Great dealership! Went above and beyond to help me get the truck I wanted. Kimmie was wonderful in sales. Helped me a lot. Very personable. Put me at ease, which admitted isn't easy to do. Not pushy and very attentive . Sales Manager Stanley fought hard to get me the best deal. He was amazing and I very much appreciated his efforts. Brad in Finance was great as well. Made sure I was covered and understood the numbers and getting me the best warranty coverage.I'm a repeat customer. Mine was a difficult deal to make and I give credit where credit is due. Kimmie, Stanley and Brad, Thank you! Highly recommend them and this kind of help is hard to come by these days.

Thank you Hoover of Moncks Corner!!! An extremely simple, quick, and straight forward transaction. From start to finish, the entire process was as smooth as it gets. Amber, my salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable on the vehicle. She communicated with me clearly and was transparent about the car I purchased. Brad the sales manager was personable, honest and easy to work with. He went out of his way to help me understand the market, work with my budget, and simplify the typically frustrating finance process. After making a deal, Sean helped me finalize everything, and was sure to explain/simplify all the closing documents, making sure we were on the same page throughout. The whole team stayed long after closing to accommodate me and my busy work schedule. I m so happy with my new ride and can t wait to deal with Hoover of Moncks Corner again soon!

My Wife and I came here looking for a vehicle to purchase that was found online and we lucked out with the help of Mr. Sam Tew. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and upfront. Any question we had, he answered and he the ones he didn t know on the spot, he made to research and give us the answer. He was also extra patient with us when we came across a little hiccup with a lender and even looked to get us a better deal to overcome our problem. Definitely check out Mr. Tew and make sure to ask for him if he s not in the floor.

I scheduled an appointment to look at a vehicle I saw online. I was shown other vehicles in addition to the one I went for. I walked out with the exact vehicle I wanted. Mike Couch did a great job assisting me as did everyone else. It was a fairly simple process and I was pleased with my interactions with everyone at the dealership!

They were albe to make what I thought was impossible possible, Kim LaPiene was a great sales woman and the rest of the team that played a role in this I'm so greatful for, I was able to get in a 2021 volkswagen passat with no money down and payments aren't bad either.....thanks again hoover team

Went in with plans to pay cash for a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. First, we had to ask to see a salesman. We were the only customers on the lot at the time. Our salesman was Mike Couch. He was the only one on staff that kind of knew his job. We found our Jeep, and did purchase it that day, but we felt like we almost had to beg to buy it. Although we told them numerous times we were paying CASH, we were told we had to wait on the finance department. What was up with that? Since then we have had a few questions about our Jeep and have contacted the Summerville dealership. They are much more friendly and knowledgeable. The day we picked up our vehicle in Monks Corner, we were asked to please give them a good review. I thought that was very unprofessional. Will not be back and certainly would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Amber is the person to see at Hoover Moncks Corner. She is personable, knowledgeable, funny and listens to what you're looking for in a vehicle. We left with a small goody bag and bottles of water for the trip home in our new car. Felt like I should have given her a hug instead of a hand shake when we left.

If I could leave ZERO STARS I would! On Saturday (3/2/2024) my fianc�e called and spoke with Arthur regarding purchasing a 2021 Yukon. Both of us had put in an application for it, sent photos of the trade, everything we needed to do to purchase the vehicle. After informing Arthur that we lived an hour and 30 minutes way, we were given the okay to try to do everything ahead of time, before heading to the dealership. No need to waste anyone's time or gas if a deal cannot be worked. My fianc�e and Arthur talked all day Saturday, after 5 the run around began, and he was told that he was trying to get in with the Sales Manager. (Dealer closes at 7 or 8) Never heard a word back, an email was also sent to the Sales Manager in regards to this purchase, after we both received notifications of our credit being ran multiple times. Fast forward to this morning (3/4/2024) We received no phone call or email.. So I called the dealership. Spoke with Arthur whom seemed surprised that I was calling, I reminded him of him never getting back with us about an update, our credit being ran, as well as noticing the Yukon was no longer listed.... He then proceeded to inform me that the Yukon was sold on Saturday!!! Never bothered to call and let us know, or even a simple text. Also informed me that they do not hold a car unless there is a deposit placed on it. Had he told us that, we could have placed a deposit on the car, until we could have figured out deal. A complete waste of our time, when we could have been out looking at another dealership. A simple phone call could have saved everyone the headache, and disappointment. We definitely will not being any further business with this dealership or salesman.

Excellent service! All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. I traveled 4 hrs to Hoover to purchase my new Jeep Gladiator. I worked with Kevin and Doug, and they both made it the easiest buying experience. It was a very straight forward and quick transaction. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future.
