Had a tire plugged. Sons mother went to get it after they called and said it was ready. She gets there they tell her it didn't hold gotta buy a tire. So being charged for the plug $29 which they were going to credit me that charge. So get new tire and get A nail in it. Middle of tire. Take back up there told it was covered under warranty as it was tire she bought for $200 something. Called me said it was ready. I asked if she could come when they open next morning. They said sure they'd put it on. When she gets there they say oh the plug wouldn't hold you have to buy another tire. So here we go again. She had to buy another. Didn't show her the "bad tire". Are we taking advantage of women? Oh and never was given the $29 credit they took. Not happy at all. Only have a problem with her vehicle when she goes up there to pick it up. Never with mine.

Honest, I have to give this shop this. The service writer was honest. After a few tries to figure out what the problem is, he said we might want to take the car to a dealership. Instead of using the parts cannon and racking up labor hours, this shop was honest and said what would be best for us, the customer. Not many shops will do that. The manager did everything respectfully and made sure the issues we had were addressed to the best of the abilities of the mechanics that were trying to figure out the issue.

Hay Tires is a good friendly company. As a female I don't feel hassled or misled about my vehicle. They are however a little slow. Wait times may be longer than expected.

I can't give a half star. I made an appointment for 7:30 am 3-23-24. Dropped my truck off. Specified I was dropping it off but needed it back in somewhat of a timely manor. Go back at 10:30 am and it hasn't been touched. The tech realized at the last minute he forgot to do the tps. I will.not be back and will not recommend to anyone else

I went in for new tires, alignment and an oil change on my truck. They had me out the door in a very timely manner!They always give a warm welcome and treat you like a valued customer. They are always my first choice! Keep up the great work!

Had a 9:30am appointment, they kept my truck allllll day then i finally had to call and they told me that they didn t have the tires i had them order that i was assured would be there then they had it all day the following day as well. Then the day after that i double checked their work, broken wheel stud on front passenger. Cross-threaded wheel lug on front driver, 2 loose wheel lugs on BOTH rear wheels. All for just under $3K. Amazing work. -10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Great experience! I called the day before, they saved my tires for me. I showed up the next morning and was in and out around an hour for 2 tires. The staff was great, will definitely be back!

The tire pressure in one of my tires wsd down really low, I pulled in to Hay tires to have air put in tire. The technician told me there was a nail and to allow him to check if it was leaking. Sure enough it was. The tech repaired my tire after a wait, but I was a drop in.I could not have asked for friendlier staff.

RV owners know that when you re trying to get somewhere and you have an unexpected tire failure, it can ruin your trip. Hay Tire was able to take care of me same day within only an hour or so and my trip was not ruined. They did a great job!

Had an oil change and tire rotation and the bill came out to $124 and they said it was synthetic . However, I changed my oil and used synthetic oil and only spend $60 in all. Not trying to say anything about profit for labor charges but it s an oil change

So I came into a moment where they were training new techs, so i didnt mind having to wait. (4.5hrs by the end of everything)I went there to get a full set of tires replaced. The gentleman behind the counter was very polite. he took my information and what work i needed on my car. I gave him my keys and after 3hrs of waiting he called me to verify if i was getting an oil change. i told him, no just the tires.Because i was waiting for such a long duration the Lady behind the counter said they were going to give me a free alignment.I told her it wasnt really needed but if its free why not.After about an hour they called me up i paid for everything, and left. I got 40 yards down the road and i had a metal grinding sound coming from the front passenger wheel. so i turned around and had them look at it. Come to find out the weights for balancing were slapping my brake calipers. No big deal.So i leave an everything is fine. Its not till i get to a gas station i start looking at everything closely. I noticed all 4 of my wheels are scruffed and scratched from what i can only assume was from the tire changing process.The only reason i didnt loose my cool is that this car is strictly just a work vehicle and i spent almost 5 hrs at the place already and i didnt want to waste more of my time.Everything else i could forgive but scratching all 4 of my wheels tilted me

I needed to replace my fuel pump and chose hay tire pro, i ve used them in the past and have been happy with their service, the staff is friendly and experienced, they got my car in quickly, called and gave me an estimate and a few hours later my car was ready for pick up, I was happy with their work and I trust Eric with my car, I recommend them to everyone I know

Well to be honest I think from my experience hay tire is better suited for oil changes and tires. I had called to ask about a rear main seal replacement and alignment as well as ac recharge. The original service writer was friendly and quoted $1206 for the work which seemed fair.Said bring it up there when I could to work on it. I had a different service writer Ricky who didn t seem very attentive or friendly oh well. I brought it in and was thorough with explaining I m fixing this to truck sell. If it needs any additional parts to let me know and just communicate with me on it.I get a call over the ac work from Ricky saying he didn t think it was a recharge and it could be a number of parts but no clear cut answer. Just sounded like parts swapping vs diagnosed. So I said let s not worry about it subtract the $100 dollars. I get another call saying they didn t realize they were going to have to remove the transmission to replace a rear main seal??? Which I said had talked to Ricky about the transmission being removed in person. As well as the original service writer it was a manual trans 4x4 like he asked on the original quote. So now it s $1340 no big deal I just need it done let me know if it needed anything else while in there.I get a call the following week before the shop closed it s finished to pick it up. Ricky had me check out with another writer and no one came and showed me the truck or went over it. Just that it was done and around the corner. I paid and walked out to check the truck out crawled underneath it. The scatter shield wasn t lined up properly and missing a bell-housing bolt. Two broken exhaust manifold studs and looked like an angle grinder used around manifold. Just looked a little sloppy rushed work.I brought it to the attention of the service writer Ricky who couldn t seem bothered to understand what I meant. I would have been fine just knock some money off it and don t worry about it. He had the tech come out. Very friendly tech and willing to try align shield they pulled it in the shop. Got it good enough (just ready to be on my way and fix anything myself I would have done the work myself if not recovering from a hernia related injury) upon looking the tie rod boot was torn on drivers side. I said I would have replaced and put a new tie rod on there with the alignment. He said how Ricky didn t really communicate with them on any requests or work. I also saw how when they did the alignment. Instead of sliding the steering rack boots back they slit a hole in there to get the wrench in there for the alignment. Which is sloppy the interior was just cleaned and there s oil handprints all over the carpet around the shifter assembly and dirty rags left inside the cab and seat covered dirtied up.Overall I feel this wasn t the shop to perform the work I requested. So I should have either waited for an opening at my friends transmission shop when he was free or done on my own when my back healed up. My family is from charleston originally and grew up having work done at the west ashley location. So I figured give them a go for this. I think my biggest gripe is dealing with Ricky and his lack luster care for customer service and not communicating with the tech. If they had been honest and said we normally don t do this often I wouldn t have come in. The red flag should have been when they didn t know you had to remove the transmission to replace a rear main seal.I m not here to bash the company just state my experience. But I don t feel I ll return quiet honestly. I understand things happen etc I feel some of these could have been avoided or been handled with more care. At the end of the day it s done and moving on will know for next time.

Awesome!I came in to have a tire patched and they did a great job.They were kind, respectful, attentive, and honest. They told me they would have it done as soon as they could and made every attempt to get me back on the road and back to work. And the tire latch was extremely reasonably priced.I will be back and I highly recommend them.

I went to another tire center who claimed they could not get one of my lug nuts off, and replaced all of my tires except one. Hay was able to squeeze me in last minute to mount and balance my tire and replace the stripped lug nut all within a half hour. Employees were all very friendly! I'm mad I didn't just use them originally, will definitely be using them in the future.

Always friendly and helpful. Nice waiting area and it's clean. I feel very comfortable and trust they will do a good job. They also make suggestions but never pushy. Great place!! Oh yeah, reasonable rates!
