Excellent, prompt and friendly service. Not pushy, super polite and keep us running down the road with car care! Clean, brand new facility. Recently stopped back in after a road trip and before another for travel ball and happily honored their policy to top things off between changes. It was easy and free great location- give them a try!

Very happy with the service! I went for an oil change and had a brake light out. I was immediately greeted with smiling faces. They got started as soon as I parked and everything was done very quickly. I was surprised and happy with the cleaning of my windows and mirrors as a service. I was walked through the list of things wrong with my car and got to decide what services I wanted to add. Ultimately everything was fast and efficient!

I was treated with outstanding customer service by all employees. I have been tell everyone I know about the super service kind employees that took care of my car. It was fast and easy. I will be going back for more of my car needs. Thank you everyone at Reidsville Road Jiffy lube. Also I was given a discount for my oil change.

The staff was incredibly prompt and helpful. Very professional and courteous. Probably my best experience at a Jiffy Lube. One of the guys there remembered me from months ago at a previous Jiffy lube. Really made me feel special. Definitely recommend this location.

Visit went well _ very efficient and professional. I do like how the service is tailored to your particular vehicle. I used to use Valvoline quite a bit, but I think that I will be using this particular Jiffy Lube now.

I was not impressed by my visit. Great customer service but after my visit my car has no power. It is very sluggish and it runs very loud. I can barely hear myself think in the car. I m not sure if they did something or left something out when I left the shop. I m thinking of taking it to my mechanic to have him take a look at it. It s got me very concerned.

Total service time from time I pulled into oil change bay to pulling out was about 38 minutes. Service advisor (who I believe was the manager) spent more time trying to convince me that I needed to purchase an oil additive product (which are terrible for your motor) than actually changing the oil. Pricing was on the very high end of the market. Charging for a coolant top off is insane, literally cannot name one other establishment in your market segment that charges for that. This is my 2nd bad experience at this location. Can confidently say I will not return just based on the wait time alone.

It was really nice experience of oil change..I didn t wait a long time, the stuff was very friendly and professional..The waiting room was nice and clean..Even a cup of hot coffee was very helpful and tasty ..I definitely recommend that place to everyone !!!

This was great. It's a brand new shop. Very clean, orderly and efficiently run.This beats having to make an appointment at the dealership just to sit there for two hours waiting on something that takes 15 minutes.They helped me figure out what type of oil would be best for the vehicle, walked me through any issues that they found and did not pressure me at all when I passed on certain recommendations.I told them when I left that I would be back with that same vehicle and also my vehicle when it came time. This is how it should be. You can get an oil change on your lunch break and still have plenty of time to eat. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. I stayed inside on a work call the entire time.If you like spending your day hanging out at car dealerships, by all means, keep doing that. This, however is where the market should be headed.Great team. Great experience. It's nice to have someone exceed expectations. It doesn't happen very often anymore.

The fellas at this particular Jiffy Lube went above and beyond expectations. I was in and out and even had a tail light and wipers replaced. A 110% excellent service station right here

I m from Charleston and stopped here and WOW! I m so impressed by not only their knowledge and professionalism but their customer service as well. They did/checked things my Jiffy Lube has never done before, I wish I had them back home! Excellent, clean, new facility as well. Highly recommend!

Friendly service, but knowledge is low. Asked to have a fuse replaced and no one knew where the fuse panel was, even after telling them where it was they did not replace the fuse.

These days it is rare to find the extraordinary customer service I received at Jiffy Lube in Duncan, SC. Amazing staff. Great atmosphere. And it was so nice to be able to work remotely in a super-nice facility. My entire experience was perfect!

Amazing experience despite the issues they made me aware of lol. Destiny has amazing customer service skills and it was nice to her and another woman in the bay. They went above and beyond for an oil change and tire notion. Filled me in on the wear of my brake pads with a visual aid included in the tire rotation. The shop is gorgeous and modernized. Hands down will be going back again.

The person at the front desk of this location was incredibly professional and courteous during every interaction while juggling multiple customers flawlessly. They asked if I had any preference on oil which was new but I appreciated the opportunity to voice a choice if I had one. The technician I spoke to was also very polite and my service was completed very quickly. Will definitely come back to this location in the future.Service: Oil change

The system is well organized. Everyone has a function and they work excellent together. I mostly like the communication process the whole crew knows what each one is doing at all time so no accidents happen. AWESOME

I am a mechanic, but also military so I took advantage of the 50% off, that s an amazing deal!! I never let my car through a shop, I always do it myself, but for half off I couldn t resist. Only reason I m giving 4 stars is because they acted like I had no idea what I was talking about, when I did.

Nice service and stuff. General Manager is nice guy. He fix the issue with no questions. If you try do something on the car ask Justin McDaniel he will send the right people to be done with knowing what they are doing. The General Manager at this location went above and beyond. He looked at items that were definitely not a part of the oil change I came in for. He also got me a bid for tires that beat the earlier bid I had gotten. He was knowledgeable, courteous and definitely made the best impression. My family and I will absolutely be back!

Everyone was great. And as a woman, especially one who knows absolutely nothing about cars, it was absolutely awesome seeing how many other women was working at this site. Absolutely badass. They all knew what they were doing and it was just really cool seeing so many women working in a predominantly male job. I won't leave the guys out either- the man who took my payment and reset my oil thing on the dash was great as well,he was funny and joked and was just a cool dude. I'll for sure come back to this specific Jiffy Lube. I'd be happy to have any car of mine taken care of by anyone here!Service: Oil change
