First time at Lakeview Automotive.What an amazing experience.My air conditioning was not working and a complete inspection of my Honda was completed and texted to me with their findings. Kim is super sweet and friendly and the technicians were fantastic! They guarantee a 3 year warranty on their work,which is incredible! I will definitely be a regular customer and highly recommend them to all!

Lakeview Automotive always work on my car. I m just a girl so of course I don t really keep up with the maintenance on my car lol. So this is my 2nd time having my car worked on by them. They always fix the problem. They go above and beyond to check out everything and not just the issue at hand. Also they give you a great warranty after your car is repaired. Let me not forget to mention the customer service is top tier. These folks are really amazing people. Thank you Lakeview Automotive.

Exceptional service!! 5 stars is not enough. My first visit has resulted in a lifetime customer. The first call was the best customer service ever. Kim was so pleasant and genuine.I called Lakeview upon diagnosis from another shop. That shop had my FJ four business days with no contact, I called twice, they advised on the fourth day it had a blown head gasket and they couldn t repair, their salvage could pay $250-300 tops. That was not an option. I was prepared to replace or rebuild an engine.Lakeview called with an update the same morning I dropped it off, followed by the most thorough inspection process I ve ever experienced. The inspection report was detailed and amazing. Kim took her time to go over the findings in detail. It wasn t a blown head gasket. It did require some repairs and they were completed quickly at a fraction of the cost.My Toyota FJ is running better than ever. Lakeview Automotive is the absolute best, bar none. If honest & integrity are at the top of your list .look no further!

I have taken my car here for quite a few years. They give you a full inspection and give you a list of items what needs to be fixed, and items that should be watched. Good service and nice people.

I needed a tire fixed and was pleased to find out that they actually patch the tire and not plug it like most do. The people I dealt with on the phone were very pleasant. When I arrived I was greeted at the door with a warm welcome. The wait was comfortable, with nice facilities like a couch, TV, water, coffee, a drink machine, a table, and free wifi.. I was very pleased and joined their rewards program which offers some nice perks.

These folks are wonderful! Lakeview Automotive is the most trustworthy car mechanic I have used in YEARS. I was always hesitant about dealing with mechanics when something was wrong with my car. I always felt taken advantage of. NOT the case with Lakeview Automotive. I got a complete diagnostic report, including things that were not urgent to address but should be kept an eye on, my car's hierarchy of needs. Jim was great explaining everything to me, who's knowledge of working motors is limited to, keep the oil changed regularly. They even worked with my extended warranty company and saved me a ton of money! The only caveat is that they are BUSY. Plan on leaving your car for a week if it is a major repair. It is well worth the inconvenience. Your car couldn't be in better hands.

I went in to have a oil pressure low reading message checked on my car. I was quoted $572.06 to replace a oil pressure sensor & for diagnostic testing . Which breaks down to $145.00 for a diagnostic testing, which they could not provide a printout for as requested. They reset all of my codes on my car so I am not able to retrieve them. When asked Why I was informed that they thought I was going to get the service done on my car. A code should not be reset until the issue is fixed. $427.06 to replace the oil pressure sensor plus tax s. I was quoted half this price at 2 other locations. The part is $31, time/labor is a hour & a half. I do not suggest going to Lakeview if you are a woman or period! They will rip you off! Very bad service! I m out of $145.00 with no proof the sensor is actually what s wrong with my car!

These guys charged me double the price for a pair of tires a couple years ago. I just had my struts done (up in NJ) by a friend who owns a shop: $619.00. He told me anything over 700 was a rip off. I called Lakeview for an estimate and they told me $1200! Don't go to these crooks!I

First contact was with Karen, very polite, explained fees, listened to what I needed done, and scheduled my truck ASAP. Lake view actually got it repaired before the scheduled date. Jim did a great job, contacted me with what they found, gave the estimate, with no pressure at all. I will definitely continue to take my 1992 Ford F-150 to Lakeview automotive. I have been taking my cars here for about the last five years. They are always courteous and give thorough explanations of needed service. They provide a warranty on their repairs and they stand by it. I think their prices are good. My Hyundai Sonata broke down at a nowhere. It took me so long to find a place that actually works on them. I did up finding Lakeview Automotive. The experience was fantastic. I am an impatient person and called them constantly asking if it was fixed or what the problem was etc. not once did anyone get frustrated with me. They were always extremely professional. They do I get great job of explaining what your problem is and what the best way to fix it is. It is the single best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I highly recommend this place.Btw Another thing that I really appreciate from Lakeview automotive is the services they offer after your car is fixed. They guarantee they work for up to three years and offer roadside assistance for a year. It s well worth every penny.

They fixed the blower for my ac/heat and my hatch. I had looked for someone to fix my hatch and everyone told me no it is too aggravating. Lakeview had it repaired same day with the addition of my blower. This automotive repair shop is one of a kind. This is a One-Stop shop, they do everything here. I take all of my front end alignments here and have not been let down or disappointed not once. This shop has some very knowledgeable technicians, and the owner is very personable. Would not go anywhere else to have my work done.

Went on a ride with the shop foreman and he diagnosed the problem, right away! I had another company do a tire rotation, alignment, new brakes and tie rod. The ride with the shop foreman within a minute diagnosed it and a day later it was fixed. (The Front tire was making a noise) It was the bearings, that's it! Thank you!Service: TiresService: Tires

Multiple issues in my vehicle, some of which I could not figure out. Lakeview provided an awesome in-depth diagnosis of the issues; including pictures and videos in the report. They were able to quickly order parts after my review and have me up and running again in a very reasonable time. There was a minor miscommunication early on, but they quickly recognized it and addressed it. Friendly and concise service, outstanding communication during the inspection and repair process, and initial parts and labor pricing were on par with my expectations for the work delivered.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change

Before I left, I was told about their full service capabilities. This will be the place I return to when my vehicle requires service.

Thank you to everyone at Lakeview Automotive. Usually I stress when taking my car in. Jim Cody took care of everything in making sure it went as stress free as possible. I really appreciate the team for taking good care of my car to keep it running smoothly. Very friendly and professional you should definitely check them out!!!

Was having an issue with my Ram 1500 jeking upon coming to a complete stop and/or upon leaving from a complete stop. Took the truck to the dealership to report the covered issue (manufacturers warranty), they kept the truck for two weeks, "test drove" it for near 200 miles only to return it on empty and tell me that nothing was wrong. Decided it was time to take it to a local repair shop and chose Lakeview Automotive. So very glad that I did! I called on a Wednesday, was treated with the upmost consideration and scheduled immediately for the following day. Thursday after a test drive lasting only 5 min. their shop Forman was able to identify what he believed to be the problem. Only a couple hours later (not two weeks) the truck is repaired and I am pulling out with a great deal of relief! Just shows you what a difference honest professionals can make. The staff are incredibly courteous and helpful. They take the time to explain what is needed and why.Communication is excellent, with text notifications, emails, and phone calls all options. They will send reminders of services needed, but they do not push or oversell.The workmanship is top notch, and very reasonably priced.Great job once again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I was impressed by the level of customer service from every single member of the Lakeview Automotive team! They treated me with courtesy and respect, explaining what I needed politely and without condescension.Service was timely and they kept me updated on the status of my repair throughout the repair.Their waiting areas are furnished with every comfort imaginable, and the playroom met both my 9yo and 5yo's approval.I will be back. The service was outstanding!

Car would not start, called Lakeview. Referred towing company and they got the car and dropped off to Lakeview. They were able to solve the issue. It took a day, but since I did not have an appointment, I was glad they were able to fit me into their schedule. Second time I have gone there. I am new to the area and anyone who has had to relocate to a new state or area knows how difficult it can be to find a trusted mechanic. Well, this was easy for me this time. We read the reviews and tried out Lakeview Automotive. They ended up being better than the reviews. Very nice guys. Love their pricing as well. Got a free 30-point inspection that came with pictures and a website link that I can access anytime. They told me what I needed fixed and the order of importance. They were honest about what was more urgent and what could wait.Been looking for a mechanic I could trust with my Stang, and I've found one. Awesome place and I won t go anywhere else! They offer fair pricing for the time they spend diagnosing your car and give you all of the details of what they find so YOU can decide how to proceed. They even rank how serious each issue is so you know how to budget and plan for the future. If they can tell that you might not able to afford immediately needed repairs, they kindly inquire and offer financing.They will even let you know if repairing your car might not be worth the money invested, even though that means they won t make money off of you! That is honesty and the right thing to do. A lot of shops will convince you to keep dumping money into a car just so they can get your business.They also do every repair as if they are working on their own loved one s car to make sure you re safe and well-maintained. *Sometimes* this means it takes a little longer, but they will offer a loaner car AND you know it s because they want to make sure your car is in the best shape.They treat everyone like family and are genuinely happy to see people, not the standard fake customer service smile. You definitely get your money s worth and know that you re in good, HONEST, hands.
