My new rollator is way to big, way to heavy, won t fit in my car, won t fit my metal bracket. Calling Monday for return for smaller one or refund!! They better stand by their service or I m out of luck and will try to sell it!! Very unhappy but Keenan was very sweet

I recently had some nuerlogic issues, and couldn't walk on my own. My husband rented me a wheelchair for ONLY $40 dollars a week! I mostly used it balance, while using the seat for carrying things from part of the house to other. I called back to see what price was to purchase one. The girl was so nice, answered all of my questions, and treated me with respect!! :-)

My yearly visit to Home Medical was yet another wonderful experience. The employees are very knowledgeable in their respective areas. In the last 15 years of being served by this company, I have ALWAYS been treated with the utmost respect. They go above and beyond to make sure that your medical needs are met. Couldn't ask for a more caring group of people.

I have been using them for about 5 years now and when I first started going there for catheters they were extremely patient and helpful. I moved from the area but I still make the drive to get great service. I have noticed the poor reviews are from last year and want people to know that covid 19 hit small businesses hard on supplies and they still kept the doors open and put themselves at great risk in doing so. .Maybe they were having a bad day, or maybe you were having a bad day

Support your local small businesses and watch how much you read into reviews! The reviews on here from the last couple days have ZERO truth to them. I worked here for almost 6 years, I guess you can say I still do because 6 years later I will drop what I have to help Babbie, Charlie, and any patient! If gathering a bunch of friends to leave bad reviews is your way of being mad then I hope your end of employment was from being fired because children shouldn't be in charge of helping patients in need. This is shameful!! Again support your locals, make a call if somethings wrong, I promise this family owned business will make it right!

I sprained my wrist and went to home medical to see if they had a brace. The lady showed me a couple different ones and also helped me put it on to make sure it fit. She was very kind and helpful.

I ve had nothing but a great experience with them! Other medical supply stores wouldn t even attempt to help me for months. Madison was able to help me in under a week with LOTS of communication. Very very thankful for this place & how hard they work to help you.

They are rude very unhelpful but I got my c_pac from them can't switch for a year so there nothing I can do but put up with there rudeness. A short drive would be to you benefit. I got a nasty call from them today nothing about how we could work this out. But my calls are recorded I have so many doctor's. I called my insurance company and let them listen. They are going to help me find another company. Then they are going to be talking to them and the way they treat people. Thank God I record my doctor's calls. Please if anyone else is having problems with them talk down to you let your insurance company know.

Fyi they do not take returns and all sales are final. I made out of pocket purchases in the past for cpap supplies and finally got the insurance approved to have them pay for it. Upon running the insurance they re out of network. Was advised to seek reimbursement and inquire about getting them added. Wasn't familiar with the process but now i am and obviously cant do it that way. Under no circumstances will I do business here again. Product was not opened, and I should've known better when I didn't see the return policy posted.

I highly recommend Home Medical Supplies & Equipment for women who need breast prosthesis and bras after mastectomy. I tried to find a vendor that had this service in the Charleston area and to my dismay, could not find one. I contacted my insurance and they gave me two or three names of companies that offered these services. I tried calling them and was not getting anywhere until I called and talked to Babbie at Home Medical Supplies & Equipment in Moncks Corner. The staff there are so nice and willing to help. I was able to get the items I needed and feel so fortunate to have learned that help is only about 15 minutes away.

These folks go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied with all your oxygen therapy needs. It is important to them that you understand how to use all items. I used another company in Charleston that could have cared less if I were to breathe or not--thank goodness I found Home Medical .

I would not recommend this facility to anyone! They treat their employees like trash. They are very rude and disrespectful! And if you scroll down and look at the comment of a customer who said they wouldn t come back the owner replied the feelings are mutual how could you be rude to a customer and expect to have people come to your store. This is just ridiculous and I hope you get better management.

They say the sell cpap supplies but when I called to get them the young lady was very rude and said I would have to call back in 5 days for assistance. I will go elsewhere

Customer service, ease of getting standard supplies are decreasing daily. 6 calls in one week for CPap supplies and still no response or supplies

The establishment owner is very rude and unprofessional. Rude to employees, commenting on how the employees physical looks etc. I d shop elsewhere can t support someone that trashes their employees!
