Called to ask about a product . I believe her name was Sarah. She was great over the phone. When I got there she got the product for me. Went outside and poured it in for me. She could tell I was dressed up for dinner and didn't want me to get dirty. She was just beyond helpful. I'll be returning because of her!

These guys are really good and help you in any way possible..they checked my car out for me and I brought a part that I thought I needed..turns out I was wrong..and they still let me return it no questions asked..with all the fraud and stuff going on these days ..I just wanted to thank you guys for helping me out because I really didn't have the money for both parts..so the return really helped me more than you guys would ever know

Walked in store counter boys were out in parking lot one was fitting new wiper on car other was watching . I got my oil and filter stood at checkout for probably 5 min no one in the store . They came back in one guy says sorry didn t see you in here. Then other counter boy says oh he ll be alright and that was the icing on the cake ! So here s review! Can t stand a smart mouth!! No more money from me.

Went here for a new battery. They replaced it for me, despite my battery casing being awkward. They were kind and helpful. They also do battery testing.

I have only shipped here twice, but both times were good. The employees were nice and helpful, offering help as I came in the door, and checking with me as I shopped. They even let me know that one of the products I was purchasing was on sale for buy one, get one half off. My sales person even installed my new wiper blades for me. Well done. I'll shop here again.

Sold me a $102 part in ladson but part was in moncks corner so I was told to go there. 30 min away. Get there an it was sent to ladson. Gas ain't cheap ya know. They got my money and still got no part.

They were very friendly at Advance Auto & was getting a new battery for my fob & the guy has such patience to figure out how to open the fob .He got the job done & I don't know who hired this staff ,but they were fabulous

Got out my vehicle and was instantly hit by the smell of Marijuana and only employees were to be found. Asked got a specific part and the kids running the store seemed oblivious to the exact part I needed, came back and asked a different employee about the same part and he informed me they didnt even have the part in stock. Highly disappointed pay a little more and go to oriellys down the street.

Most time's I've been pleased with the customer service. Yesterday I was sorely disappointed when I went in to get spark plugs. Over the phone a cheaper price then they actually were. The price difference was nearly $2 which of course is not a big deal. It's being quoted one thing and going to find out another. The price I was quoted over the phone they said they didn't even have that price. So where did it come from?

Went to purchase some struts for my car and the sales person quoted a price as if I could not afford it. Typical sales person who do not like her job. Will not shop there again.

A couple months ago, we sent our 16 year old daughter to this store to get clips to fix her under engine splash guard. We expected her to buy them and my husband was going to fix it. A wonderful employee named Jennie not only helped find her clips but she also installed them and fixed her guard which had been dragging. She went way above and beyond! What she didn t know is that my husband was home with an injured leg and we weren t sure how he was going to repair it. Thank you, Jennie!

Went in looking for basic items. Never greeted/acknowledged, no offers for assistance, no concern about our needs. With this attitude towards customers AAP is sure to fail. Congratulations you're achieving your goal.

As a former employee at a different location I would expect more. Management and staff were not helpful. I understand the phone rings off the hook but you manage customers in the store first. Store only had two customers including myself at the time of my transaction.

Not a fan of advanced the staff don't seem to be educated about automotive. I simply ask for one thing and it's a project. So this was a little over a year ago. Now I'm apart of the team at Advance Auto Parts and though we still have work to do its much better. Not only as an employee also as a customer I recommend Advance Auto Parts.

Poor customer service. Employees were not paying any attention to the long line of customers waiting to be cashed out. Lost out on three sales, including mine.Do better.

Usually always have what I need. Great selection of parts. Tip--buy items online to get them 20-30% cheaper and pick it up later from the store. Many coupon codes are online.

Had the wrong part come in through another auto parts store. They ordered the new part and over nighted it on a weekend. Saving me another week of no vehicle.

Had to replace my battery, I walked in talked immediately to the store associate at the register and had my battery replaced in less than 20 minutes of overall being there.

Sent my kid there to get a relay why I was working on vehicle,asks them for it they tell him to go find it instead of helping beings he had no idea what he was looking for wish I had a vehicle running to go there and tell them how useless and sorry they are,told him to go to oreilys got help right away nobody in my family will ever shop that advance again!!
