Had new wheels installed with TPMS sensors. Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. Being a woman, they weren t condescending or arrogant. They took their time to explain everything. Even called me and sent me pictures questioning which center caps I preferred. Highly recommend and will definitely use again, when needed. 5 Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

I liked this place very much. I had a flat tire, didn't have an appointment. They fixed it immediately in 15min for quite a fair price.

I was so impressed with my experience at Tire Exchange of the Carolinas! They were extremely kind and courteous and got me in and out as quickly as possible while doing a very thorough and professional job. The tire size for my car has been hard to find due to supply chain issues, etc, but Tire Exchange had what I needed. Very pleased!

Needed quick help right before Christmas to get a sliced tire replaced and an alignment done due to someone hitting us. They accepted the car off the tow truck and handled everything quickly and had us the car back with a new tire and an alignment the next day. Exceptional service at a difficult time to get anything done on a holiday. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto maintenance

Found a nail in my tire the day before leaving for a road trip to FL. Called up at 2:30PM to see if they could squeeze me in. Car was being serviced by 3 o'clock. Turned out to not be repairable (and unfortunately I drive an AWD car) and had 4 brand new tires (exact same model I came in w/) on and was out the door by 4:30. The guys in the shop were super easy to work with, and went the extra mile to take care of me same day and make sure I could get on the road on time. Prices were reasonable to boot!Service: Tires

My initial experience was very good upon arriving great customer service and service writers. With that being said though when I woke up in the morning 1 of my tires was leaking and another one was completely flat.I called them right away and stated what happened. I spoke with Rick a service writer there and he was great and very understanding and got everything taken care of rectified also the owner personally drove my truck back to me which i was not expecting and they had no excuses for what had happened and said it was un acceptable and there will be some changes made at the shop so this never happens again.So basically even though i woke up to a flat tire which was very frustrating Rick and the owner rectified the problem and were very professional and i would suggest using their company based solely because of them both

Ownership, staff, and technicians were very professional. They .made me feel that they were very glad to see me. Location was perfect for me. Quality control over efficiency and time management was outstanding. They assured me that my total satisfaction with their services and prices was their top priority.

I needed two back tires replaced and I needed it done during my work lunch hour. I filled out the inquiry on their website for an estimate, got a call within 5 minutes, was at their shop within 10 minutes, and they had me out within the hour. They were really great, gave me price comparisons, and they checked their work.Customer for life.2021 update: I went back with a new car and a flat tire. Rick was personable and quick to help. I like coming here because I don't feel I'm getting scammed or upsold on services I don't need. I tried another tire shop and they had advised I needed 4 new tires asap - Rick checked my threads and charged me $26 for the patch job.I'll be back when I actually need new tires.

These guys are all around great people to deal with. I had my 1970 ford work on and it was a hard job but it turn out perfectly. This is one of the best business to deal with.

I bought a set of tires from the Tire Exchange in Mauldin for the first time this past November. I am very well pleased with their quality of work and the price was fair for the tires I chose. I judge a service experience on what happens after the sale though, when there is no money to be made. I had an large nail get stuck into one of my new tires. I called the Tire Exchange and spoke with Rick. He was very friendly about it and told me to go ahead and bring it right over. I showed up and the team could not have been friendlier. They took care of the issue for me and did not charge anything for their time. I am a loyal customer now and highly recommend them to my friends, family and now you.

I have had numerous transactions with Tire Exchange and the most recent one was excellent. Spoke to a consultant prior to bringing in my car which reduced waiting time and knew exactly what the cost would be beforehand. Job was done quickly and efficiently - very satisfied.

Took my older 4runner in on a Monday morning when no other shop would see me that day. However, one shop (fillin' and fixin' - who have great reviews) recommended this shop to me because they were unable to assist me that day) They were very polite, the tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, as were the rest of the staff..While in the waiting room, I spoke with 2 other customers who were waiting on their vehicles as well. I asked if either customer had any prior experience with this shop. Both customers (very friendly people) said they had been going there for years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else..The tech was very thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.Very fair rates, kind staff and able to help in a pinch!If I may also add, my 4runner is back on the road again, and the tech went the extra mile, bringing my idle back down where it should have been (that's been an issue for 2 years and he fixed it without being asked to, without charging me) I didn't know until I left, so I never got a chance to thank him for his work..I will return, and I will recommend!

If you want quality work done at a VERY fair price, then look no further. The Tire Exchange is made up of highly skilled technicians who really go the extra mile to get the job done right. It wasn't until I got fed up with Costco that I decided to search out a tire company that I could feel comfortable with- The Tire Exchange is that place! It got to the point that Costco was taking multiple hours for a simple tire rotation. Or I would have to wait 30 minutes, at the Costco tire desk, just to speak with someone about my tires. At The Tire Exchange, you walk in and get immediate help by people who really know what they're doing. Even the owner sits at the front desk, so you know things are being handled properly. I needed a special tire for my BMW and they were able to get it. The wheels on my car are not easy switch tires on and there's a huge risk for rim damage. But they did it perfectly. They've also worked on my other vehicles, and every time the works been done right, on time, and at a more-than-fair price. I'm EXTREMELY thankful that I found this place as it is a true gem and they will continue to be my "go to" place for tires, rotations, and anything else they're able to do for me.

I've been a customer of The Tire Exchange for over forty years. Rick and the guys in the back always take excellent care of my car, take time to explain what is needed, never try to sell me anything I do not need. They back up their service and make it right with quality products and fair pricing. I highly recommend them to care for your vehicle's needs.

Rick, Wayne, Jason and all of the guys are top notch! I have several specialty and high performance vehicles - Tire exchange takes care of each and every one with great care. Price is reasonable as well. Only thing they could do better is give me a set of new tires! Use these guys, you can t go wrong!

The gentlemen at Tire Exchange are always friendly, professional, and helpful. They are realistic and accurate in telling me how long I will need to wait. Their prices are competitive, and never feel like they are taking advantage of me. I would recommend Tire Exchange without reservation.

I ve known Rick since I was a little boy, I grew up coming with my dad. Rick, Jason, and the rest of the staff are some of the most genuine people you ll meet. I ve been coming to Rick for many years and I ve never once had a bad experience. Rick and Jason and the whole staff make coming to get an oil change a pleasurable experience. I actually get happy about getting an oil change.

I recently went to The Tire Exchange to get new tires, tirerods and an alignment done. First I want to say how helpful the gentleman at the front counter was. He understood that I needed my car fixed quick and worked me in last minute even though they were busy with other customers. I'm very pleased with the service I received and very happy with the price I payed. I recommend having your car serviced here. I will be a client of theirs whenever I need service done on my vehicle and I will always recommend to my family and friends to use them as well.

I paid more for my tires from here because the reviews were so good. I expected first class service. I've always had free repairs on my tires at my last tire dealer because I bought from them. Repairs are $20 here even if you bought your tires from them. I should have went with one of the other 2 places which charge less for the tires and give free repairs, balances, and rotations. Lesson learned.

These guys are the tops on their trade. They only offer professional services and you can trust their judgement. They give you great service and never try to upsale or flimflam. Rick, Jason and the great staff of technicians will see that your automotive needs are taken care of. Yes, they are busy...because they are that GOOD!

Absolutely first rate place. I have a car with modified wheels/tires/lug nuts and could not hardly find a facility that would replace my tires and change out my TPMS sensors. Spent almost 3 days taking the car to the usual suspects to no avail. Called Tire Exchange - not only did they fix it perfectly, the price was fantastic and the work was completed the same day. Great service, great work, great timing, would recommend them to ANYONE. They will be getting all of my business from here moving forward.

My go to shop since I've had my 02 Trailblazer. For 2 years I have faithfully used these guys for everything from general maintenance to more complex repairs. They are always kind, genuine, and honest. I've never felt more comfortable with an automotive care shop.

Jason and his employees are very helpful, Jason will explain anything you have a question about. I was treated very well and they helped me solve a problem I was having with my tires. I now have a great place to continue to take my car... close to home in Mauldin.
