Greatest group of employees ever! Very courteous and quick as possible! Right as I drove up, a kind young gentleman offered me a much needed cool bottled water as I waited. The wait was short and service accurate & speedy! Best place ever for a lady who doesn't know about cars and wants to keep her automobile in its best driving condition. Especially when its an older model car and was previously owned by her recently deceased Mother. Top notch Service!!

I had just had an oil change from the dealership about 2 weeks ago. I had to go out of town and was in a hurry to do so. I stopped by Take 5 Oil Change. They checked my oil and it was bone dry. I immediately went into panic mode. The gentleman quickly calmed me down and told me not to worry. He d take care of it. The service was absolutely AMAZING!!! I would recommend them to everyone!

Phenomenal service. The guy who helped us what super sweet and funny and made it way less stressful. I have social anxiety, so I felt at ease. The price is worth the experience, plus they are fast and efficient.

Service was absolutely exceptional. Replaced what i needed without making me feel stupid as to why it needed to be replaced. finished in a quick and timely manner. I will definitely be back

It doesn t matter who checked my oil, or even changed it everyone there has been great. The service is great and you won t be there all day. They make sure you re good along with taking good care of your vehicle. They are great. I appreciate them.

I highly recommend this Take 5 location to everyone! I came here after a recommendation from a friend, and I knew as soon as I pulled up that I made the right decision. I was greeted by Roman immediately who gave me a cold bottle of water which may seem like a small gesture but was very kind. He brought me right into the bay and immediately began working on my car. I also love that you can stay in your car and don t have to get out. He was incredibly thorough and checked all of my fluids, wipers, and filters. I felt like he explained everything and wasn t trying to unnecessarily upsell me on anything, he just wanted to make sure I had everything I needed which I really appreciated. Joseph and Grayson also assisted in taking care of my car while I was there and were great as well. I felt like the value for the level of service I got was spot on, and I will guaranteed be returning once I need another oil change on my car again. Thanks again to Roman and his team, you guys are awesome.

Great service! Quick and easy, they walked me through the prices and told me I needed a air filter replacement that I didn't know I needed. Topped off all the fluids and my vehicle runs better than before! Highly recommend

I've always trusted them to change my oil and I've never had a problem. Everyone has always been friendly and service has been great. With that being said, I did incur a problem on this past visit but it was handled professionally and I will still continue to use them. I do want to say Thank you to Grayson for working so hard on trying to figure out what happened to my car. I also want to thank the DM Stephen. Take 5 is really a great, trustworthy place to get your oil changed!

Excellent staff with great service and unbeatable prices is my kind of experience. I pulled my car in and was greeted with a bottle of water along with friendly associates educating me about options they provide as far as oil changes. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with a smile on my face. I recommend this place to anyone who doesn t have time to waste but also want a great job performed on their vehicle.Service: Oil change

I was very rushed to pack and start my road trip halfway across the country, and I noticed they were open after dark (7pm). I drove up, and from the very beginning the staff was friendly, attentive, zero pressure to upsell, very methodical and thorough an all-around great experience!It was pricey but they gave a veteran discount and I will pay it again for the time and hassle saved compared to doing it myself or even making an appointment somewhere else.

The service was great, it always is. However my engine coolant light came on today and when I informed one of the employees he ignored me and brushed it off. I understand the no top off policy for metal caps the Take 5 franchise has however some locations always forget to tell you your coolant is low and this is the second time my light came on. It s a big deal. Like clean nails.

Service was fast and thorough. The staff is incredibly professional and extremely nice. Plus they top off all of your fluids for free between oil changes and offer snacks and drinks while you wait.

I am always greeted with in a friendly manner. They check every fluid, air in tires, clean the windshield, and double check the oil change. They check air filters and wiper blades. I don't go anywhere else for my oil changes. They even assist with resetting the warning lights.

Have been coming for a while now. Brought my "new to me" car in for its first oil change. AWESOME customer service as usual, very professional and personable. Stoke even showed me how to reset my oil light because I didn't know how to in this car. Always enjoy coming to the Mauldin location.

So they lost a screw that holds the air filter housing together when I asked if they found it or if I needed to buy one. They said that it was good I said do I need to buy a screw? No you're taken care of. When I got home and looked at it one screw's missing one's not screwed down a quarter of an inch and the other one is put in crooked. So out of four screws one screw is in right.

Excellent customer service! Stokely, Kyrell, and their team were customer-focused and went above and beyond! Along with a speedy oil change, fluid top-up, and tire pressure check, they cleaned my windshield and gave me a nice cold bottle of water and fruit snacks while I waited! Despite the SC heat, they were smiling and working hard to make sure every customer received excellent service. Their joy was refreshing!

This is by far the best place I ve ever gotten my oil changed at and is why I continue to come here. The boys there are extremely helpful, polite, and they made sure they knew exactly what I was looking for when he was showing my oil at the end. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Great work atmosphere as well. 10/10

The guy who took care of me was extremely friendly, we got waters and the customer service was wonderful, they got it done quick too, I just wish it wasn't so expensive, the oil I needed was $90

I used to go over there to get my car service done. It has been always good until yesterday. They completed the oil change and told me to leave, I read the receipt it said oil filter changed and gasket filter changed, but I didn t see that was done. I had to tell them to clean the windshield, measure the tire pressure and reset the maintenance required light in the car. It was awful!!! I m totally unsatisfied with the service.

I did have a long wait, but that's because they were giving exceptional service to the folks in front of me. They had all 3 bay doors open, and they made sure to top off all my fluids and check my air pressure. I also got some wiper blades, I never remember they need replacing u til it's raining. I ve been getting my oil changed at the Mauldin location for quite some time now. In fact, this is my second positive review. Every time I go, everyone is so positive. I don t think I ve ever seen anyone in a bad mood, too tired, or grumpy. You must train these guys to have such a professional attitude because it s never the same people each time and they re always awesome! Robert and Roman were exceptionally pleasant this time and they re doing a great job!

They do great work, quickly! Cam did a great job directing the cars into the appropriate lanes and this made for a seamless process, beginning to end.
