They are fast and great people that work here! They have done a good job every time I have gotten new tires or had to get them patched. My husband also does his oil changes and etc here as well

Everytime I visit there is usually friendly staff and great service! Went today to get a patchwork done on a window that had fallen down into the panel and instead of charging they pulled the old work ticket and redid the work! Seems to be a lot more sturdy than before! Thanks Hill Tire!

The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. My husband took his car to Firestone and they told him the struts and shocks were completely blown and need 2 new back tires also for $1572. We said no it can't be so called Hill Tire and Mike said to bring it in. Well we brought it to them and sure enough 2 brand new tires on the back was all it needed. I will definitely be taking my car here for new tires in the very near future. They are awesome!!!!!

As a recent arrival to South Carolina finding a trustworthy & reputable mechanic has been a tall order. Hill Tire is my GO TO vehicle maintenance shop. Accurate diagnostics and reasonably priced. I never once felt like they were trying to take advantage of the newcomer. (other shops definitely have).They have a new, loyal customer here...

Very bad experience, first time experience. I Made an appointment and still had to wait over three hours long. I didn t even get my car services due to outdated equipment and timing issues. Futhermore, the building is rundown with several leaks and mole spots throughout. Please reconsider choosing this business to service your car needs formerly hilltire now Mavis. If I could give this review zero stars i would.

Excellent customer service and very trustworthy. I've taken my car there numerous times for maintenance and their prices are competitive. They have after-hours drop service if needed and work with you on pickup times.

I will never visit this store ever again!!!I came in with my son who was home from med school and we wanted to get some new tires on his car. he only had the one day and needed to get back to school that evening. we went in at 9 am and the gal at the counter said that it would be no problem to get the tires mounted and finished by 11:30. we went to run errands and got back at 12:00 and they said that they had not gotten the car back in the shop yet because the people that sit in the lobby and wait were given priority. when we asked why they said it would be done at 11:30 we got a lot of really snotty attitude from a guy who "claimed" to be the manager. the attitude from the employees was what was the most frustrating. we got my son's car back and left. he had to go back to school with his old tires. i will never return to hill tire for anything

Very good work and fairly priced. I've trusted these guys with my vehicles since 2008 and have never been disappointed. Whether its an oil change, new tire, or just sprucing up your vehicle...they do it right the 1st time. Thank you for all you do Hill Tire team!

The good: I went on their website and got them to price match the Walmart price on the tires. Great discount from their normal price.The bad: THIS PLACE IS S-L-O-W!!! I had an 11:00 appointment for the tires and an 11:30 appointment for the alignment. Got there at 10:40. They first told me that only 1 of the 4 tires I ordered had come in. Twenty minutes later they found the other three. They finally got the truck in the garage an hour and a half late, at 12:30, and that was only because I asked what the delay was. Tires came off at 12:45 and didn't go back on until 2:00. Not sure why it takes an hour and 15 minutes to remove/install/balance 4 tires (it doesn't). After the tires were back on the truck nobody touched the truck for 20 more minutes, at which point they finally got around to starting the alignment. Truck finally rolled out of the garage at 3:00. Doesn't stop there though. When they added up the total they were nice enough to give me a $30 discount on the alignment. I paid and went out to the truck and added up all the charges. Not only did they NOT give me the $30 alignment discount, they actually added an additional $30 instead of subtracting it. I went back in and after two phone calls they fixed it and gave me a refund for the over charge and the original discount amount. FINALLY left their building at 4:02. Last but not least, they put over 80 PSI in all four tires when the sticker on the door calls for 60 in the front and 80 in the rear. So bottom line, don't bother making an appointment here because having one means absolutely nothing to this place. Double check your charges before you pay, and double check the air pressure they put in. The price match on the tires was great, but next time I'll just go to Walmart instead of wasting my time doing the price match, making the appointments and sitting in their waiting room for 5+ hours. Five Hours!

Don't waste your time coming here.Over priced and extremely lacking in quality. I paid $90 to get my exhaust reattached to my vehicle which consisted of them welding 1 strap on the exhaust and car probably took them 10 minutes. I drove out and then it broke 5 minutes away so I turned around and they refused to fix it without me paying another $90! Needless to say this is a place I will never visit again. They dont stand behind there work and they overcharge so customers beware! Try HAY tire it's a brand new place here in town with excellent service.

Went in to get a tire replaced, and Mr Miller informed me he could patch it without having to replace it and saved me a significant amount of money, and time. The service was fast, honest, and affordable. All in all it was a fantastic experience, thanks Mr Miller!

I have been doing business with hill tire for 15 years. Today I went and had four tires put on my Tahoe and they did not put the new valve stems in like I had asked for from the start. I told the store manager and he had the nerve to tell me that they inspect them and do not change them if they look good. I told him when I was ordering the tires I wanted the high presser stems put in. Every tire I have ever order always gets new valve stems. Had to wait an hour a half for them to get them put on after it had been there for six hours . I will not do business with the again.

Horrible service. They said they "fixed" my car but I had to take my car back there multiple times for them to actually fix it. On a separate occasion, I had to get my car worked on & they said it'd take 1 and a half, no more than 2 weeks, yet it took a whole month to fix it. They're unreliable, not dependable, & one of the most expensive auto shops in Moncks Corner. I will not take my car there again.

I went there today (6-22-2018) with a nail in 2 of my tires. 2 hours before they closed and they refused to even look at my tires. If it were still owned by the Hill family, there would have been no problem with getting them looked at.Looks like midtown or hay tire will be getting my business

These people are a God send. Seriously.I drive up from Columbia every other day. I take care of handicapped people. Mike at Hill tire has helped me stay on the road to take care of my customers. They have worked with me in repairs, pricing, getting things done in time. And they do things right the first time.You can really count on them. And thats what counts.Tony

Efficient and kind. Had to get new front breaks and roters. Cost $209. Not bad, imo. Basically paid $100 for two hours of labor, which I'm ok with b/c they did a good job. Great location. Within walking distance of a couple great restaurants.

Jarmaine is hands down the best guy in the area for mounting and balancing custom wheels. I was worried about my painted rims getting damaged from the dismount and mount process, but Jermaine assured me he could do it with zero issues. He was on piont! Excellent employee and Hill is lucky to have him on their staff. Warning: the prices up front are a bit high but what can you do

I'd give it lower if I could. I seriously waited for almost 7 and half hours to get a new tire put on my truck! No joke. And the lady sitting next to me, waited almost 4 hours for an oil change. If you can go somewhere else, do it, you'll thank me later!

Had a run-in with some debris on the road that caused some pretty nasty vibrations and driving issues. Being from out of town, I used google to find this place. They got my car in, up, and fixed within an hour or so (on a holiday!). Very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks for getting us rolling again!

This is a great experience helping you with whatever you need as service. The staff members are nice and friendly with towards their customers and they have a warm welcoming spirit when you come in this place of business.

My husband would write the review but he's too pissed off right now so this will be in a "girly" explanation.Husband was a mechanic now a mechanical engineer but works full time and then goes to school full time so he had no time to change the tires when the truck needed them badly.So I talked him into letting me take it to a place with great ratings since he hates taking his truck to a shop and we're new to Charleston.Hill tire center had great reviews so I took it there.Bought four new tires and kept the best old one for the spare. They didn't put the spare tire on the spare rim so that will do me NO good on the side of the road. Then used an air torque (???) to tighten the lug nuts so it is impossible to remove manually and it broke my husband's air torque trying to loosen them. Later I opened the tailgate and BOOM, just like that my clothes were ruined. They got grease all over the tailgate and didn't bother to wipe it off!!!!!!! Lazy, in a hurry, and doesn't give a f* # probably because a "girl" brought it in. I know how to change a tire but if one popped on the road ( where else would it happen) I'd be screwed!

Do not shop here..Dude therw quoted me on. A set of tirea that was 200 higher than anywhere else.Then wanted 330 dollars to mount and valance them.What a joke
