My father-n-law needed a plug wired in to his jeep in order for his tail lights to work so that he could pull his boat home. He called Joe last minute to help him out - he was able to come out the same day and get him taken care of. Very nice guy, knows what he's doing, and was able to get the job done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to anyone!

We have called on Joe numberous times during our stay in MB for repairs and learning our new 5th wheel (new to us). he is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. We left MB yesterday for Tennessee and had problems with our landing gear, I called Joe for help he talked us through a temporary fix. We want to thank Joe for all the help for graciously gave us. We highly recommend him.

Had several plumbing issues with our 2023 destination trailer. Called Joe and he came right out and fixed it all. Would trust no one else but Joe! Highly recommend!!! He is our go to guy for sure! Explained everything he had to do and took pictures for us to submit to manufacturer!! If I could give more stars I would! We are now leak free!!!!

We arrived at MBSP and found our RV steps weren t working. Joe came out to our campsite, got the part we needed, and quickly fixed the problem. Wonderful experience, very professional, fair price. He also kindly gave us advice on a couple other issues, which we appreciated.

After hitting a tree due to the tailswing on our 44' 5th wheel, Joe came right out and sealed up the damage and reconnected the taillights so we could get back on the road and continue on our way. We were leaving the next day so his willingness to come out the same day was greatly appreciated.

Joe did a fantastic job of inspecting and repairing any seals that seals that were degrading and could cause future issues. Clearly very skilled and passionate about doing things properly, he kept me informed throughout and was kind enough to share some of his deep knowledge and experience about keeping the RV in good shape and ready to go! Joe is very well versed in his field of work, diagnosed my furnace issue when I described what it was doing to him over the phone. arrived at my campsite when he said he would, no waiting around for him to show up. Joe had the correct parts to repair my furnace promptly, no additional trips to retrieve parts which was a cost saving. Joe is very personable and informative, took time to explain the repairs and what the defective part did in relation to how the furnace works. After repairs were made everything that he had to move was put back exactly as he found them, he also made sure to not track in any dirt as he had to make several trips in and out during the repairs. Highly recommend Joe and 1st choice RV Repair. Now have his number saved on speed dial for any future repairs.Service: Electrical

We were camping at MBSP and our converter went out in our travel trailer and we lost power. I called and left a message and within seconds received a call back from Joe. He told us he would be there at 1pm that day . He arrived on time, examined the issue, went to get the needed part and came back and installed it. While there my husband had a couple of other questions that he answered and took care of a problem with our hot water heater. I cannot speak highly enough of Joe . He was punctual, professional and insightful on questions my hubby had. I highly recommend this business for any of your RV needs. The wife contacted 1st Choice RV Repair regarding having no electrical power in our RV, even after charging all 3 batteries.Joe was able to respond that day, but due to my busy work schedule, I was not able to make that happen. So we set up an appointment that was convenient for both of us. Joe arrived promptly and determined that the cause of our problem was the solenoid connecting the house batteries and the starter battery.He returned a week later with the part and installed it. He did not leave until making sure that all electrical components and generator were working.Will I use 1st Choice RV Repair again?I hope I will not have to, but if I need help with my RV, that will be the first company I call.I give Joe and his company 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.Services: Electrical, Battery

Joe does great work and explained everything as he did it. He got my water heater working and fixed a leak under the sink. Cost was very reasonable considering the amount of driving he had to do, to get to us.

I would absolutely recommend 1st Choice RV.We are not from this area & took a chance on these guys based on others reviews. I'm so glad we did!Joe came to the campground diagnosed our problem & fixed it. He was very patient & knowledgeable when answering my questions on several other minor issues we had with our 2018 Bighorn 5th wheel.Joe was prompt, professional & reasonably priced. It's nice to know there are still good people in the Mobile RV business.

Joe is an A+ guy! 1st time camping and I was having Hot water issues. He called me back within 10min of leaving a message on Sat morning. He walked me through everything and bam I had forgot to flip 1 switch! Thanks Joe for making my Wifes day not having to take a shower in the bath house!!!

Our Maiden Voyage traveling from NY to South Carolina to visit family. Our furnace had stopped, and we had a couple of other small issues. They came to where we were parked, assessed the problems, contacted our warranty company and completed all of the work, professionally and in a timely manner. If you find yourself in need of repair while in the Myrtle Beach/Charleston area, We would highly recommend them.

Update 9/22 - needed the power stairs repaired and who did I call? Yes 1st Choice RV Repair again I wish I could give 6 stars!!!!Replaced outdated fans with new units on our 02 motor home - wish I could give 6 stars!!!!

Installed a tankless water heater. The first miracle was he called me back. then he actually showed up when he said. His workmanship was clean and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He was personable and his apprentice was eager to assist as much as possible.

These guys are: prompt, professional, knowledgable and friendly.They have done 2 repairs for me, 1 a Dometic freezer and an electric Zip Dee awning.When I'm in the area I will always use them.The title says it all "1st Choice". I highly recommend them. 5 stars.

I would highly recommend Joe from 1st choice rv repair! I was having trouble getting other companies to show up or even call me back. Save yourself the headache I went through and call Joe! He is very professional and does a great job!!
