Car broke down while on highway, Progressive dispatched this company to tow it to the Jeep service.Amazing company, fast, great communication; the driver (Will) was awesome, professional and he really helped us with this unexpected issue.I recommend to everyone , I also wish you to get a driver like Will.

I called in need of a tow from my home to the dealership. It wasn't an emergency. The owner was able to accommodate my needs expeditiously! My car arrived at the dealership ahead of schedule and I'm very satisfied with the level of professionalism. I will definitely use Universal Towing again!

Excellent customer service! A big shout out to Tristen and Quiozel! They helped my momget her car back after an extremely busy day due to the flooded streets in Charleston. I highly recommend this business in case you need a tow!

The driver arrived quickly to jump start my car. He then recommended that I go straight to an automotive parts store and have my battery assessed. They installed a new battery and I'm back on the road after an hour! I really appreciate his help.

Adam, the driver from Universal Towing who was dispatched to help me and my "dead" 1995 BMW, did a great job. His suggestions helped get me back on the road quickly. I thought I had an alternator issue; he suggested the possibility of a dead battery. He jumped my car; saved me a tow; and I was able to drive to my repair shop where my bad battery was replaced in a matter of minutes. Thank you Universal Towing and a big thank you to Adam for the quick thinking and the terrific service and for saving me a whole lot of time.Service: Battery service

Waited over 4 hours for them to tow my car and finally called usaa up to request another company who came within 45 minutes to tow my car to the dealership. I came too late because of universal failing to follow through to tow my car. They kept changing the est times and skipping me leading to over 4 hour wait. All on my birthday which turned out rotten and universal towing ruining it by not showing up. I will never go with universal ever again. Now i have to wait until tomorrow for the dealership to fix my car forcing me to leave it overnight. Service: Local hauling

At 4am, I only needed to call this Towing company once and they handled EVERYTHING... from a quick arrival, easy tow -- straight to where I needed my car to go for repair -- the driver even recommended the repair shop. By early the same afternoon, my car was fixed and back on the road. I couldn't have found such great service anywhere else!
