I was referred to Better Collision by my insurance company after being rear ended. I was very happy with the staff who showed genuine care, courtesy, that I was satisfied and had all I needed. They provided regular updates on the status of my car and where everything was and were well organized. My car looks good as new.

We had an accident involving a wall and the side of our car. The rear passenger door and back corner panel had a very good scuff/gouge and also caved in. We took the car to them because 1) they were our insurance s (Progressive) preferred shop and 2) they had very good reviews. We are very glad we did. The car looks great and it only took about 2 weeks even though they were very busy. I appreciate what Taylor did to keep us informed and he promptly returned our phone calls when we had questions. Hoping not to have to use them again, but happy to know they are there if we need them.

Unfortunately, this was the place insurance recommended I take my car to. They kept my vehicle for over three weeks for a small issue (bumper repair due to fender bender). The car stayed in paint area for over two weeks just to paint the bumper. To top it off there were paint runs. Also, my car had over twenty miles on it from the time I dropped it off I know this because I took a pic of the odometer before I handed it over. Beware!!!

Better Collision totaled out my car unjustly. I took my car to them through Geico. My car only needed the doors repaired on the drivers side. The driver and passenger door was collided by another vehicle.� Kevin the technician gave me quote of 1646.00. I dropped my car off for the repair.� I again asked him about the damage. He assured me the doors could be fixed. The very next day, Geico informed me that my car would be totaled out. I called Better Collision.� I spoke with Kevin asking him what was the reason for Geico decision to Total Out my car?� He said after removing the damaged door, he found other things which changed the estimate cost to $4000.00. My car is a Mazda CX-7 TURBO 2009. I told Kevin if he had told me that before�� I would have never left my car for Better Collision to repair. I felt I was taken. I told him to put the doors back on my car because I wanted my car. When I went to get my car, the doors was on but the headlights and tail lights on the drivers side was gone. The encased windows in the front and back on the drivers side was gone. I don't want to tell the excuse Kevin gave me. I feel this was deliberately done. Better Collision do not the hardship their actions has caused my family. A job was lost. I fell into a deep depression.� I also feel Geico did not protect my property in this situation. Despite getting in a small car accident, I had a great experience here. Kelly displayed incredible customer service as I was trying to receive a quote through my insurance. Sometimes dealing with insurance can feel scammy, but Kelly went well out of her way to help me out through the process.

Chris, Taylor and the whole crew at better collision are fantastic. I told them exactly what I needed for my vehicle and they did exactly that. They didn t try to sell me anything extra or tell me they couldn t accommodate the fix that I needed. I highly recommend better collision.

I was told about Better Collision in Moncks Corner by Progressive insurance. After reading the reviews it seemed that all was well.After allowing the repairs to the vehicle and receiving it back I soon discovered all was not so well. I discovered that the driver's side fender was not properly attached, fasteners had not been installed. The horazional side molding had a U shape bend in it. I took car back and ask if it could be strengthened. I took the vehicle back again when we found that the passenger side mirror was not tightened down, it was just hanging and was not the original mirror to the vehicle and had a different reflection value to it. I don't know why it was replaced, it had not been damaged. Again I took vehicle back after learning that the door weather stripping had not been installed. Better Collision could not find it and had to order a new one. There were scratches on the truck lid and roof where parts had been put to keep them consolidated. Bad idea. There are other issues but I'm tired of writing and I'm sure you're tired of reading. The front person was helpful and professional. It's the workmanship and quality of work that is lacking. Nobody likes to write a bad review and I'm no exception. Please do your homework before picking a shop,I did not.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place did an amazing job with my vehicle after it had an unfortunate encounter with a deer. Taylor went out of his way to help me have a wonderful experience. Thank you to everyone for putting up with me and for helping get through this process. Worse experience ever. Communication between customer and this business is horrible. Dropped my truck off for what was suppose to be a week job, 3 weeks later they still wasnt finish. My phone calls wasnt returned. I literally had to go and pick my truck up and they are still waiting on parts. The ENTIRE inside of my truck was filled with paint sanding dust and the my parking assist system wasnt even addressed. WILL NOT BE RETURNING NOR RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANYBODY...Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

My car was hit by a neighbor. Being new to town, I took a recommendation of a local body shop to repair the damage. The insurance company told me to get the repair scheduled. I called Better Collision. They told me to send pictures so they could provide an estimate. Told them I needed to schedule the repair. Sent them pictures. Was told to bring the car in for an estimate. Went to the appointment to get the estimate. They wouldn't do anything as the "insurance company wouldn't work with their estimate." My friend that recommended this company was totally WRONG! This company did not want my business. Guess I will get it fixed elsewhere.

Horrible experience. They kept lying to me about when my car was gonna be finished. They kept telling me the part was on the truck for over 3 weeks, never that it was on back ordered. I would not recommend this shop at all.

Paint work was excellent. It took some time but they did it right. I am happy with the results of the rear bumper on my truck. I got the truck from my grand father after he passed and keeping it in good shape and in the family. I love it.Service: PaintingService: Painting

The biggest crooks in this business. Took them over a month to fix my car. The did patch work and refuse to correct the issues. Zack would lie for about a month about correcting the issue. Warning do not use this facility.

Take your car elsewhere. Terrible customer service! Was supposed to pick my car up today. I m minutes away and they tell me that my car isn t ready. I had to call to find out. No courtesy call or nothing. Terrible!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
