Thanks to Mayday RV Mobile Service for the quick response time. The technician Bob, showed up within about 30 mins from the time I called. I was having an issue with a slide-out not extending completely at the bottom. Bob made adjustments to correct the problem as much as possible and made sure that all the gaskets had a good seal around the slide-out to ensure everything would stay dry with the impending rain the next day. I would recommend them to anybody who needs service on their Fifth Wheel or Travel Trailer.

Thank goodness for Mayday!!!! Tom was quick to respond, friendly and put me at ease. Our tech Bob was onsite first thing in the morning and quickly solved our leak so we could enjoy the rest of our trip! I highly recommend. Thank you Mayday! You are now on speed dial.

Had trouble with the hot water and made a call to Mayday. Came out the next morning and thank goodness it was a quick fix! Very dependable and provided great service!

Fridge went out on our camping trip. Called Mayday at 9:00 am and Bob showed up by 10:00. Unfortunately the problem was found but could not be repaired on site. They were kind and courteous. Follow-up call to make sure we were good. Highly recommend.

Pulled in Pirateland campground camp ground Saturday went to plug into shore power but no 110 power in the rv. I called Mayday they happen to have a technician in Pirateland. The tech took a good look at things and determined my transfer switch was bad. Tommy at Mayday started searching for a new switch. He found one and it was delivered and installed on Tuesday. Everything works great. The staff and technicians at Modway were great to work with and will be my go to technicians here in Myrtle Beach. These guys know what they doing.

Traveling through South Carolina and our slide-out stopped working on a Sunday. They walked us through several things to check for over the phone but those didn t work, they were able to get to us first thing Monday morning and assist with closing the slide and we were able to continue on our way to Florida. Highly recommend!

Mayday spent 3 hours trying to diagnose why my slides were not working. 2 hours to manually push the slides in and add 2x4 bracing for the camper to be able to travel. They charged me $1006.05 for the job. A total of 5 plus hours to NOT fix the slides and still charge me over a thousand dollars. After arguing with Timmy Traylor for days about this unprofessional practice, they reimbursed me $169.I still had to come home and order the part for 600 dollar, install it myself, install the slide motors then rebuild the facias on the 2 slides that were torn apart for the bracing.I know I'm not the only person that thinks over 5 hours of trying to figure out a problem and still not fix it is totally not worth a thousand bucks. It's not worth a hundred bucks when it still isn't fixed. If the staff isn't knowledgeable enough to diagnose the issue within a respectable time or make the repair, maybe the business should consider quarterly training on the latest, greatest gadgets and provide service manuals to their employees.For those reasons, I will would avoid this business for any RV repair.

A+ service. Up front and honest about service fees and labor costs. Diagnosed the problem, discussed the possible solutions. We agreed and the job was completed in a few hours. We had a safe trip home, thanks to Tommy and Bob.

Never hire an RV tech to diagnose a problem. $280 later and I m no closer to knowing the source of the problem with my hydraulics. I declined the service of replacing my awning fabric. They wanted over $800 to do it. It s a 1 hour job at most. I d do it myself if I had 2 ladders.

They responded quickly to my need for help, slide stuck open on 2023 Georgetown GT5 motorhome, when we were supposed to leave for home, over 800 miles away. He was able to get it closed and we only had to stay 1 extra day. Charged >$300.00, but at least got us mobile.

They came out found the problem. Explained what was wrong with my heater. Ordered the parts came back out and finished the job. I will use them in the future and recommend them to people I know.

We had a backup on our RV . Called MAYDAY and within 30 minutes Rawley, was here. On a Friday at 3:30. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Went over and above.

While on our vacation at Pirateland, both camper doors broke at the same time. This is a new camper too. MAYDAY came out within 30 minutes. The technician took one look and exclaimed, "I know exactly what's wrong". He fixed the problem, realigned the doors and also cleaned the hinges. He gave us some advice in the event part of the problem occurs again. I am so pleased with the experience. Our tech was a super nice guy. So were the receptionists who handled my calls. The price was also reasonable. Thank You Mayday RV Mobile service!

Refrigerator cooling unit broken. This business team are exceptional. Stacey is the best communicator I have EVER come across..... period. She follows through on her word. Will call you up out of businesses hours on her personal phone to make sure all is well, if not she will do what ever is within her power to ensure it is. Tommy is the owner with his wife( who I didn't have the pleasure meeting). He runs a tight ship, checks the job work personally and his rates are reasonably-priced. I met both mechanics/technicians who are equally knowledgeable and able to answer most questions or address concerns. Everyone very professional and the follow through after the job is complete exemplary. They are a fairly new small business but rate 10/10.

We had two important components go wrong while camping out of state and parts needed to travel home. Bob and his staff were there for us when we needed them. I highly recommend them.
