We visited John and his crew on 3/13/21 and they did a GREAT job with our vehicle. They are very knowledgeable, work in a timely manner and they make sure things are done right. I have known John for almost 10 years and I can say that he is a very fair, honest and knowledgeable person. He doesn't try to price gouge you for parts or labor and goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. Had a front bearing go on our F250 on the highway, got towed here at 2am. They got us on our way the next day with a very reasonable repair bill. Very nice owner and staff.

Very disorganized and communications and updates aren't good. Did the work (preventative maintenance) and vehicle is running fine, but not sure if they did everything that should have been done. No itemized breakdown on receipt at all. Old parts not given back so they may have been good. Was associated maintenance done? Was the oil changed?. Some of these questions they couldn't answer when I picked up the car. It should have been done based on the work performed. I wouldn't call them shady, but very disorganized. I have a hard time trusting people to do the right thing with my stuff. My gut says the associated maintenance that should have been done wasn't. I won't be using them again. Not a good experience with them. Just poor customer service and business practice.Only 11 months to get a response. Like I said very disorganized and poor customer service. At this point why even respond at all.

John and his guys were excellent! This was my first visit to his shop and I'll definitely be bringing my truck and other vehicles to him in the future. He's a nice guy and offers great pricing. Couldn't be happier. Thanks John!

My truck has been there 3 months. Changed me1800 said that he turned it, truck still not running. He said I have fuel issues but didn't offer to find the issue. I don't trust him or the work he said he did. BewareService: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

I go to Parker's all the time when my truck has problems. They give me a fair shake and help me out when I know other places couldn't under my circumstances. Also, they are good Christian people and I like that about them. You can't go wrong. Especially if you want the truth and not be conned out of your money.

Mr John hooked me up on brakes and rotors front and back all the way around. Worked with me on the pricing and payment! Did it for a fraction of what I was quoted at other shops. He used the best quality parts and did honest work! I cannot ask more out of a mechanic or anybody I spend my money with on that note. I'll be using him for all of my future maintenance & repairs on my truck!

John was awesome. By other mechanics, We were told we needed pads, rotors, calipers, and hoses for our brakes and quoted $500+. John only told us what we really needed and gave us a great quote and the final price was right inline. The work has been very good. We really appreciate the pride in the work his team does. I will definitely be bringing any other work to him!! THANKS JOHN!

John and his crew are very knowledgeable. They take pride in the vehicles they work on and they are very dependable. I take all my diesel trucks to his shop for maintenance. Like any other shop they get very busy working with their hands and can t answer the phone every-time it rings but that s what a voicemail is for. I highly recommend this shop if you want work done on your vehicle.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

As a new resident to SC I was very happy with the Service they performed on my Dodge Ram Truck. They did a great job on my tune up, brakes, & oil change. Very friendly, knowledgeable & reasonable priced.

Had a weird problem in my Ford F150 with multiple engine and transmission codes showing up. Turned out they all were related to a simple connector. They diagnosed this problem in 15 minutes. Took 4 visits to "fix" my truck. 2 visits to "fix" my car. Several thousands of dollars. Was hung up on twice. My fixed truck has a radiator leak that was not even seen and my car broke down this morning. Terrible experiences.

Out of all the automotive stores I ve been to Parker s is the best, They have the prices, service and knowledgeable staff they also stock almost everything so you don t have to order it and come back again I don t go anywhere else but Parker s when I need anything for my cars or trucks. .Paul
