Went in for front brakes, told to us by another car repair facility. Called Carolina Car repair for an appointment and estimate and they got us in right away. They told us our front brakes were still good, but we needed rear brakes. So they had to order them while I waited and installed them instead. They did a great job! They were professional, honest, and hard working! Will definitely be bringing my cars here for all my maintenance needs. Thank you!! Mike C

Honest and caring people! I'm very new to the area.. drove 1100 miles and wore out my back brakes..they came highly recommended by a local...They had me back up and running in a couple of hours and the cost was well worth it as well as extremely reasonable! Thank You!!!

Made a get acquainted visit with my BMW 128i for a transmission service. Nice people.5/30/23 update. Oil and filter change appointment. In and out in under 30 minutes. Well run shop doing good work. I'm kind of an expert on these things. I'm a retired Cornwell Tools dealer.

Was passing through quickly visiting friend. Had a shimmy, took us first thing in morning and addressed a tire issue and was reasanably priced. Highly recomended!

We had an unexpected issue with our car, being new to the area we had no idea where to go, our neighbor recommended Carolina Care Care. We drove over and within a few minutes they diagnosed the issue, ordered and arranged delivery of the the part and performed the service while we waited. observed several other customers arrive and leave smiling - all satisfied, repeat customers. This is a family owned business and it shows their pride in their work. One of the best experiences was talking with Myra who put us on to a number of great restaurants in the area. Very friendly, checked over my car because of wheel noise while I had lunch at the deli next door. Found the problem was 12 year old tires, lots of tread just got old! Great place. Paul and company really know cars the old fashioned way. Nice and prices are very reasonable. They service all FIVE of my cars including oil change. They did a valve job on my 2001 Honda Civic...did a great job.

Super nice people. I had a issue with my tire that went flat for no reason found. They looked at my tire and spent about half an hour messing with the tire. Nothing ever found. When I asked what did I owe they told me nothing. Thought that was extremely nice. Thanks for being so great to me.

After being told by Tidelands and Beach Ford that they could not take 5 minutes to hook up my 2013 F250 to check the warning light I was referred by a local Advance Auto to Carolina Care Car. AWESOME service!!!! Not only did they hook up two machines, they called the Ford dealership to check on the part. Assured me I would make it home and that it should be covered under warranty. All at NO cost. Thanks for making time to check out my sensor, unlike the Ford Dealerships. Honest and friendly customer service.
