 2021 Ford Explorer.Thanks Beach Ford!!!
