Earl is the man. He fixed a problem with my 2016 Toyota Prius that other mechanics and three Toyota dealerships misdiagnosed! He s my go-to guy!

Earl is a skilled shop owner who cares. I am glad he's my mechanic.UPDATE 8/24/22 No longer feel the same. Recently had 2 front wheel speed sensors replaced on my 128i BMW. The bill was $510! Previously, I returned the day after an oil change. Oil was leaking on my carport driveway because the drainplug wasn't fully tightened.I guess I'm shopping for a new mechanic. I was verbally quoted a ballpark price (big mistake get it in writing!) for 4 brake pads and hardware only, and serpentine timing belt. The quoted price was in the 200 dollar range parts and labor, which I stated seemed low, the response was well it may be a little more. During our conversation Earl and his wife seemed very friendly and trustworthy. we were previously quoted 500 dollars from Meineke, which I told him, he laughed and said they are way out of line. We dropped the car off the night before the scheduled day of maintenance. The next morning at 11AM I get a call the car was ready and the bill is 494 dollars!! I almost choked, now I expected the bill to be around $300 or so knowing that the 200 dollar quote was low, after some discussion his wife stated it was tourist season and prices go up, and also hazmat charges were expensive. Now I don't claim to be a long time local (6 years) but I don't plan on moving anytime soon, so i guess the quest for a good HONEST repair shop goes on. I had passed out many of there cards at my workplace and had to go back and tell my story and apologize. I know bad news travels faster than good, but I was equally ready to spread the good news, oh well the work performed so far has been good, I don't question his ability I question his business ethics Remember the three P's PEOPLE, PRODUCT and PROCESS!! is the key to a successful business.

Googled a few repair shops around me as I'm new to the area. Rev Auto Repair showed up and had good reviews. Called them up to discuss what I needed and he fit me right into the schedule with no issues. Great guy, great work, reasonable prices. I'd definitely go back again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Amazing mechanic, Earl is the only mechanic on the grand strand that I trust my vehicles with. Every time I go to him with either a simple oil change, or the occasional major issue he is quick to diognose and repair. Affordable repair done correctly the first time. Can't say enough good about the owner, secretary, and his shop.

We took my son's truck in to have his air condition fixed. They gave me a quote of $1300.00. We picked it up and the air was cool. That lasted ONLY a week. When we called back we were told we could not bring it back in till the next week. My son dropped off his truck this morning and this afternoon we went to pick it up. We were told they could NOT fix it until we paid another $1000.00. This company is a complete rip-off and our attorney has been notified. I am taking my time out of my afternoon to WARN any future customers. Please read my review. I am a REAL customer. None of these 5-star friends leaving positive remarks. Be WARNED...Terri SwiderskiMyrtle Beach

I was going to be driving to Wisconsin on Wednesday and my car was making a sound that made me nervous about making the trip. I went by Earl and he had my car on the lift within a 1/2 hour. He found the problem within minutes fixed it and then checked the air pressure in my tires too because he knew I was traveling. What a great guy and VERY reasonable pricing for his amount of knowledge.

Earl is absolutely amazing. My truck set at Tartes automotive for 10 days when I had an appointment. Earl was able to take care of it in one day. If you ve ever had an appointment at Tartes and have been disappointed because they don t show up until noon please go over to see Earl. Most days he can help you out when you get screwed over by Tartes

Very shi**ty service I took my car here for a oil change and to get my tires rotated and earl broke my tire valve. Tried telling me it was broke from who ever I got my tires from. Not even possible considering I got new tires in March 18 and were in October of 18 so if it was broke I would have been had a flat tire.... Very disappointed and wouldn't even do any thing to fix the problem he created. I recommend no one to go here if you don't wanna get ripped off. A free oil change turned it to charging me over 70 dollars..... I will be conacting a lawyer and taking matters into my own hands!! Needs to learn a lot of customer service skills

3 other private mechanics and a GM dealership couldn't correctly identify the problem and Earl identified it quickly, and the difference in my vehicle is night and day. Be patient and give him time, he's a busy man for a reason.
