I am a repeat customer of Beach. That should say enough but I ll add in that they have their act together for sure. On this lease, Tamika was my sales associate and she was awesome. On prior sales Aaron was equally awesome. Tamika took my conditions to her sales manager who painstakingly worked out numerous scenarios in an effort to reach my satisfaction. Highly recommend Tamika. Terrific personality too. I was very impressed and grateful to their dedication in helping me get to a point of saying yes. Steve in finance capped the experience with explanations of all I was signing. There was another Steve who gave me great advice as to which vehicle would have enough incentives and rebates to assist in me reaching my financial goal. Thanks to all. On a special note to Aaron, thanks for your service, was great talking with you. Great job Beach

A shout out to Aaron Baunchalk at Beach Lincoln. Probably one of the most personable, professional and knowledgeable sales associates I ve ever met. Definitely exceeded our expectations during our purchase process. Also a great experience with Stephen, the finance manager.

Who in the hell likes buying a new car?I guess not many, but this dealers buying experience was pleasant and stress free.My salesperson, Mari Gent, was gem to work with. She was patient, pleasant, not pushy, and very accommodating to my needs and decisions throughout me, looking at multiple vehicles asking a lot of questions and test driving multi automobiles. But wait the the decision is made, and now the pushy finance guy, right? He was nothing of the sort, just as patient and friendly as Mari ( I wish I would have gotten his name, but he is from Buffalo, NY, without the Yankee mindset.After the complete sale, Mari sat with me in my new vehicle and showed me all the bells and whistles.The next day, I came by to bring in some paperwork on my tradin, and the head sales guy behind the counter ( black gentleman in a nice shirt and jacket) thanked me for my business and seem very sincere as he spoke it. 5 stars all around for this staff.The owners really know how to pick a good teamGreat price on the new and nice trade-in price on the old.

Beach Automotive has a great team! Tamika Scott is a GREAT salesperson and truly cares about her customers. Steve Peckham is also a GREAT person to deal with! I felt like a part of a family not just a number/sell. An AWESOME experience!

Bought 2 other cars from Beach and the experience was good. Now, the staff has changed and the communication was very poor. Many hassles. The manager Cliff gave me a quote and after ending session and signing contract, the car payment was $103 a month. Knowing I could not afford it. Finance guy Nick, poor communication and told me three times the numbers have not changed. Then they did nothing to help or show any care bc they got what they wanted. The hell with their customers is their motto. Tamika was nice, only reason getting a two star.

Looked at a vehicle online and made an appointment to test drive. Aaron met us and it was overall a very pleasant experience. We were able to come to agreement on pricing and the whole car buying process was quickly completed. I felt valued as a customer by everyone we met and definitely recommend Beach Ford.

Beach Ford is the place to buy a car. My salesperson, Paul Morris worked hard to find the right vehicle for me. Love my Lincoln Nautilus!Paul was patient and did a great job explaining how the many features of the vehicle work!I m a senior citizen and veteran. Paul made me feel comfortable and confident in the beautiful vehicle I purchased.

I just leased my fourth car from Beach Lincoln. My husband purchased a 2016 MKX also from Beach Lincoln. For many years my sales associate was Clay. He was such a gentleman and always went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my car. My lease was up and I went back for the next lease. This was a sad one because Clay passed the end of last year. I met Aaron who really had big shoes to fill. Aaron did a great job. Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As I said he had big shoes to fill and he did a great job.Beach Lincoln gives you a family friendly feeling and they go out of their way to make a deal work best for you. I recommend Beach to many of my friends and it is the only Lincoln dealer I will work with. Keep up the good work Beach.

We showed up on your lot with a lot of bad car lot experiences. We were greeted by Mari Gent , who took all of our past experiences and made us feel like family. I am so pleased with my new used car! It s an MKZ just like my old car but newer, less mileage, a few extra features- everyone was great from our sales person Ray to the extended warranty person we are very pleased with the good deal we got and your team was great. I highly recommend Beach Lincoln to anyone your service is great too! PS - I can t believe Lincoln not making MKZ in the future- bet they reverse that - It s a great small luxury car!

There is a recall on the locks on my Volvo S60 but when I called and gave them my VIN# to make an appointment to get the locks replaced, I was told that they had already been replaced in Winston Salem, NC. They gave me an 800 number to call, which I did, and they refused to help me, saying the same thing the service manager told me. I have owned this car since 2014 and I have never had it serviced in Winston Salem, I have never even been to Winston Salem. My locks have never been replaced and I am now literally holding my back door closed with a ratchet strap because it flew open while I was driving, and it will no longer latch.They also tell me that my vehicle VIN# continues to be serviced in Winston Salem. I live in Pawley s Island, SC. I don t know what the mix-up is, but I can t even get anyone to investigate it and get it straightened out.At this point I have filed a complaint with the BBB, the FTC and the SC Dept. of Consumer Affairs. We will see what happens.

Mislead us about the registration process causing us to have to return home to New England before our temporary plates expired, which has ruined our holiday plans. While acknowledging their error, their only recommended solutions were to have us falsify a bill of sale with DMV or register the vehicle illegally in South Carolina. I guess car dealerships have their negative reputations for a reason. Live and learn.

This dealership was great when providing car details, upfront, with my pre-visit phone calls. They made an appt. for a test drive, and they were ready at my arrival. My sales associate, was Tamika Scott. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and eager to find the vehicle I wanted. She was exceptionally thorough in explaining the very new vehicle options to me. The test drive was great, and I bought the Corsair.Everything went smoothly, including the final paperwork with Nick.A really good experience at The Beach Automotive Group.Definitely a great dealership !

What a great group of people to purchase a vehicle from! My husband and I have been in the car business for many years and we couldn t have been happier with our experience at Beach Automotive. Bob Bartel was our salesman and what a genuine man. He was very accommodating and pleasant and worked to help me fine tune what I was looking for. He has been in the business for years and made the process go very smoothly. Courtney was extremely sweet and helped me get acquainted with all of the technology this new vehicle has. Chris the manager, made us feel like we have been their customers for years. Lastly, Todd our business manager had worked to find us a fantastic rate in no time at all. Just got my New Lincoln Aviator and the process was so easy and fast! Aaron Baunchalk was great to work with and made this transaction a breeze!! My first experience with Beach Ford was a very pleasant one. The staff was very friendly and accommodating without being pushy. Shoutout to my sales consultant, Aaron Baunchalk, who was not only cordial and polite but extremely knowledgeable about all the numerous gadgets offered on the vehicle I was interested in. He also exhibited patience when asked to repeat any instruction or demonstration I had a question about. I feel totally comfortable in contacting Aaron with any future questions or concerns I may have with the vehicle I ended up purchasing. Based on my experience here, I can and will easily recommend Beach Ford to anyone.

Went in for warranty work for leaking oil pan, was huge hassel. Oil pan leaking again and they want $4100 to repair. Says since last repair was warranty they dont warranty the repair. Complete rip off. Truck has plastic oil pan and dealership can't make sufficient repairs. While I was there, heard at least 3 similar stories they couldn't fix other people's issues either. One guy was told to call back in 1.5 months to see if they had his update. I will never do business with Ford or Beach Ford again.
