Rented a tool today. The staff is friendly and helpful. They had the tool I needed and was easy to rent and return. Thanks to these guys I didn't have to pay a mechanic $150+ for a $38 part and 20 minutes of work.

The store from employees to manager are professional and really take their time with you. I called prior to shopping there, & their courteous over the phone led me there to shop. Would definitely shop there again.

Shout to Anthony for changing my battery. I attempted it myself with no success. He let me now I had the right idea but didn't have the right tools. In the past I've been made to feel stupid in parts stores. Anthony was kind and informative. Thanks for being awesome!

WOW! Great experience! The manager, Adam is the man. Highly professional and customer service oriented I am one satisfied customer and I tip my hat to Adam. Certainly- someone like Adam and his leadership skills is going to have a good team around him- and it seems he does. My interactions with his staff were better than any Auto Zone I have visited. I USED to go the closest one on 501 by Wal Mart but will only visit Adam s store from now on. Bought $500 of the wrong batteries. Policy was no returns? Adam stepped in and ordered the correct ones (my error) from another store and contacted me when they arrived and even gave me 10% customer discount as the replacement batteries were a bit more expensive. BTW- Auto Batteries are some of the best out there! A little more $ but worth it! Very impressed by the manager- Adam.

Was having problems with my flux capacitor and these guys pointed out the problem INSTANTLY upon telling my symptoms. Adam, the manager, really took the time to describe how the capacitor works and why it was having conflicts with my aftermarket glow in the dark spoiler.LOL I'll never buy from O'Reilly again...those hags said it couldn't possibly interfere...freakin found myself stuck at the WRONG time on a bridge in Selma, Alabama back in 1965 (really was trying to go to 1866 to get insights for my civil war exam)....anyways the spoiler interference caused me to be stuck in the wrong time for 3 years....so dumb, AND no Taco Bell.Anyways thanks Autozone...you got me on the right track with that flux capacitor stabilizer, because of that i get to keep my spoiler and time travel in style...

We are from Monroe, NC and had trouble with our car Sunday afternoon. Rick and Chuck were awesome. They helped us with our issue and went above and beyond to coach us on installing the part we needed. I would suggest anyone having trouble with their car come to this Auto Zone and ask for these guys. They were great. I will definitely be coming back here if we need anything else. Thank you guys

I went into the store an bought a battery two years ago today... And I was told by someone that work at this store that I would have a warranty of 5 years on the battery however the battery gave out a week after it expired. went into the store and was told that the battery expired and I cannot get a new battery unless I purchased it, I was also told that I should've been check my receipt to keep up with the dates and I need to buy a new battery or leave the store by an employee. I wouldn't recommend this store to nobody.

I went to autozone last Sunday because I had issues with my battery. Rick K. helped me. He was knowledgeable about the product and even installed it. It was very hot out and he patiently worked on my car without complaining. He saved me the time, money and trouble of taking my car to a service station. I would definitely recommend the autozone on 501 and use them again myself. Great service!

Thank you to Anthony at Auto Zone on 501. You were so very kind and helped us with a problem we were having with our windshield wipers. We ended up spending three hours at Myrtle Beach Chevrolet. Best Buy in Indianapolis had broken a part when they installed an automatic starter. Wishing you a Very Merry Christmas!

Went in to get a new headlight, the guy asked if I needed help putting it in but I declined. Couldn't get it in at home so we went back and the manager helped install it. Very helpful and friendly store.

Horrible experience that STILL ISNT CORRECTED. all because the worker checking us out didn t do it on the right terminal. Auto zone still owes us 185 dollars and has for over the last TWO WEEKS. Multiple times the manager Adam has reached out and said oh it will be 5 more business days or some other number of business days for the money to go back on our card. It s been OVER TWO WEEKS. Nothing was done to help us but a puny 16 dollar off a 200 plus dollar order. I basically paid for this thing TWICE. Already been back into the shop and Adam said that it would be by today the money should be back on the card. WHERE IS OUR MONEY ADAM? Why haven t YOU AS THE MANAGER offered us to just come get our money back? It s been over two weeks?! Also adam was very dismissing to me personally because I am a female. He hasn t helped us. He has failed as a man, manager and this auto zone is the WORST.

I was in line at the store and the manager (Matt) was ringing up a customer. As the second customer approached him asking him to troubleshoot his car, the manager (Matt) gave him the tool and told him, here you go do it yourself. The guy proceeded To tell him he didn t know how. Store manager at that point began to tell the customer where that place was To connect the machine. The store manager asked how he could help me, I explain to him that I had went to another store about some fuses for my radio and wanted to make sure they had gave me the right one because my radio still was not working. He looked at me and said we don t sell those here and the only way I would know was if you had the old fuse. I explained to him I didn t have it , but , could he not look up the car and help me buy some more and he said no. I proceeded out the door and the guy that was in front of me was being helped by a nice older gentleman. As he got down with him he helped me as well. He did it bad mouth the manager, he only to help me. I was appalled at how much enthusiasm the manage had and seemed to be either having a a bad day or just doesn t need to be in retail. I don t know if there policy s have changed and managers stay in store. However, he could have found me assistance and the other guy.
