If your employee doesn't want to follow protocol of your services offered..Then I WILL spend my money and time elsewhere.Just a simple battery check was requested on a battery purchased from autozone.The guy only wanted to sell another battery.Went to different place,they checked battery and it was good...my alternator was faulty.Honestly,one star isn't even deserved.Autozone-please delete all my info from your system,you will not have ANY further use of it..unless you try to sell it.

I've been working on getting an older Nissan Murano back in good shape over the past couple months. I can't explain how impressed I was with one of the managers. I've walked in minutes before closing time with multiple returns, and purchases, and Bob (I'm fairly sure that's his name) has been nothing short of helpful, and courteous. Most people would be irritated, or even rude, but this gentleman couldn't have been any better. Thank you for all your help.

Took me 50 years to find out I could save money by doing a few minor maintenance tasks myself. The staff here has been very helpful. If I ever decide to try and tackle something beyond minor maintenance, I know I have a place to go to get a little help/advice. Great customer service here! So thankful they're only a few minutes away!

Went in for a battery for my truck and was rudely attended by an employee named jesus when asked to buy and place the battery , this store lost business solely on his demeanor I went down the road to autoparts and had no issues. Don't go here if u want good customer service .

I stopped in to grab a quart of oil and stood at the register and waited and waited and waited because even though the employee looked straight at me, it was more important for him to empty the trash than ring up my purchase.

I've always liked and used this store. Today was my first bad experience. Severely understaffed. I did not recognize any of the staff. Phone ringing non stop while an older gentleman walked around useless. I also felt like I was in Mexico. After today's experience I think I will take my business elsewhere. 30 minutes for what should have taken no more than 10.

Dannielle and Michael provided great service to correct an online order issue. Only negative feedback is that when the computer is showing a qty of 1 box of pads, verify that you have it in stock before having cx's drive up to the store. Had to get a friend to help because car was on the lift. Dannielle was very friendly and professional. Lastly, Michael did offer to drive the correct part to my residence after closing, but wasn't necessary. Thanks for the effort.

My brakes went out so thanks to the guys at Auto Zone they allowed us a few hours to work on it. And I'm sorry I never caught the one gentleman's name but he was nice enough to loan me a tool from his personal instead of it costing 20 for a tool I would only use once I'm sure. Great team of guys and I recommend them.

Excellent group of guys. Nyrone replaced my battery, he along with rest of crew made sure all the original settings in the car were retained before I left. Highly recommend this store.

I visited this store today and was pleasantly surprised by the top tier customer service by Mike R. He assisted me in finding the correct headlight bulb for my car and even went the extra mile by helping install it too! Instead of watching me struggle, he told me I ll show you how to do it so you can do it next time if needed . He is the type of employee you want in every store because not only is he knowledgeable, but also kind. Thank you Mike R.!!

I have a terrible experience every time I enter this store. Today was the last time I will ever go to auto zone. I waited on line for 15 MINUTES (only three other customers in store) just to be told they couldn t install a battery for me because they didn t have enough people. There was 4 people working that I saw. I wasn t going to buy a battery for my Audi A3 that I couldn t have installed!!! I went across the street to advanced auto parts, where they had two people working, I waited on line for 2 minutes, and they installed and tested the battery immediately. Will only go to advanced auto parts from now on because this level of customer service is disappointing!

I m very disappointed by the staff s refusal to help me this evening. My driver side headlight is out as well as the fog lights on both sides. The man at the counter fil at out refused to replace my fog lights stating it was dark outside and those lights are low to the ground. That s fine, but do need my headlight replaced before I get a ticket for it, or get into an accident. As he was looking up which bulbs, he couldn t figure out whether or not it was in the store. He explained that there were only two of them there this evening. I understand that, but I was the only customer in the store at the time. I asked them when I should come back at a more convenient time for them and he answered my question with another question asking me if I lived locally.I explained that I work during the day and I won t be able to come back until Tuesday. He then rudely pointed out that I need my headlights.Something I had been attempting to convey since I d walked in the door with seemingly no success.He then ordered me to pop my hood. I m not a child, and I don t appreciate being spoken to like one.I ve worked in customer service for over twenty two years, and I ve been pulling extra hours to keep the store I work for running, so I apologize for not being able to get there during daylight hours, or not so close to closing, but I certainly can t control when my headlights decide to burn out.I told the gentleman that I wasn t going to bother him for the rest of evening.He wanted to close up shop without helping me, and I m a fan consent, so I acquiesced to his obvious hopes.The last time I got my lightbulbs changed I went to a competitor located a 1/4 mile further from my house without obstacle.I ll be continuing to go to them, as they seem delighted to have my business.

Of course they have what you need. But the guys who work there can be real gatekeepers. I needed to borrow a socket to put the part on in the parking lot but for some reason the guy said "no sorry, but we sell them on that aisle right over there." The sign on the window says u can borrow tools but for some reason it seemed to bother the guy I even asked. Been there dozens of times but probably not anymore.

Terry helped us and he was terrific. He tested our battery and then put the new battery in for us. He is also a bit of a comedian and he made the experience very quick and easy. He made a customer for life.

I've tried them all. Autozone is the only auto store for me regardless of city. All their stores have my information and I always get a senior and military discount, with free installation where applicable.

The gentleman that helped me did a great job and even saved me some money. I went back in to borrow a funnel and another gentleman was at a register typing away I guess helping another customer that appeared from one of the isles. Wasn't asked if I needed help at all the second trip in.

They put me in a new battery and tested my alternator and advised me on getting it fixed. They were very professional friendly and fast. Battery was $199 plus tax
