Kid couldn't even change out a battery. Hooked positive cable up to negative terminal. I pretty much had to look up my own parts on the computer. Oriely's apparently hires if you can run a cash register.

Have no idea what they are doing! Took old starter in to be replaced with rebuilt, mfg starter. Employee gave me a starter worse than the one I took in. No good at all. Crazy, back this morning to get my money back!. I do NOT recommend O'Reilly's, Monck's Corner. Need people in there that know what they're doing!!!!!

Friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to have a low turn over rate and I love that because I get quality help and advice when I stop in. I also love the fact that they are one of the few non-machine shops that still turn/face rotors.

If you're going to offer a service like turning rotors. Then you should have every employee who's working in that store trained to do it. So I don't end up spending two hours taking my car apart only to take my rotors to your store and be told that the one person who apparently knows how to do it is not working. So thanks for wasting my time and stop offering a service if you can't do the service the entire time your business is open. It takes an hour to learn how to turn rotors. It's literally very simple. I don't understand why everyone in the store is not trained to do it.

they're not only tested my battery, but when I bought the new battery they took the old one out and replace it for me so I didn't have them do the dealership or at the hassle myself. They were very helpful and friendly

I get to this store a hour and 15 mins before they're suppose to close and they're already closed. I really needed the part I came to get. Them being closed a hour and 15 mins early realy put me in a bind. Wish I could do zero stars.

Best prices on your auto parts needs!! They could do ALOT better in the management department tho! The young boys that are employed there rn got a snotnosed attitude problem! Trying to be cocky cuz of the young lady that works with them! Lol tbh she's the most helpful, professional and knowledgeable employee out of them all!!

Very helpful for people like me. They can research parts you need and prices are generally less expensive than dealerships. If they can they will help you put simple stuff on. But ask them. Conveniently located in the of moncks corner. Nice store and nice staff. Thank you.

I came here a a couple of times to get some parts for my car and was often overlooked. When I would ask someone for help they would tell me someone will be with me shortly.. someone else would walk in and they will get acknowledged before me now I am not a person that looks at color at all but I feel as though something needs to be done about the situation and this just isn t the first time this is the fifth time this has happened. And I m sure I m not the only 1.

As with all auto places, staff doesn't always know what they are talking about. Especially if you have a special version of a vehicle. I used to have a Taurus SHO and they tried to sell me a battery for a regular Taurus. Luckily I knew the specs weren't rightAlso, I have a Ranger Edge. It is a heavy duty version of the Ranger and it's not the same on certain parts. Have had several issues there. But this is with ALL auto stores I have dealt with.Staff is friendly the prices are good. They have a best price guarantee too

Don't know what the bad reviews are for? The employees are good when i go in. The store has what i'm looking for 90% of the time (fuel lines, spark plugs, some specialty tools). The people working the counter are more than happy to get the part i'm looking for out of the back.I like auto zone as well but go in for shop supplies only (shop towels, gloves, hand cleaner etc.) auto zones rewards program is better.But oreilly's has better quality parts and more knowledgeable employees. Only place that has better parts is NAPA but it will cost....All are better than advance imo.
