Awesome service! Went in to get oil and a filter and asked if they could throw the diagnostic reader on the jeep .( Check engine light just came on)They read it and said it was 3rd cylinder skipping( I said guess I gotta go see Mr. Billy). At check out guy asked what problem was and he said it was easy fix, bought the part and after easy fix, 1000% better. Thank you guys. Your work is commendable, Best service in Myrtle

Went in and ask to see if they had a certain part. Guy didn't even look it up in the computer. Just said "I don't think so" and went back talking to his coworker.Went back the next day to the same store and found the part myself on the shelf.Horrible customer service.

Needed a battery. They installed the new one. Used my $20.00 speed perks discount. I now have $1,40 discount off a gallon on my next fill-up. Quick and friendly service .

This shop is by far the best auto parts store I have ever been to. I ve been going here for 15 years and they always help me figure out my problem; never let me down. They are always willing to listen to my long stories about my car issues and help me diagnose the problem. I could not have successfully fixed my many cars with out them. Jason has honestly been the best help ever and he is amazing. They all have been great!!, but he really goes above and beyond. I wish I knew all there names because every person in that store has helped me and I woukd like to sincerely thank them all for putting up with me and truly caring about helping me fix my cars.

Look, I feel like the people at the place were just doing what their corporate overlords force them to do. But I'm not letting Advanced get away with that. After expressing not wanting to give my phone number or email, I was assured that it was just for the warranty. I literally had marketing emails to unsubscribe to while I was still standing at the counter.Also I told the poor cashier what model to look up because I'd already checked the online inventory, but they insisted on going to look at my car, came back and ended up selling me the wrong battery. I get it, it's probably policy and the computer system is "never wrong" - but I already told you what I needed...

I needed my battery checked and ultimately a new battery. Cannon was the one who helped me and he was excellent. Got to me right away and installed the new battery for me quickly. He had me in and out in a flash. Very polite, helpful, and friendly. Really great service!

Found the perfect gift... yup, gift. The staff was so helpful, knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish with the gift... it was a great experience hearing "wow these are the kinds of items I need now that I am working on vehicles from home." Thank you Advanced Auto! My nephew was very surprised and happy with his gift.

Employees always pleasant and very helpful. Good prices, limited selection but items can easily and quickly be ordered. Outstanding warranty protection - purchase info saved online. Any Advance store can access your purchase history and correct warranty issues. Saved us many a time when traveling!

Many of the employees here are sincere car enthusiasts, but every single employee I've interacted with was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and happy to help me with questions or help me find what I'm looking for.I had a product I purchased break (squirt bottle trigger just snapped off) and they replaced it no questions asked.Very thankful for businesses run by people who care.

Thanks for reassuring me my coolant reservoir was correctly installed and was in order. I thought I had a missing hose or hole in reservoir because coolant was on ground after topping off it off to fill line. Especially after I added washer fluid and watched it pour on the ground right out of it reservoir. Got that part ordered and picked up my online order from earlier that day. I'm still learning and your help is always appreciated.

I don t think I ve ever received such awesome customer service as I received from Bryan today at this location. I was on a budget and worried about getting the right break pads and rotors (front and back) for my vehicle today, and he was so kind and patient with me. He was so friendly and worked with me to make sure I got the absolute best deal and the right parts needed, and even took the parts out to the car and loaded them in the trunk for me when leaving the store. That s unheard of anymore! I will 100% come back to this particular store for any other needs I have and I can t stress how wonderful BRYAN was. Thank u so much! Give this man a raise!!!

It's a tale of two locations. AA on 3rd Ave was a horrible experience. The staff had no clue how to help or even what I was saying I needed. You would think folks working at a parts house would know car parts. I left and went to Seaborn St location and it was a much better experience.

I go here for a quick evaluation to see what is wrong with my car such as if my battery was low, starter, or alternator was bad. They are knowledgeable and gave me their professional opinion.

In there over 10 minutes they never acknowledged me. But I heard them attend to males that came in. Even walked to counter twice. Still nothing. Ironically, last year I went in with battery issue... guy basically didn't want to be bothered, as my battery is in trunk. I went somewhere else.

I wanted to personally take out the time to write a superb review about the Gentleman CJ Dewick that was just hired there about 3 weeks ago. I don t know anything about cars, but CJ Dewick personally went out of his way to help me out. He analyzed my car, and told me exactly what I needed to fix my problem. On top of that he took the courtesy to actually install the piece on my car that needed fixing because I had no idea what I was doing! I recommend all locals, and tourist to shop at this store If you need the help! All staff members (BILLY, MIKE, CJ) that were present that night were all very welcoming, and helpful as well! Those guys made my weekend!

This place is ridiculous. No body at this store can give you the right parts. This latest Fiasco, Sold me brake pads for my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8. Put them on and they continuously squeal. Come to find out they are the wrong pads. Then I'm told we don't carry them we will have to order them and have them shipped to the store but you have to pay for them first. So now I have paid for two different sets of brake pads and yet I don't have the right ones. I go to pick up the ones they had to order when they got in and those were no where never the correct pads and it was the store manager that ordered them. RIDICULOUS....... How can you get a job at a parts store and have no clue about parts. Guy refunded me and did even ask if I wanted to get the correct pads. For sure have lost my Business for good. I highly recommend not using this store or at least definitely check whatever they hand you. It's probably not the right part.

Excellent. I needed new wiper blades and the young man sold them to me then took them out, put them on my car, and I was gone in less than 15 minutes. Great service.

Excellent service! Went in for a simple battery. I had a coupon for online and the tech in store waited for me to put the order in online and pulled it as I was ordering so I could save a few bucks.

Advance Auto Parts is good to get oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, car batteries, windshield wiper blades. But hard Parts no terrible Parts selection. And employees that really don't know what they're doing but they only get paid eight or nine dollars an hour or so you can't expect much Automotive knowledge
