I typically don't give reviews but my service at Goodyear auto was amazing. I came in toward the end of the day due to a nail in my tire. Steven was able to squeeze me in and was very helpful. The service was quick and affordable.

Great experience! Walked in mid to late afternoon with a very low tire. They got me in and resolved my problem within an hour or so, despite no appointment. The guys there were also very pleasant, so it wasn't drudgery to sit and wait on my car. Will definitely be a return customer.

Great customer service. I got 4 new tires for my F150 truck and the staff made sure I got the best tires and walked me through rebate process. Also gave me a great deal on an oil change and alignment. I ll definitely get my vehicles serviced here again.

They turned me away at 5 for a simple repair and they closed at 6 no offer to come back on another day. It was just a hard no. I felt bad for even thinking this was a tire repair shop.

I like it to be known that you can go to the Good Year in Mauldin SC and get the best and honest services. I was so impressed with Corey and Stephen . I went there with no appointment. The bays were filled when I arrived . I told Corey I don t know what s wrong with my tire it won t hold air. He went outside and less than 10 min he was able to tell me a prior patch which I wasn t aware of was slowly leaking . He was able to put on new tire and I was out of there less than an hour. Great service and customer service. Extremely friendly staff

I always take my car here with very honest people. If your vehicle needs something they tell you if your vehicle doesn't need anything they are honest and tell you.

Well... First it started with some oxygen sensor is going bad...The next thing you know about the fourth time the same cheap defective oxygen sensor went bad(they kept using Parts they knew were faulty so they could keep charging Chevrolet)... I had my mechanic fix it with some Bosch filters... He knows the difference...In between all that time they had put a brand new catalytic converter on my vehicle with about 90,000 miles on it. It never worked right, the muffler system vibrated and the check engine light never went off until they had it for about 3 days! Well I just went up there again for the third time about my catalytic converter.... They actually called me a liar said I had the unit welded because there was welding done on the unit. All I did was take it to two different people, one being Advance Auto and the other being my personal mechanic who I stood there with while verifying what Advance Auto had said... the catalytic converter errors that both people told me is what's wrong! I get a phone call and he says they're not going to work on my car because the warranty is voided by them welding on the car! You can call me a liar but I'm going to call you one back... Be very careful, tattoos and business don't mix.. yeah you! You can take heed or you can take a beating,$1,000 beating! ENOUGH SAID I GUESS...Still don't want to come clean, it will all come out in the wash boys!Michael A Pociecha

Some of these comments are silly. Not personable? If you're looking for companionship, get a dog. I'm happy with the work and the prices, here, and sometimes they will squeeze you into their tight schedule if your car is broke down. The reason they don't have time is everyone wants to do business here. My only negative comment is the extra time it takes. That's OK, because I want it done right, and Goodyear is the ONLY PLACE THAT WILL CALL YOU BEFORE DOING THE WORK. I don't understand why no other mechanics can pick up a phone and get approval every time. Thank you Goodyear, for years of great service.

I got a flat tire driving through Mauldin and stopped here late in the evening in desperate hopes someone could help me out. I stopped in literally 5 minutes before closing and the manager I believe it was (Tall Caucasian Male), was very courteous and more than willing to help me out. I had a spare and he swapped it out and put it in place for me and had me back on the road within 10 minutes. I didn t need tires this time but I already know next time I need tires I m coming here. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by these days and I would recommend this Goodyear 10/10 times.

I would never go here again. I bought a headlight at an auto parts store that typically replaces the light for me no problems, free of charge. Well they couldn t do it for whatever reason and recommended Goodyear and said they do good work. So I walk in a few minutes after opening, both the lobby and parking lot empty. I waited until someone came out and asked if this was something they could help me with. He then said he needs to check the price, I was caught of guard when he quoted me $40 to replace a headlight, there s no way the labor to replace one bulb is that much. I said no thanks and immediately walked back out. Needless to say I did it myself (thanks YouTube). Would not recommend, not sure if it s because I m a woman and they thought they could swindle me or what. Go anywhere else.

I came in Friday at noon with a nail in each of my front tires which were were fading fast. The owner/mgr was short staffed and very busy but managed to squeeze me in and take care of my situation and get us out in record time. I was out of town and driving home the next day. He gets a five star review in my book!! Thank you

The workers here are extremely rude. A few months ago I had my tires checked and the workers were rude, plus I had to wait and extremely long time just to have my tires filled. Today, since I was in the area, and needed my tire filled I assumed I could just stop by and have it done super quick, and not have to worry about the workers being rude to me again. I left before I could even have a simple tire filling because my pressure light was on. The man at the front desk didn t acknowledge me when I walked in, and stared at me until I told him what I needed. As a young woman this made me extremely uncomfortable, and that was all before he made an inappropriate comment about my body as I was walking out the door. If you are a young female, do not go here by yourself.

Guys did a nice job on tires and an oil change. They messed up my tire service when they mounted the rear and not the front as instructed but they were quick to offer a deep discount to add the other 2 tires and gave me 2 free oil changes so customer service made up for the mistake. Can't give a 5 because of the original mistake but nice people and good service overall so I will use again and recommend a try for you too

My own experiences have been above and beyond for this business. This includes working past closing time on Friday night to make sure I had my vehicle for the weekend. Jeremy and his guys also do a lot of work for my job. Courteous, professional. First class.

Manager was not friendly to start. Dropped off car at 1pm. Still had to come back next day at 5pm and basically make them do the work. It took another hour in the break room before my Oil Change was done. Manager was not the least apologetic. Never again.

I had a large screw in my tire and was able to get my tire repaired with great service just before their closing hours. I experienced phenomenal customer service even at the end of a long work day and I was that annoying patron to show up right before closing. If you are ever in need of reasonable and reliable car service, I highly recommend Mauldin Goodyear

The men who worked at this shop were not very friendly or personable! The store manger, I think his name was Jason, acted like he didn't even want to be bothered when I entered the shop! It took him a few minutes to even recognize, greet me or ask how he could help me! The customer service was NOT VERY GOOD & I DON'T KNOW IF I'LL EVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP! SURE, THEY SOLD ME A NEW TIRE & PUT IT ON MY CAR TO GET ME ON THE ROAD AGAIN, BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WERE LACKING IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE!!! I WAS NOT IMPRESSED & THEY ACTED LIKE THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BY WAITING ON ME & SERVICING MY CAR NEEDS!!! NOT A FAN OF THIS SHOP AT ALL!!! IF CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T IMPORTANT TO YOU, THEN THESE ARE THE GUYS TO DO YOUR CAR REPAIRS!!! OTHERWISE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Absolutely incredible service! So accommodating, helpful and they work quickly. We used them in a tight spot when away from home. We'll now likely make the drive anytime we need repairs! Easily the best place we've ever used without exaggeration. The store manager went above and beyond.

Had them mouth 4 tires on to rims on Saturday, then an alignment on Sunday. Both good experiences. Alignment only took about 45 min. Nice guys and good service. Would recommend.

This store is awesome! Stephen Crittendon has always given great service. Multiple times while work had me traveling half way across the country, Stephen rescued my kids and got them back on the road. Stephen has often stayed late so my family could get back on the road or to an important school event. The entire staff at this location is great but Stephen is a superstar. Thanks

I noticed a screw in my tire today prompting a low tire pressure warning on my vehicle's dash. Ugh, it's Sunday morning and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to take care of the issue until Monday. Rejoice! Goodyear Auto in Mauldin was the only Service Center I found to be open on Sunday. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Steve and he helped me right away. He explained that plugging is not the correct way to repair a tire. The tire should be removed from the rim for inspection. At that point you can determine if it is repairable. If it is to be repaired then it should be a�patch�repair done from the inside of the tire. After inspection he repaired the tire with a patch plug and checked the tire pressure on the other tires and I was on my way in less than an hour. I expected to pay $30 or more but Steve smiled at me and told me "no charge." Wow! He couldn't have been nicer and more professional. Excellent service! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommended this location. Thank you so much!

Awesome! My rear left turn signal wasn t working on my Expedition. It was filled with water. They fixed it with out me having to spend a few hundred. They are HONEST! I didn t get it fixed the first time I went due to time restraints but I went back over a month later and the price was the same!

Had a appointment Monday morning at 9:00 am that I had scheduled on line. When I arrived at the Mauldin SC Shop I was told that they don't carry my tire size and they don't put tires on customized rims and that the Goodyear warehouse doesn't carry the the tires as advertised on the website. So asked if they could locate if any other Goodyear shops carried the tire and brand I was looking for and I was told no they couldn't be ordered at any Goodyear shops. I said ok and left and went home and called the Goodyear shop that was 10 miles away in Simpsonville SC and they told me that they could order the tires and put them on Wednesday morning at 8:30 am. I went to my appointment at 8:30 Wednesday morning and the tires were there and they put them on. I fine this totally unprofessional to be lied to being a Goodyear card member was it because of my car or was it because of my skin.

Brought my vehicle in for a transmission flush, tire rotation, and to have the a/c checked for leaks and filled. I scheduled the appointment 3 days in advance for 7 AM. Dropped the car off a little before 7. Lunch time comes and goes and by 3 PM I still haven't received a phone call. So I called and asked why I haven't gotten any phone calls. The manager, the same one I talked to earlier, said they had just brought the car in to start working on it 20 minutes prior. When I asked why this was, he stated it was because of cars that were there before mine, meaning yesterday. Once I got there to pick my car up, I was given the run around as to what had actually happened. To make matters worse, his A/C "check" (which isn't free) didn't get done. They simply put dye in the refrigerant and asked me to look for leaks later and bring it back if it leaks. At this point I am highly irritated. Then he hands me the bill. Everything but the tire rotation was higher than what I was told just three days prior over the phone. Never going back and would not recommend anyone else go here for more then tire work.

I'm grateful that I was able to fix my car here. I had a car accident on my road trip and they were the closest Goodyear to me at the time. I'm use to Goodyears being really thorough, but I was not very happy that they allowed me to leave with a leaking battery. Especially since the battery was near the tire that they replaced. I had to drive back, because my car was rattling. They were able to fix it. I appreciate the guy (who may have been the manager) stepping in the 2nd time around to make sure my car was safe to be in the road.

Great & quick service every time. I always get my oil changed here and my tires rotated. All of the associates are super helpful and knowledgeable. They always make sure that I get everything that I need fixed completed in a timely and sufficient manner. Highly recommend GoodYear in Mauldin!
