I had a great experience with Camper s Inn of Charleston. When you make an expensive purchase, you want to be treated like you are appreciated The purchase went off without a hitch. I walk in the door and I am greeted with a warm smile from Ashley. Lee, the manager introduces himself and we chit chat and joke until I meet the salesman I have been talking to for weeks, Grant. He was always warm and friendly on the phone and he still was in person. Grant coordinated with my insurance company and myself because I had totaled my prior 5th wheel. I then went outside and did an inspection and walk through check list with service advisor, Lewis who was extremely knowledgeable. I also met with Amy the sevice writer. I then had a discussion with Angela in parts. Last but not least, I closed the deal with the finance manager, Ryan who did a fantastic job arranging the loan and closing the paperwork. If I have a negative experience, I also write a diatribe. I want anyone that is contemplating an RV to see my friends at Camper s Inn of Charleston.

Purchased a used Grand Design AIM 15rb from this Camper s Inn. From start to finish working with salesman Nathan was awesome. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent communication. And in my opinion a got us a great deal. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful, and great to work with. Service Tech Thomas did an outstanding job orientating us on the new rig and Ryan in finance was also pleasant and professional. All went super smooth and my wife and I would highly recommend purchasing from this great family owned chain and this particular location!

Oh My Gosh! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at Campers Inn Charleston. From the time I contacted them by email, they were already working to meet our needs and actually listened to what we were looking for exactly. We came in the next morning and the units we had talked about over email were ready for us to walk through and powered up. No pressured sales tactics or trying to get us to go over our budget. Alvin knew all the specs and was the best salesperson we could have asked for. Financing was smooth sailing, Ryan took time to listen to what we needed to find us the best rates and terms. Hannah is very knowledgeable about parts and helped us get the right cameras and everything we needed for our new unit. The day of the walkthrough, everyone was so nice and friendly. Thomas took time to show us how everything worked we really were treated like VIPs. We literally felt no stress and the whole process was seamless. Having experienced the opposite at Camping World with our previous RV purchase, it was very refreshing to be treated like the customer is number 1. Thank you everyone who helped us at Campers Inn. We love our camper!

Teresa Harper is the parts manager and she KNOWS her stuff! I had driven from the far side of Cross, SC to find a 30 amp replacement plug for my daughter s camper. We had covered every possible store in Moncks Corner and FINALLY came upon this store. The last thing I wanted to do was drive ALLLLL the way to Charleston! Teresa knew exactly what I needed and even walked me through all the pieces and parts that were needing replaced in the camper! You find out when you re older it s the little things like not having to drive 50 miles to get a part that excites you. I will NEVER go past this store for anything camper related again. If Teresa doesn t have it she can get it! Thank you Teresa for being so friendly and helpful. Lee is the general manager and I can honestly say that this store is very clean and the staff is very friendly! If you need anything for your camper or heck if you need a camper go see them!

From the moment we arrived to the time we left with our camper was an extraordinary experience. Thanks to Mark for his positive and humorous attitude, then to Ryan for putting all the pieces of the puzzle together perfectly, Mike for his pleasant laid back vibe, and most importantly lewis who taught us everything about our new camper. He even taught us things we might want to prepare for in the future. By far the best experience ever. We are so thankful that we were able to enjoy buying our first camper thanks Campers inn team!! You are all outstanding. Tracy and Susan Johnson

Awesome experience. Purchased our first travel trailer and the whole process was top notch. If you come to Campers Inn, you have to deal with Jason, the salesman. Extremely knowledgeable and worked with us to find the right trailer. Recommend buying your RV or trailer from here.

Two years ago I made the decision to finally take the plunge and purchase my very first pickup and camper. After alot and I mean ALOT of research I decided on a Chevy Colorado and a Rockwood Mini Lite 2109s. Park Chevrolet Huntersville did a wonderful job finding just the right truck with enough towing capacity for me. Next I scoured the internet for a Rockwood Mini Lite 2109s. From East Coast to West Coast dealerships, Campers Inn RV of Charleston not only had the model I was looking for but had by far the best price! Now thanks to Natasha Morrisette, I was able to purchase site unseen my very first camper. Natasha not only answered every question, she personally did a walk through video for me! She made me feel like I was her top customer and when we finally met it felt like we had know each other for years. Be sure to look at our photos! Lewis did a great job showing me how everything worked. And he offered some great tips. We even toured the roof! My T-shirt says it all! Happy Camper! That s me!

Not impressed with the Delivery Coordinator, service department or Service Department Manager, as well as the lack of communication between sales person, finance, delivery and service. Everyone is a bit to compartmentalized and things get lost in the pass-offs. When you spend that kind of money on a unit, you expect the almost $1000 inspection you can t opt out of to be completed and things be in order at pick up, nope - you ll be disappointed! When you have to schedule your pickup and you re not informed as to what you are required to have in order to drive off the lot, shame on them! We ve purchased several units in 20 years and I would not recommend nor purchase again through Camper s Inn in Moncks Corner!

The closest dealership to our home is in Myrtle Beach. That dealership didn't have the model we were looking for. When we went to Charleston we met Derek who helped us not only with the model we were looking for but several others as well. He was really quite knowledgeable and personable and we eventually ended up purchasing a different model than what we had in mind. We weren't crazy about the original but we love the one we are about to pick up. Many thanks to Derek and happy holidays to all!

Don t ever do business here! To make a VERY long story short, the damaged my flooring on the day we took delivery. I was promised that they had ordered a piece of flooring, would cut out a large section and repair so that it was not noticeable. We took delivery and returned it within a couple of weeks. A few weeks later I was told that repairs were finished. When I inspected, not only was NOTHING done but there was new damage to the interior trim that was done at their facility. Now, 16 weeks after initial delivery, the work was supposedly complete. Most of it was but we have an eternal V shaped tear in the flooring that was simply glued together and still very evident. All I ve ever asked of them was to honor their word and repair damage that they created ..the right way! I spent $50k with them and have now now wasted 25% of my warranty period while waiting on repairs for damage they created. Their response to making it right (including the corporate office) there's nothing we can do .

AVOID THIS PLACEEDIT 5/18/23: we have not received the missing decal. I called the we care hotline and "no one is available to take your call" hahahahahah! We did receive a phone call roughly 15mins after I posted my initial review here on Google. The manager was unapologetic and blamed staffing issues for ALL of the things that happened. He also said something like, "you bought a camper you should expect to have a lot of issues". Umm what?! This company has done nothing to make it right!****Wow is all i have to say about the entire experience. First off the camper was supposed to be delivered a week ago. It could not be delivered because they "scratched" it. They actually jackknifed it and damaged the fiberglass enough to require bondo and paint (and a new decal that they likely never ordered and is still missing. It was supposed to be delivered this Friday... Multiple messages were left on Thursday to verify delivery and Nathan confirmed delivery after 6+ hours of waiting for a response. It was not delivered do to an emergency (on a Friday afternoon). It was to be delivered by noon today. It arrived around 11:30. The driver wanted to drop the camper and leave as fast as possible. The guy dropped the front jacks and caused a jack fault which should have been an easy fix but in true campers in fashion the battery was dead. We wanted to hook up the power and couldn't find the power cord. Tried to call to find out if there was one. (No one answered. Shocker!) it's ok though luckily we found it under the bed?! This company wants your money but definitely does not want repeat business. Don't try to call to ask questions because they likely won't answer the phone. We have gone through the company values on the website and laughed.. if this is what a family run business acts like...... Yikes!

I can t say enough about the process of selling our motor home to Campers Inn monks corner sc.I called and spoke with Lee Pollard about selling our motor home. He got the information for me very quickly. We agreed and were on our way to meet him. We have had the run around with other dealers in town. Not with Lee, after checking it out we agreed on an offer. We were in and out within 2 hours. Mind you we ran late. We signed the papers and they took care of everything else. Great staff, great place and extremely satisfied with outcome. Thank you for the no bull process.Thank you again Lee Pollard. Great experience. This is under my daughters name.. Great experience purchasing a new RV from Campers Inn. Our salesperson (Nathan) was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show us different options. What truly impressed me about Nathan was his non-pushy approach. He never pressured us into making a decision and allowed us the space to take our time to make the right choice. This made the entire process feel relaxed and stress-free.Additionally, Nathan's responsiveness was outstanding. Whether we had questions about specific models, needed additional information, or had special requests, he was always just a phone call or text away. His promptness in addressing our inquiries contributed greatly to our overall satisfaction.

Vanessa Hodges made the buying process as simple as possible. We had been looking for the perfect travel trailer for several months and as soon as we saw our Puma we knew that was the one. Vanessa answered all of our questions and was very patient with us as we asked questions and talked among ourselves. We are so happy that Vanessa was there to help us through. We never felt any pressure and felt like our satisfaction was more important than making a sale.

Avoid this place!!! We purchased a new camper from them and purchased the tire warranty and the product that was suppose to be put in all our tires to prevent a blow out. We had a blow out in one of the tires causing several hundreds if not more in damages to the camper. Looking at the tire there was no residue inside the tire and took it into Campers Inn for a replacement tire since we have a tire warranty. They inspected the tire and confirmed that no product was in our tires to prevent blow outs. This warranty cost $1500-1600. They just want to refund the warranty cost which will be taken off my loan and act like nothing happened. This is the worst customer experience.

My husband and I researched RV Dealerships near us that carried Winnebago Micro Minnie Travel Trailers. That led us to Campers Inn of Charleston. We did our research and knew what we were looking for in a camper. At Campers Inn we were greeted by Nathan McPherson and he was personable, knowledgeable and very open and honest in answering our many questions. He allowed us to walk through several campers as we compared floor plans and finally settled on a camper that was actually parked in the back and not on full display. Apparently it had been held for a couple but Nathan said they did not have a deposit on it. We placed a deposit on it and made arrangements to go back to pick it up about 10 days later. When we went back on the day we told them we would be there, we were ushered into the office to sign the papers before we did a full walk through of the camper as we had noted a few items that needed to be addressed before we took possession. Once papers were signed, Nathan took us back to the Service area and Tutorial Thomas began a wonderful orientation to our new camper. He was great! We noted that several items still needed to be addressed including a refrigerator that did not work (kinda major issue) and some other more minor items that needed repairing or replacing. We decided to leave the camper there and Nathan said someone would let us know when it was all repaired and ready to go a week later the parts girl called and said they were waiting on a new refrigerator to be delivered. Eventually, all items were either installed or shipped to us to install since hubby is handy. Throughout this process, the one person I could always count on to return my calls or find out the answer to my questions was Nathan. Nathan, as I said earlier, is honest even if the news is not good. He knows the product and the industry including the many brands of campers and nuances of each. I could call or text him anytime to check on the camper s status. Nathan is not just any salesperson but he is personally invested in his customer s satisfaction. While some things maybe were not handled well by the dealership Everything Nathan said he would take care of were taken care off. I d recommend asking for Nathan McPherson if you are interested in looking at campers here you ll be glad you did!!

We purchased our (new to us) camper with Mark Anderson being our salesman. Low pressure, very patient with us, and very knowledgeable. We tend to be over-thinkers... We didn't have our truck yet, they were kind enough to keep our trailer on location for us. On pick up day, there were some issues with our truck system and they were great in trying to help us figure it out! We were very appreciative of the efforts of Jeff (Technician), Hannah (Parts, and she coordinated our pick-up), and Chris (Service). They helped get us hooked up and out the door so to speak. Through-out this entire process, they were kind and patient! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Nathan came in on his day off to help me find the travel trailer I needed. He was able to give me a very good price and facilitate the buying process without any glitches. Campers Inn RV in Moncks Corner takes care of their clients and provides a great experience when purchasing an RV.

We are first time RV buyers. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. After finding the perfect camper they took over an hour showing us EVERYTHING about it. How to use each and every feature, how to hook it up, and do's and don'ts. I never felt like I was being pressured to buy something I didn't need. Any suggestions they made were explained as purely suggestions and didn't feel like a sales pitch. It also didn't hurt that they treated my dachshund like the fur-kid he is. I was referred to as "Henry's Mom" and that was so thoughtful. I will certainly be back to have updates made and to keep my camper serviced. Thanks guys! We've loved getting out in our PUMA. :)

We bought a 2021 Trail Runner back in July. We took it back in for some warranty work in August. Overall we have had a good experience with Campers Inn. We had some hiccups in service but Jamie made it right and took care of us for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend them for sales, finance, and service.

We had a great experience. Dean and Hanna were amazing. Will gave us a very detailed run down of the camper and how to operate. We dealt with every department and have no complaints. The general manager answered all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving the lot

Huge shoutout to Teresa Harper, she s the assistant manager in the parts department but she totally went above and beyond on coordinating warranty work for our trailer. Our trailer hadn t been touched for about 9 months because employees kept quitting or not submitting paperwork correctly and she recognized that was not acceptable. Once she heard our story she pulled every string possible and in less than 30 days our trailer was fixed. She put an amazing technician on the job, and he absolutely made sure our trailer was better than manufacturer standards. James and Teresa would communicate any issues they saw and expedited repairs. Couldn t have had a better duo. Must promote both.

Thank you so much Mark and to the rest of the team that treated us so well!
