MPT stands behind their work. We had major damage to the rear of our travel trailer and anyone in SC knows the trials of locating a camper repair facility around here. We found them on google search and then our insurance adjuster advised that she had great experiences with them, so we booked. Eric (the owner) was very accommodating, offering to meet at the shop outside of normal hours because we were traveling a few hours to get it there. The repair took several months but they had already advised it would be a long repair. Things did not go perfectly, the wrong ladder was installed on our camper and did not fit properly for use, along with a few other concerns. Once we discovered these issues, we notified Eric and he immediately investigated the repair and determined what happen, and ordered the correct ladder. He came to our home himself, 2 hours away, to pick up our camper to take back to the shop. He and his team corrected the issues and installed the correct ladder and then they delivered our camper back to us. Bri (Bre?), in the office, kept us updated throughout the repair process. We are completely satisfied. Eric is very professional and very involved with the repairs and daily operations of the facility. We appreciate very much that he stood behind the repair and corrected all the issues. We wish you continued success MPT Auto Body.

Last summer my 2021 Cedar Creek 5th wheel got damage on the front cap from another camper striking my utility trailer pushing it into the front cap. This caused deep scratches in the fiberglass. I called MPT for the repairs. First of all, I ve never met anyone there, just phone calls. These folks are the best! My camper was repaired and it was probably 3 months before I was able to get to the beach to see it. WOW!! And I mean WOW!, I was blown away. It looked like nothing had ever happened, not one blemish, you could not tell. I m telling you right now, these folks know what they re doing. I won t hesitate for a second, MPT will handle my repairs (hope I don t have anymore). You won t be disappointed, I promise.Thanks,Jim StansberrySherrills Ford, NC

TOP NOTCH customer service!!! Wow. Bri at the front desk is one of a kind, she could have blown us off, but she didn t she went ABOVE and BEYOND and helped us. We are so thankful! The owner Eric also went above and beyond to help us get the answers we needed from Insurance when they were being impossible to work with. I can t thank them enough!! Ps their shop is SUPER neat inside, AND they loved on our chihuahua

Highly recommend MP Tech. As a business owner it s very hard to find someone to do repairs (correctly) especially when your camper is in SC and you live in NC. MPT came highly recommended to me by two other businesses in the area and in its self says a lot. Their workmanship was spot on judging by the pictures they sent me after the repairs and being a brand new camper we were going to be critical!! Bri oh my gosh, returns calls and has answers for you and actually doesn t transfer you a dozen times. Great doing business with y all and I can honestly say it was a pleasure!!

Great job! I had some minor damage to one of my slide outs on my 5th wheel. Through word of mouth, I received several recommendations for MPT and decided to let them do the work. I took my Jayco North Point 5th wheel to MPT for collision repairs. I took it there because of all the positive reviews. I was not disappointed. The quality of work done is second to none. Eric. the owner and his staff take pride in their workmanship. It did take a little longer for them to repair my unit, but, the shop is very busy. All said and done my rv was repaired and delivered to me as promised. I highly recommend MPT for any rv repairs. A big thanks to Eric and his staff.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

MPT Autobody is extremely courteous, thorough, and professional. The place to call for not only body work but for other required warranty work.My first interaction with MPT was 7/19/23, working with Bri, who is responsible for Customer Service.Bri requested that I send a series of pictures for a preliminary estimate to fix our Montana 5th wheel, making sure that quality shots that showed the damage.MPT owner, Eric Klettlinger, sent our estimate to repair on 7/24/23. Arranged to drop off our coach on 9/19 with a projected completion of 4 to 5 weeks, depending upon availability of materials.Fortunately, all required materials were on hand. All repairs were completed by 9/27. In less half the time quoted.On 9/28, I was shown the repairs by the those who actually did the work. Billy did flawless fiberglass work on our front cap. Jay, did the metal work, so it looks new. He also fixed a manufacturer's roof design flaw, fixing the transition from the cap to the roof. This eliminated a potential water leak. Everything was completed as discussed and our coach looks good as new.My takeaway from my experience as a former business owner was the unique MPT culture. A culture created by an owner who is engaged and cares. Eric has an environment where all are more than employees who answer the phone and repair coaches. Eric is a true professional and cares about the quality of his work. They are committed to the customer and the work they provide for them. I brought my 1979 classic camaro to MPT for a new paint job and couldn't be happier with their work. Eric and Billy did such a fantastic job on it that it looks like a different car. I would recommend taking your vehicle to MPT for anything you need done. You can trust them not only with your car but them being honest with you and not ripping you off like other places. I had two hotel shuttles that needed, metal work and fiberglass repair. . The team at MPT did outstanding work, they really know their craft. Aside from the repairs made, the shuttles were returned cleaner than when I dropped them off. They are worth every penny paid for the repair, they provided an outstanding product for a fair price in a reasonable amount of time. Our new 2022 Newmar Dutch Star had what appeared to be fingerprints in the paint and we had a crinkled bay door from a small incident with a cement pole at a gas station. Carolina RV recommended MPT Autobody for the repair and paint work. We had been advised that it may take 30-45 days for the work to be done. We live full time in our coach so this was not great news. Eric, the owner, understood the impact of the situation and returned our coach to us in 3.5 days. The paint looked amazing and we are thrilled to have our coach returned to us. They did a good job fixing the motorhome from damages from a landscape company spraying the lower quadrant. You cannot tell it even happened. It looks better than it did before it happened. My job was a very large job to take on too. When they actually physically started working on it all went smooth, they were calling, emailing etc. I'm happy to have it back and ready to take some trips!!!Service: Auto body & trim repair

5 stars!!!Communication was good, quality of work was outstanding, and my RV came in 2 weeks earlier than estimated. I came in for hood paint, front cap paint, decals applied and clear coat. No complaints , they even adjusted my fender gap no charge. I definitely recommend this staff for all your RV and painting needs. One other good notable, my cost was under my estimate. If you are in need of motorhome body work, look no further than MPT Autobody. They are or have to be be one of the best fiberglass repair shops in South Carolina. Our motorhome was a mess after a deer strike. We got our motorhome back and took our next door neighbors with us to pick it up, they were in awe of the work that was done as well as we were.I can't say enough good things about this group of professionals and kind people at MPT Autobody.The owner, and all of the MPT employes are the bomb.Our 2017 Tiffin Allegro Open Road looked like it came off the showroom floor when they were through.Thanks MPT, we are well pleased with our motorhome repair and wish you all nothing but the best.Wayne WickerServices: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

They had my for 3 weeks and did not touch it. It was a auto claim, my insurance company sent them a check and they did no work. No way to do business. They didn't give me updates and I see why.. why would you take my car if you don't work on cars. What sense does that makes. They told me to come pick my car up after 3 week with no work done to it. SAD...

The gentlemen were extremely courteous and professional and friendly. Worked with me to schedule a good tie to bring my vehicle in so they could work on it and get it done as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond my expectations and instead of taking 3 days they were finished in ONE!! I was delighted! The work was perfect! They are totally comfortable working with insurance companies. I wholeheartedly recommend

We could not have asked for a better experience. From randomly stopping by to discuss unfortunate damage on my camper, I was able to email them pictures to discuss it further over the phone. They worked it in quickly in my opinion, dealt well with the insurance company and gave me a great quality finished product. Eric the owner was very thoughtful and thorough, the staff onsite were great and Justin did a wonderful job of all the body repairs needed. They even went a little further outside of their scoop to help me with some non-related issues.

They performed cosmetic work on my boyfriend car and a last min insurance claim that required work done to his car door. The final results were exceedingly well but throughout the process, there was a lack of communication (we had to keep calling them for updates) and it took way longer then what we were told which resulted in us having to buy a new battery for the vehicle the same day we retrieved it from MPT. Never the less the people there are very nice and friendly (nicest company I ve ever dealt with) and provided great quality work, bringing my boyfriend s vision of his car to life.Service: Body & Trim

This is the best body shop experience I have ever had. After dealing with another RV body shop for approximately 4 months and getting the run around I called around and was told MPT would do an excellent job. I called and spoke with John. He was very professional and advised that they could fabricate a new part for me since my unit was older. I dropped the RV off. They stored it in their secure lot until it was ready to be worked on. They dealt with my insurance company also. They called me when it was ready and I picked it up. Spoke with Christina on the phone and she was very helpful. Could not have been a more pleasurable experience. Thank you. A+++ Highly recommend.

I had to have some warranty repairs completed on my RV. MPT is the authorized repair facility used by Carolina RV. I was able to get the repair scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I have nothing but praise for the staff at MPT! They were always professional and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions that I had. The repair was high quality - like the flaw in the siding never existed!! I won't be using anyone else!Service: Body & Trim

Great experience at MPT Autobody. These guys really helped me out after I was sabotaged by a local RV person supposedly sealing my roof. Eric, the owner, got me in quickly and helped repair my RV. I would highly recommend these guys! Five stars and more.

My hydraulic broke on my back hatch of my van. The screw broke off inside, Jay worked his butt off and drilled that screw out and placed the hydraulics on both sides. I recommend MPT to anyone.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

The only reason I have it a 4 star because of the time it took to do the upgrades on my RV. The work they did was excellent. Justin the tech that did the upgrades was by far the best. Bri at the front desk kept me posted on the work that was being done and communicated well with us. She was a pleasure to work with. I had issues with rust on my Jeep Wrangler Sahara and was happy that MPT was able to save it !! I did end up needing a new hood but I was informed of the issue and was given the decision of what I wanted to do. Everyone that was a part of getting my Jeep fixed were amazing, trustworthy , friendly and I definitely recommend them for any body work that needs to be done.
