AMAZING! Excellent communication and quick work! I asked for a quote, had it to me within minutes, brought my car within two days and had it ready before the end of day. Explained in detail what he found and recommended. I got an oil change, two tires and two tire sensors! And he beat Toyota s prices by far! Thank you so much! Will recommend to everyone and I ll be a lifetime customer now!

Had a check engine light come on in 2016 Jeep Wrangler, Sarks got me right in before closing time, diagnosed the problem, was a bad thermostat, replaced and had me on the road the next day.Couple weeks later had a new set of oversized mud tires put on, got them right on right before closing, even though those types of tires are a pain to put on, they knocked them right out and balanced them, now I have heat and a new set of tires with no shaking, as I had before. Prices on both jobs was fair and reasonable. Jeremy even reached out a few days after thermostat was installed, to make sure everything was good. Didn't expect that, but was much appreciated. Great place to take you automobile for repair and great friendly people that work there. Well done Sarks!! Next time I have a problem with a vehicle I will be back. Thanks again.

They have taken care of all four of my vehicles and I can tell you there is no better place to get your car serviced. When I bring my car there, I feel like I have a personal friend looking over my car - someone on my side. If you give them a try, you will too! Come in and see why they always stay so busy!

Dropped my wife's car off yesterday morning at 9 for tire sensors that went out. They called us at 2:30 asking about our warranty, then called again at 4:30 stating the warranty was good and it wouldn't be done until the next morning before lunch. So today at lunchtime rolls around, I call and now they're saying hopefully it'll be done by 2.. Like how many times are y'all going to lie to people?! Don't give people time frames if the times are not even gonna be close! Also they wrote down that the car needed a new water pump but I just installed a brand new one 2 months ago and still have warranty and receipt for it. I read some good reviews before we picked this place but we will never use this place again and make sure our friends and family won't either!

I've taken my car here 2-3 times for oil changes, new brakes, brake fluid, rotors, etc over the past year. I wanted to support a small business in the area. Spent around $700 getting services at my last appointment only to have the problem still be present. They then told me I would have to pay around $100 for a diagnostic fee even after I had spent the money for the work that was supposed to fix the problemI've received texts from their service department when I asked for a specific service saying " You can bring it in for *said issue* and the other things." What other things? Things you'll "find" to get me to spend more money?I received a text from Sarks last month saying " We haven't seen you at the shop, I hope its because your busy and not because we let you down in some way" Sounds to me like they may know they let me down. People who provide quality & fair service tend not to say things like that.Overall started off as a normal experience but didn't end that way. Just here to share my personal experience with the company.

I give it 4 stars because they do have great customer service but the work on my car was misdiagnosed. I towed it up there and they claimed it was one thing but when I got my car back almost a week later it was worse than before. I took it to another auto repair place and told them what sarks did for repair and was told what Sarks did for repair they did correctly it just wasn't the problem. It's just disappointing that it was misdiagnosed and I already paid Sarks but now I have it get it done again and pay again when I hoped it would be fixed the first time.

My car was stolen at the end of the year and I had it towed to Sarks once it was recovered. They honestly made an incredibly stressful situation so much better. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly and kept me updated on my car s progress, and they finished the repairs in like 48 hours which I was over the moon about. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being taken advantage at any point. I don t believe they re an actual body shop, but I would absolutely trust them with my car needs in the future. Thank you Sarks!

This was my first experience with Sarks. First of all they worked me in on a Saturday morning. They replaced my brakes and rotors. They test drove it 2 times and texted me the following Monday to be sure everything was fine. Excellent service from Crystal at the front desk all the way to the shop. I will certainly use them for future issues. Thank you for a great experience!

This was my first experience here and it went very well. My husband took my car in they diagnosed the problem and found a problem with a tire that no one else could find that was unrelated to original problem. Would recommend for sure and they were very courteous.

My daughter has a car that has been having problems she took it to another company that charged for work that was not needed and this has stressed her out because the issue was never resolved. I was asking about a honest mechanic at work and I recommended to your company . You checked and found the issue and recommend that my daughter take it to the dealer. Thanks for not trying to fix something just to get paid. The dealer is now replacing the engine. I would recommend Sharks Automotive in MauldinThanks thanksNormaReferred to your company by Randy Bird s wife.Service: Transmission

We had issues with one of our SUVs going into limp mode, decided to have it DIAGNOSED by Sarks. A few hours later we received a call saying what issues they found, and also the outrageous price to do the said repairs ($1,300 - $1,800). Being tht I turn wrenches myselfWe only wanted the diagnosis, before I left their parking lot I noticed a new issue, the Tahoe now was surging and cut off, but since we had gotten the diagnosis I figured go buy and replace the parts would fix the issues, We replaced the parts in less than 30 minutes and under $100.THAT FIXED THE LIMP MODE ISSUEBUT NOT THE SURGING AND STALLINGtht it WASN'T DOING BEFORE.Then received a few text and a call asking How was the vehicle running, like they knew they did something intentionally. I asked to speak with the mechanic who did the diagnosis the next day, "he's on vacation", or I can bring it back for another $120 diagnosis. For What - So Y'all Can Create Another Issue? You live and you learn

When I dropped my car off it was making no noise and drove perfectly. I knew what issues my car had from a pre-purchase diagnostic elsewhere but still paid Sark s for another one before they did any work on my car. They told me that I had a worn output shaft seal, oil pan gasket leak, and a loose negative terminal causing my battery to go dead. This was after a regular diagnostic and an electronic diagnostic so they say! I agreed to get the seal and negative battery terminal fixed which cost me $800. As soon as I picked up my car and began to drive home, I called the shop to let them know I was coming back because my car was making a loud clicking noise I had never heard before. I took it back the next morning and they diagnosed it again and told me it was a wheel well that they knocked loose while doing the repair. I knew that wasn t right and told the technician, but he promised that was the issue. I drove the car for another day or so and not only was the noise consistent, but I also had another dead battery! So, I took the car to a different auto shop for a diagnostic since I couldn t trust Sark s to diagnose it correctly and they told me it was my rear differential making the noise. I immediately took it back to Sark s and told them the problem and after a day and a half, they called me saying that I could pay $250 for a rear diff service or come get my car. Krystal is extremely rude and should not be running a shop if she can t talk to customers with respect. I asked for a call from the owner at 8am and at 2pm when I called back due to no call I was connected to Krystal and she reiterated the pay $250 or come get my car . I was highly upset because my car was not making noises before I dropped it off and I felt they should have taken care of the issue or at least tried to work something out with me, but they did not. Plus, if they had truly diagnosed my car the first time they would have found that issue with how loud the noise was when I picked up my car. When I picked up my car for the second time it took a while for them to bring it around and Krystal lied to me and told me they had to move some cars around to get to mine even though she had just left out of the shop and seen what was going on. The truth is that my car battery was dead once again after they fixed it and they did not want me to know. I walked outside and saw 3 techs standing at my car with the hood up and Krystal still looked at me and said They re just moving stuff around even though she clearly saw my car being jumped. I asked the tech who drove around was my battery dead and he also lied and said No the negative battery terminal was just loose I asked what made him check and he replied I always check that kind of stuff when I pull around a car which I know is not the truth. I thought that Sark s was an honest locally owned shop but that is not the case. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TAKING YOUR CAR TO EITHER OF THEIR SHOPS! Even the Uber driver who dropped me off at the shop told me not to use them and let me know his company had issues with them as well.

This place is great. They fit me in last minute for an oil change. Great service. Quick and easy. The waiting area is comfortable. My kids enjoyed fresh popcorn. There is also a table to play cars on for them. I made used of their kuerig and had a cup of donut shop coffee.

Wish Google would give the option of negative stars. These clowns charge $1,062.00 to FIX oil leaks and a month later I still have to make time to fix the same oil leak and now the silicone mess Starks made. Charged for gaskets that for one, not available to use R. T. V . But not 5 freaking tubes. Oh yeah... The VVT solenoid AKA(Spool Valve) CRYSTAL.. Starks charged for a new VVT Solenoid that the car didn't need in the first place, just gasket or Rtv since Starks likes the stuff so much. Do You guys have stock in Rtv company? Still haven't found the new VVT solenoid. Just the old one with the factory blue mark on it. BTW Crystal, I have more talent in my pinkie and have more pride in my work than your whole shop combined has.

This is by far the worst mechanic shop in Greenville county. I couldn t tell you how many cars I have towed out of there from unsatisfied customers over the years. I have literally heard nothing but horror stories about this business. I would advise doing research before bringing your vehicle here.

We are new to the area and came to sarks for some u haul service. I got A+ customer service and the southern hospitality we heard about prior to moving to the area. The minute I have a problem with my car, I will be going straight to this place to have it serviced.

This company is a shell of its former self. Go anywhere else for service but here. Overpriced, unorganized and dishonest. Sark s appears like family of organized fraud and theft. Disgraceful to the community.

I am so disappointed with this business. I had my car repaired here last July, timing chain. $4300. Warranty on paperwork, as well as the hold message for the business , said it was under warranty for 12 months or 12k miles; parts and labor. Fast forward to this March, it wouldn t start. After I had someone look at it, it was determined the timing chain again, only 8 months after the repair. I brought it in to be fixed. They also determined it was the timing chain, but I would need documentation of maintenance for the car since the repair. Well, we were uninformed of this after the repair. And it wasn t listed in the paperwork . My husband did routine maintenance, but because we didn t have a receipt for the filter and oil, they wouldn t cover it under warranty. Even though it s advertised as their warranty, from what I can piece together, it s actually the supplier of the part, because Sarks told me that the supplier would pay them to reinstall the part that broke. So the warranty appears to not even be Sarks . I am so disappointed that this wasn t told to me after my repair. I certainly would ve kept areceipt to avoid spending $4k again. I m not happy at all about this experience. I called everyday for almost a week to talk to the owners and they never returned my call. Thankfully, someone gave me their email and that s the only way I ever heard from them. They told me that this is just way all automotive shops work and it s just understood . Well I haven t worked in automotive for 30 years like they have, and I didn t know to keep receipts for normal maintenance after a repair. nor was I told to. I thought people would stand behind their work, especially if they have done this for 30 years . Shame on me.Service: Engine repair

This shop is the best family shop around. We bring all our vehicles here.Pretty affordable. I had some problems with my headlights that somebody else had installed, and of course Starks had to clean up their mess, but they did it correctly and made it look even better. thank you to the great mechanic team. Y all are the best.Service: Electrical

Took my Jeep to Starks and they first of all didn t call me to state what the problem was. Then when I called they said they didn t have my number to contact me. Well ain t that part of the initial contact info? Anyways they contacted my warranty company and repairs were not covered for routine maintenance. Of course they weren t. Then they had my Jeep listed as the wrong year on the invoice that I had to request because they didn t send it freely. After discovering that I didn t feel secure with them working on my Jeep I probably would ve ended up with the wrong parts. I m not satisfied with the service I received and will not be a returning customer.Service: Vehicle Inspection
