More work done by Black Optics Garden City on my Suzuki sport tourer. Added 2 more bluetooth speakers; accent lighting and color shifting wrap on the painted surfaces. Great job guys!

I took my car in for tint and subwoofer install a few months ago, let me say they know what they're doing. The tint install was gorgeous, I had a few places that concerned me during the drying process but Ty made sure it was fixed! The audio installer walked me through the process which really amazed me. They recommended a few options to me and helped me pick exactly what I was wanting for my setup. What really blew me away was the friendly, almost family owned, feel of the shop. The owner was there to make sure I was happy every step of the way. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for vehicle customization from people who actually care about your vehicle.

Was recommended to this business and so glad I was. Excellent service, reasonably priced, They fit me in their busy schedule to pull off my front end to replace bulbs. Tye was pleasant to deal with and communicated very well. Highly recommend Black Onyx Tinted.

Black Optix got my truck looking nice for a better price than others I called and visited. The guy at the counter explained everything thoroughly and they were helpful when answering questions about another truck that I was inquiring about getting done as well. I was able to make an appointment very quickly and they didn t take long before calling to come get it. The tint job was amazing! Absolutely great. I paid 50 extra dollars for the stereo guy to hook my amp and my sub up that I already had ran. The entire thing was ran except for the ground wire was wrong and also it needed a inline converter which I had both of them. All he had to do was plug in a few wires and I paid $50 for absolutely nothing. But an explanation on how to do it even though I I have no clue. That's why I brought it to you guys. He tried to explain to me how to put it in myself after I brought it to him for him to specifically fix and they charged me as well. I am not a happy customer whatsoever. I would like this fixed and I would like my amp and my subwoofer installed like I paid for. I paid 50 extra dollars for him to hook up a couple wires and nothing happened. He tried to explain to me how to do it after I bring it to you guys and need you to fix it. That makes no sense but again I thank you guys for the tent. That was great! I was just needing my subwoofer and amplifier hooked up like I paid for. Thank you!

Long story short, I brought Black Optix of Murrels Inlet my brand new car with 2,000 miles for the Extreme tint package. I received back the car with 2 dents now in the hood and a poorly installed window tint. After calling and bringing it back in, I have received the car back with the dents taken out and the windshield redone. The tint once again needs to be replaced as taking pride in your work doesn t exist here. I will not be going back to use my lifetime warranty because they simply aren t capable of quality work.Service: Privacy window films

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I finally bought my dream car! Steven and his team were fast, informative and professional in applying film to my convertible windows. I was distraught at the idea of not opening my windows for two days, in order for the film to cure.... BUT, it was well worth it! At this point, I've had no issues at all with the application of the film.... definitely worth the money and the patience for the professional installation! Employees worked me in the same day for front 2 windows. Great price.. i was unsure of what percent I wanted and the girl took me to the back and showed me an example, and she helped me decide what percent to get. The gentlemen was Knowledgeable and nice about interior window care.

Steven really took his time to explain the different types of tint needed for my BMW! Before the tint, my car was extremely hot in the inside; however, after receiving the tint, my car looks so bomb and it's also waaaay cooler in the inside now during the heat wave we've been experiencing. I love it, I'm glad I did this before the summer, and will continue to patronize this establishment. I had my dining room windows tinted to keep sun glare down. My experience was great! Windows have great light and heat and glare are down. Brad McNeill installed and did a great job!

They do a really good job in what they're doing! Had my 2014 RAM for tinted Windows there. From making the appointment until picking the Truck back up I had a really good feeling there. I came in with my vehicle a couple months ago and I wanted a basic vehicle tint with some AVS window visors that I brought with me. We agreed on a price on the tint, but they insisted that they charge me $50 to apply the visors I brought. Their reasoning was they may be difficult to install because they have to clean out the crevasses before lodging the visors in the window frame. It was far more simple than that, they just peeled back the adhesive tape, and stuck it on. Still got charged the additional $50. The tint was Sub-par. There are still noticeable gaps in the upper portion of the windows and I had to get one completely replaced. I have gotten tint before on other vehicles that were noticeably more professional than the job i received.Service: Vehicle window tinting

These ladies were great! I walked right in and was greeted immediately! The whole process took maybe 30 mins and I was ready to go. They explained everything to me and the window tint and made sure I had no questions! I would highly recommend!!

The staff in Murrells inlet location are very friendly and the tech that tinted my car new exactly what he was doing. I brought in my 89 Corvette to get tinted and they did an amazing job. Well worth the reasonable price.Thank you! I love it.

My husband and I went to get my windows tinted. We spoke with Steven who was very professional and courteous. They did a great job tinting my windows. Also I described to Steven about a window decal I would like on my back window and he knew exactly what I wanted. I will be doing business with them again. This crew was awesome from start to finish. Tia, Steven, and Max. Steven was hesitant to put a remote start on my vehicle that I had purchased elsewhere, but still said yes. They ran into difficulties, but got it all sorted out and working. Steven was very nice and proffesional. Tia was so sweet and Max the installer was the most polite guy and very helpful too. Highly recommend coming here!
