Took my lowered 2002 Corvette here. They had it done fast and went above and beyond to make sure my alignment was correct and explained what they did to get it right. My original alignment was too far out of spec so they split the difference between camber and caster to get it right. That's not something that any regular tire/alignment shop would know how to do and shows just how much they know. Worth every penny!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to fit me in the same day I called, and serviced my car while I waited. Great prices. Excellent customer service! Everyone was very friendly. Highly recommend.

We had just dropped my sister off at the airport. Heard a strange sound and lost power steering. Pulled into a Circle K and started researching mechanics near me on phone. Killian Auto had 5 stars and so we called them. It was 4:30 and they close at 6. Steve found a tow truck and sent them to us so engine wouldn t overheat and cause more damage. He sent a mechanic over to pick us up. Shop was busy but they managed to check truck and order the parts needed. Staff was friendly and bathrooms, water and coffee available. We even got a tour and history of business. At a few minutes after 6, we were back on the road home to North Augusta. God was looking after us. So many blessings. This happened after we made the deadline time to airport, and in a spot 2 miles from this mechanics shop. Thank you Steve, Clifford, Ronnie and all the workers that made our experience the best it could be under the circumstances. Highly recommended.

I m very disappointed, because Steve was such a nice person and explained things to me, as I m not very familiar with cars at all.I brought my newly purchased 2020 Ford Explorer here for a comprehensive inspection. I communicated back and forth with the office about getting the most comprehensive inspection as I was concerned the dealership may have missed something.When I received my inspection, Steve explained it in great detail and told me my vehicle was in excellent condition, minus needing the front brakes replaced very soon. He went down the list of everything they inspected and it all was checked good. All good, right? Not exactly.I was at a family members house over Easter weekend, and he wanted to look at my car. I told him I already had it looked at but he was more than welcome to check it again if he wanted to. He found that the engine air filter housing was not clipped on, the coolant was low, and the brake fluid was VERY low. You could barely see any fluid in the little container. He also mentioned it needed an oil change, despite the oil life being reset (probably from the dealership).I was pretty embarrassed and a little angry, because I had trusted Killian to check everything and they told me all was good. What would have happened had my brake fluid ran out? Or my coolant ran out? My wife and small daughter use this car on a daily basis.I KNOW this company does good work because I listened to the customers in there and every single one was happy. I m not sure what happened with my vehicle, but the ball was definitely dropped.

This is an honest and dependable company. Steve Killian truly cares about his customers and does his best to give truly reasonable prices on services and products. Every employee I encountered was friendly and helpful. Service work is top notch! I will be recommending them to people from now on. Thank you Killians for making me another lifelong customer!

I have done business with Steve and his service people for many years. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. They serviced one vehicle last week and repaired a tire for the other vehicle this week. They do a great job. Great family owned Auto business, really love the customer service here, they were helpful in recommending what I needed long term for my 2014 Ram 2500, and wasn't something I was ready to dish but financially but it made sense and I went ahead and purchased the kit to upgrade my steering to heavy duty with aftermarket stabilizer, and they sent me a quote for install and alignment fairly and I couldn't be more happier with the time it took them and the whole process. They were not able to finish in their estimated time but they took care of me and offered me a loaner car for the night to make sure I was able to get to work and back to shop until they finished it. Special Thanks to Justin for keeping me informed and providing his transparent expertise recommendations! Great place! Highly recommend!

Edit: I d like to update this to say Steve reached out to my family and made this right. It seems to have been a misunderstanding and miscommunication, but we have been taken care of. Thank you.My family has used Killian s for 30+ years, and up until this week, they ve been great. My grandparents vehicle that I drive once again needed repairs, and as always we called Killian s. The car is 15 years old, and has had a lot of work in the last three years. We had all decided that if it needed another expensive repair, we would look into other options. Imagine our surprise when we called to check on the vehicle, and found out they had already fixed it, and racked up an $800 bill. No one called us when the car came into the shop, or after diagnostics were ran on it to give us a quote. It put us in a really difficult spot money wise, as we now had to pay for this bill we didn t authorize, when we would have preferred to look into all of our options to maintain reliable transportation. I sincerely hope the $800 was worth it, as Killian s will not longer be receiving anymore of my business.

I like taking my car to Killians Auto Pro because the customer service is awesome. They are very professional, understanding, honest, and most of all they have always made me feel like family. I have been a repeated customer for almost 3yrs. I can depend on their availability and convenience to provide me with the best service. Throughout my experience, they always took the time to listened to my concerns about car and give me knowledge and helpful tips on how to maintain the life of my vehicle because it s 12yrs. old. I can always trust that I m in hands and they are looking out for my best interest. I d like to give a special thanks to Steve and the owner for making my experience totally stress free.

Excellent service! Clutch repair, brakes and an oil change on my daughter's ranger. Very happy with results. Big plus is I work late all week and they met me during closed hours. Just great honest people. Thank you.

We're new to South Carolina so I didn't know of any good auto repair shops in the area. We got a coupon in the mail for a synthetic oil change for a great price, so I decided to take my truck here. They were very nice and courteous and had the oil change done in great time. I'll definitely keep these guys to take my vehicles to.

This was our first time coming to Killian Auto Pros. We just moved to South Carolina. They are very friendly, attentive, and efficient. We came in for an oil change, and a trip check on our Honda CR-V. Excellent price for the synthetic oil change, $39.95 (with coupon). For the trip check, they charged $89.95, and I m not sure what they checked on the car because it wasn t itemized on the bill, so 4 stars instead of 5. But overall, we were satisfied and we will be back.

Mary snd the team were great. I got home from work, heard a whistling noise coming from my driver front tire, saw a nail, drove straight there and they patched me up in thirty minutes right before closing time. Very grateful they got me in and taken care of. Would recommend to anybody!

They did an awesome job. I needed my fuel injectors replaced and I thought I'd be sitting there for hrs, but they offered me a ride home and come pick me up when it was ready. I told them I lived in Gray Court and they said no problem. Clifford was the gentleman that drove me home and picked me back up, and he was so friendly. The whole staff is. They break things down to let you know exactly what's going on with your car. They even texted me a few days later to check and make sure everything was running well. Will definitely return.

I first went to Killian s Auto in the summer of 2022 when my A/C was only blowing hot air. The service I received was amazing, they were able to locate what was causing that problem ordered the part. And by the afternoon the following day it was back to me working fantastic. A couple of weeks ago I went back as my service engine light went on, The person who was working on my car was named Ronnie I cannot say just how awesome my service was. They get you in quick, even when you don t have an appointment scheduled. They make sure you are taken care of, they also explain to you what exactly is going on with your car. On 10/26/2023 I went it for a low tire pressure and in problem less than 30 minutes it was patched and notified there was a nail and I was out the door. I will definitely be coming back for all my feature needs.

We are a new body shop that opened in Nov and used Killian Auto Pros to sublet work on 2 vehicles so far. They are the kindest people. Quick turnaround and clear pricing and communication. Whatever we cannot do in house will definitely be outsourced to their shop!

I have been to some of the surrounding shops and Killian's is first in my book. They do good work. I recommend them to everyone. They have a drop box for early/late dropoff. Take your car to Killian's.

The Customer Service and the turnaround time on the repair was outstanding. Their model of Customer Service to me is second to none. The pricing was fair, and I believe in their integrity, because they have always been upfront and honest in my opinion.

When I walked into the shop, I was greeted by Mike. I left my car and Mike called me later about the problem. Three hours later, I picked my car up and it runs like a fine tuned machine. I have recommended this service to 3 other people. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Excellent shop, great people, fantastic, fast service!!Took our vehicle to Killian's yesterday for an overall inspection after being advised to do so at our last oil change. We tried a different shop first and they were not only extremely difficult to deal with but also performed another unnecessary oil change on the car and seemed to be finding random things wrong all of a sudden...and we keep our car serviced regularly.Thank goodness I started reading more reviews and had our vehicle checked out here yesterday.I can't say enough about the enormous difference in dealing with the two shops. Killian's was helpful, took our car back immediately, had a full diagnostic report sent to us via text within hours of dropping the car off despite seeming busy and their report was in line with what others have said. Our experience was fantastic and they were courteous, helpful, fast, answered any questions we had and most of all HONEST!!! You've got our business from now on. I've used Killian Auto Pros for the past 3-4 years and I can't recommend them enough! This morning my tire pressure gauge wasn't working (I was putting air in my right back tire and the front right tire reading was increasing). I took it to the shop, they reset my tire pressure gauge and filled up my tires to the correct PSI without charging me a dime! Killian Auto Pros has the best customer service I've ever experienced with an auto shop!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had some issues with killiin auto pro in which I have been doing great bussiness with Mr.Steave and his team for nearly 3 years, the only mechanic shop I put trust in around the upstate. When Justin and Steve heard my complaints they immediately refunded me the entire amount of the bill I had paid. KILLIAN AUTO Pro is a great shop to do bussiness with and I would recommend only dealing with Killian Auto Pros if you need any kind of service in the Upstate of South Carolina.

I have a 2007 Miata X5. It was having an issue. Steve Killian handled it personally.I am so relieved. After my husband died I needed a place I can trust this is it 100%.This car was a gift from my late husbandmeans the World to me. Wonderful men and women work here. Not from the area, but had engine trouble on the highway in the middle of a 6 hour trip, picked the closest mechanic and got extremely lucky with the Killian team, who immediately made space for me and got me back on the road within 2 hours, stayed trouble free for the rest of the trip
