Highly favored, best price around. I had researched all around for the best quotes for my pontiac G6 convertible rear windshield, even searching for junk yard parts that was too extreme for shipping, not only was safelite too expensive but they didn't even respond to my request till 3 days later then they wanted me to go there a week after once the glass was shipped to the company, I felt like saying, why then are you a mobile company(referring to safelite). Thankfully, instead of safelite, I had already made a appointment with David at Novus Glass, What accuracy, what service, what integrity, what a Great Company!

Fast Service, Quality Work, Fantastic PeopleAfter having complications with my Insurance companies "recommended" glass provider, I decided I would pick my own instead and I could not be happier with that decision. After speaking with Dave on the phone I knew he was the right person for the job. He was extremely professional, fast, and provided a quality service. All of my needs were taken care of and exactly when they said they would do it, a rarity in today's time. If I ever need another glass repaired there is no question who I would recommend and that's Dave and crew from Novus Glass in Myrtle Beach!

we went to Myrtle Beach for vacation and my windshield cracked to the point that can't be repaired (which i didn't know before Novus guy came). However he offered to stop the cracking because by the time the new windshield would be ready for installation, i would be back in Canada. He met me at an local attraction (initially we planned to meet at the hotel, but it worked out that we could meet at the parking lot at the attraction site), did the analysis and advised to stop the cracking, which i took. He charged me $10 and i was speechless. Amazing service, 5 stars and i would recommend them to everyone that needs good service.

These guys were awesome! Dave and his coworker were nothing short of professional. They came out to my work in Murrells Inlet in a timely manner and did a wonderful job on replacing my windshield. I would (and have!) recommend Novus to anyone!

My appointment is next week but so far Dave has been really helpful and has given me great customer service. I will update next week after my windshield is replaced.

Horrible customer service. Waited over a month for a windshield. Then the guy came to install it. He couldn't wait 15 min for me to come and unlock the vehicle. He told me it's best to find someone else.

Couldn't be happier...950 mi from home and our windshield nearly blew off on the hi-way in our RVThey came to our campsite and removed/ re attached the windshield for a reasonable price

Called for appointment. Had the windshield in stock and the car was fixed the next day. Great service!
