Trae from Tartes was very quick, reasonably priced and even though I had a 40,000 lb lift stuck in the sand between some tree's, he was able yo get me out no problem, in fact I got stuck twice in a week, and he was there for me both times!I highly recommend Tarte's towing!

Trae SAVED me! During a rainstorm (hurricane technically) he crawled in a muddy ditch to get my car out of a precarious position in a DEEP ditch. He was prompt, professional, reasonably priced and genuinely went the extra mile to calm my nerves and fix my situation. Fast and friendly with a knowledgeable staff, especially Jeff he explained in simple terms the repairs that were needed immediately and the ones that could wait. Thanks to their reasonable prices I didn't have to wait and picked up my car the next day. I will continue having my repairs done by Tarte's and I recommend that you do to.

Trae has always been prompt, thorough, friendly and fair in all of my repairs. I highly recommend his shop and have been nothing but pleased in all of my dealings with he and his team. He is a great guy and cares about his clientele.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Our Moutaineer had a transmission fluid leak so we took it to Trey and he said he could fix it. After getting the vehicle back the leak was worse! We ask him to make it right but he was very rude and didn't want to fix his mistakes. Instead he offered our money back for the transmission work which is good but our transportation is still out of commission and we have to find another mechanic and start all over again. What a hassle! It will probably end up costing more money to fix there mistakes than it did originally. Save yourself a headache and avoid this place.

I have a Mitsubishi Endeavor - the daytime running lights were not turning off and draining my battery - plus white smoke was coming from under the hood at times. I was told by a shop and dealership shop that the a/c compressor needed to be replaced - only $1600. I thank God that I found Tarte's Automotive where Eddie quickly diagnosed the issue as a problem with the a/c module in the dash -- $80. I did find the part on my own since my suv is so old. Eddie is a genius and I highly recommend Tarte's Automotive. He's great and reasonable.Service: Air conditioning

We were traveling through and needed an alternator. Trey towed us to the shop just before closing and stayed open just to make sure we were back on the road that night. Thanks Trey, Jeff, and Co.!
