They've made a lifetime customer out of me. I can you usually fix most issues that occur with my vehicles. However, my check engine light came on and it was throwing a code that I couldn't resolve on my own. I took it into them, and they could have tried to convince me to spend 70 Shop hours to change some components to MAYBE resolve the code, but instead told me that my vehicle is not at risk and it's okay to continue driving. Saved me a ton of money, and the honesty made it so that I will always choose them.

Can t brag about Matt and C & S automotive enough!! I had work done on my truck on a Wednesday at C & S and went out of town that Saturday to Charlotte. My truck had issues with what was repaired and was inoperable all the way in Charlotte. Matt took time out of schedule on that Monday and personal came to me miles away to repair my truck and get me on my way! Totally stand up business and totally great guy! So I am unsure as to why we did not have a great experience as everyone else who left reviews did, but unfortunately that is just the way it worked. I purchased a used vehicle that I brought to C&S to have checked and make some repairs. Everyone was super friendly, hence the two star and seemed very knowledgeable so I felt good with leaving my vehicle with them. One important thing that needed to be fixed was my air conditioning, as it was blowing hot air. They never actually called me to say when my vehicle was done, which left me calling for constant updates on what was going on and when it would be done. I expressed this frustration to them and they recommended I make an appointment next time. Cool, I can totally do that, and I did because after I brought my vehicle home, my air conditioning was not fixed, so when I called them I explained the situation and asked to schedule an appointment to have it fixed so I could get it back in a timely manner, as this is my primary vehicle for work. I was scheduled on a Wednesday but my car was not taken back until Thursday and I was never notified. I understand things come up, but notify the customer so they are aware of what's happening. I paid well over $800 (plus more for a rental because they had my vehicle for almost a week, which was not addressed or agreed upon beforehand) and Matt swore up and down that the air was blowing cold. I picked the car up, and within 48 hours, it was blowing hot again. I called and explained this, set another appointment to have it addressed and the shop contacted me the day before my appointment to cancel and stated they could not take my car due to Matt having health issues and I was never able to get it readdressed. Matt contacted my husband via phone to apologize and informed him that if we took the car to another mechanic and it was determined that Matt had done something incorrect, Matt would refund us for the inconvenience. So we took the vehicle to another mechanic and had them write out what they found regarding the issues and it was determined that the majority of the issues I was having, Matt messed up. After the new mechanic fixed the issue, he gave us his findings and the old part. So my husband took that written information as well as the old part back to C&S because again, Matt said he would refund us. After my husband got there, long story short, Matt argued as to why it was not his fault and refused to refund us. I understand you take a risk when you take your car to a mechanic, however if that person states they will refund you to make things right, they need to uphold that. If he was not going to do that, he should have never said anything. It was very clear that he was not knowledgeable enough about the air conditioning system in my car to fix the issue and charged me over $800, which I would define as a scam, but I hope that I am the last person to experience something like this from them. Needless to say, we will not be bringing our vehicles back to this shop or recommending them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Great staff & the owner is super friendly. I mean that in a good way & he checked out my ac on my car & looks like i need a new ac clutch or a compressor but the charge to ck it out was like only $30 ,but being I need more than just freon ,he didn't charge me the $30 .Not to many mechanics will do that & my car back in October needed a new battery & he came all the way where I broke down & even though I ha e roadside assistant.they were taking forever to come tow me & the owner nit only towed my car but also dropped me at my home .Found out it was the alternator & not battery .His prices were fantastic & will keep him from here on out as my mechanic.

Awesome. I drive roughly a hour just to get to this location. Very efficient mechanics. C&S was recommended by word of mouth from a friend. I highly recommend as well.

Both of the owners a very kind and proffesional with reasonable rates. I brought my honda for service. They worked with me to find a simple solution to my problem without the "i know it all and you dont" attitude i expect from most shops. Keep up the great work guys. Ill bring the e back for service every time.

Coworker referred me here and I was not disappointed. Replaced motor mount and got my oil pressure gauge working. When I spoke to owner over the phone he knew what needed to be done to my Tahoe.

This place is Eagar to prove they can fix cars and make you happy....there fair their guarantee there work and they will work extra to get you vehicle back to you asap.
